The room I stayed in was spacious, well-lit, and very clean. The decor was a lovely mix of traditional Moroccan tiles and simple modern touches. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom had hot water, fresh towels daily, and was spotless.

I stayed at Hotel Jnane Sbile for three nights during my trip to Fez, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The hotel is located just a short walk from the entrance to the old medina, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the city's historic sites. The famous Jnan Sbil gardens are just across the street, and I loved taking early morning walks there before starting my day

Disappointing hotel that seems not to have been maintained and renovated for a very long time! Everything is "old", dark and lacking in cleanliness. The bathroom is unsanitary, dirty, and there are even cockroaches in it!!! We had no hot water on the first day, nor water pressure. The bay window no longer has a handle and does not close. The towels and bed linen are old and of questionable cleanliness. No breakfast offered, and yet agreed upon when booking. In addition, it is difficult to get to sleep as the environment is so noisy! In short, we are very disappointed with this accommodation and strongly advise against it!

The best hotel in the city where you can stay without any worries. We hosted a very delicious cultural breakfast here. The hosts are very nice and kind. The rooms are very clean and airy.

Just what I needed. Air conditioning, quiet, private bathroom, plenty of space. They were happy to give me a small table too as a desk. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Garden would be relaxing, if the walls weren't disturbingly pink colour. They offer cca. 12 different fixed menu options, we asked for vegetarian meals and they pointed 2 of them out. We ordered both of them and they both had big chunk of meat/bone in them, so they obviously don't understand the concept of vegetarianism. The food is also overpriced and the toilets are the worst we have seen in our 10-day trip in Morocco. The salad and orange juice were good, though.
