we ate at the rooftop restaurant while the sun set, such a beautiful view with great music. best Moroccan food and nice veggie selection, which we’ve been missing since being here. and the service was amazing, we love you Usama!!!

Everything is rotten, completely dark. We booked through Opodo, the photos are misleading: broken taps, unsanitary shower, and a bathroom on the landing. We went through hell and rented somewhere else for the rest of our stay. The vouchers were impossible to carry up the stairs, too narrow. No TV, nothing to eat, and a tourist tax of €40 on top of that. Breakfast, a coffee, and a slice of bread cost €5 per person per day. Awful...

Foods amazing and homemade by the ladies. Something else you eat in Fez. Also the location is good, near the blue gate and on a beautiful rooftop. Def an hidden gem!

Dar Rafti is a charming restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The staff are so kind and welcoming, making every visit a wonderful experience.

This hidden restaurant has a great cozy rooftop. Through some small stairs we walked all the way to the top.

The staff were super friendly and the food was great. With the sound of some cozy music we enjoyed our lovely warming food. There were also some great vegetarian options here.

Dar Bhija is a small but delightful guesthouse hidden away in the centre of the old medina of Fes. I have stayed here on a number of occasions, and I wouldn’t stay anywere else. The location is perfect – a couple of minutes’ walk from Talaa Kbira, which is the main route through the medina, but very quiet and restful. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a lovely terrace if you prefer to relax there. The breakfast is very enjoyable and Ahmed is so kind and helpful....you will have a wonderful stay!

The property is very disappointing, and what it claimed on the website is not true. I stayed for 3 nights 4 days as I had paid for it.

The property hygiene is poor all around and especially the toilet. The toilet was dirty and not cleaned, and the waste in waste bin was not cleared throughout my entire 4 days' stay. All basic toiletries were kept to the very bare minimum - one small toilet roll, a small soap cake, and no tissue paper anywhere

The property is dirty and makes worse. All lights were switched off all the time. It was dark everywhere with a narrow, steep, dark staircase and pitch dark entrance. Added to this was there is NO on-site staff at any time, and ALL the facilities were shut down-practically all shut down except the rooms for guest to use ie if the entire premises were closed and not operational. On my first morning, there was no breakfast despite I had paid for it when I made the booking.

Almost all of the services it claimed on the website do NOT exist. Very disappointing. I will not stay in this Riad again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Ahmed and his team were wonderful and provided a wonderful experience. The price was very affordable and the amenities and service provided were outstanding. From the moment we entered the Riad, we were welcomed like family, offered tea and sweets, and made to feel welcome in Fes. The food for breakfast was traditional Moroccan cuisine and although I did not have the opportunity to eat the dinner, the menu looked wonderful. The rooms were quite spacious and had plenty of space to move around. The view from the terrace was also wonderful to view the ancient ruins above the city. Upon leaving, Ahmed made sure that we had everything we needed and even guided us to the best spot to find a taxi. I would absolutely stay here the next time I visit Fes and will make sure to tell all of my friends about this great find!

Friendly welcome, good location.

Excellent meal and beautiful location. It was a bit cold to eat outside (January) but the indoor setting was comfortable and scenic. We ordered the lamb tagine which was good but the star was the camel meatballs. No alcohol which is standard. Took us a few minutes to find it in the Medina but we made it eventually.

Best Mexican style burrito I've found in Morocco - which isn't saying much. But it tasted fine and was reasonably sized. Man behind the counter was friendly too. More expensive than other meals you can find in Morocco but not bad. About 5€ for a burrito and chips when I was there.

Dreadful. Smallest and possibly most expensive burrito I have ever had. My friend and I ordered two different burritos. It appears we were given the same thing. Filled with essentially slop, missing many of the listed ingredients in the menu discsription. Accompanied by a tiny bowl of corn chips and supposed salsa. Not to mention a luke warm coffee (worst I have ever had in Fez). I can’t actually understand why I paid for this. Do yourself a favour and give it a miss.

The food is good if not great, but it is reasonably priced. Best of all though, and the reason for coming, is the view. There are two floors of seating with views over the Blue Gate, the medina, and surrounding areas. It's incredible at any time and well worth a visit.

Service is verrrryyyy slow. And drink orders are not right. I asked for a juice with specific ingredients and got something different. Twice.

My friends and I had great food and service t this restaurant. I definitely recommend?

Go here for the view and simply accept the food. The food is not great, nor is it bad. Reasonably priced. The view is great! Entrance is in a little alley and you have to walk the stairs to the top to reach the restaurant.

Amazing view from the rooftop terrace. I didn't have any food so can't go into detail about that, but I ordered a drink and it was okay. But the view alone is worth it
