Yusuf is an incredible host, made sure my needs were met and was very kind.
Not perfect but good for people who want to be close to the Zawiyah Tijani. The hotel has ethnic decorations style. And all staff is very careful. Love it.
The staff was helpful, the food was great and I loved the cos cos with chicken . Breakfast was excellent honestly I was impressed . The lady who fixed breakfast, waiter I could not remember sis name and Yusuf all great . Location quite central to my needs .
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice hotel & rooms with en suites. We arrived late without a booking and we're given dinner and a good en suite double room with TV

Beautiful place with excellent service. We went as a group and they treated us really well. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the staff truly exceeded expectations. The owner, Rechid, was a kind and extremely helpful guy who was always there to tend to whatever we needed. Highly recommended.
The most friendly hotel that I visit. Clean, comfortable bed, good continental breakfast. I was in many hotels in all world and the Riad Passiflora in Fez is in the top 😍. Owner and staff are always ready to help in any problems in foreign city
We had a great stay at the Riad Passiflora. It's about a 20 minute taxi ride to the old medina but it's only 10 minutes from the airport which worked well for our early flight home. The hospitality was amazing and they treated our three year old very well. Would recommend to those who are visiting Fes.
Amazing and friendly staff and the owner speak english well. hotel was really nice with different amenities, food was very tasty, room comfortable, clean and with ac and good shower and big rooms. There is hammam service and comes also with pool
The hotel is nice, it has outdoor pool and furniture to chill out. The food is served with the view of the pool. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, shower with good hot water and pressure, AC and the basic needs. The host was very friendly too and when we needed to throw a party, they quickly organised an area for us to have fun. Highly Recommend!
My family and I (5 people) stayed in this hotel around Christmas 2019. The place is super clean and the people running the hotel are the nicest people ever. Rachid, the owner of the hotel , ordered a taxi for us who drove us around the old town (Medina) all day; upon our return to the hotel, my daughter realized that she had lost her medication that she depended on it for her health. I went to Rachid...

While the breakfast pancakes and the wonderful lady who prepared them were a definite high point, the hotel itself left much to be desired. Its outdated facilities were a major drawback: no in-room Wi-Fi, a blurry old television, and a poorly designed bathroom with the WC and bidet uncomfortably close. Furthermore, my room's window didn't close securely. Although the hotel's location was good and I...
Although the hotel has classic furniture, it is clean and quiet, in addition to the good treatment of the staff who work there at the reception and others, and it is close to all the basic facilities. The only drawback is the weak internet. I hope it will be fixed, but the hotel is worth a visit.
The rooms are old furnished but clean enough. The foodnwas basic and nothing special. The location is very good - near by a main street good for walk and a shopping center with supermarket + shop for alcohol drinks (this is for the tourists whoal are missing a cold beer in the hot afternoon).
Hotel well located in the city center Old-fashioned rooms, comfortable and clean, the hotel no longer corresponds to a four star A renovation of the rooms and bathrooms is very essential. For catering, the staff is professional, very competent and very friendly but the meals are economical as in all hotels in Morocco, but there is quality
Clean & quiet room, friendly staff, I slept like a baby ! And I liked its 20th century vibe. I'll definitely re-visit it when I'm in Fes again ! The internet quality could be better though
hotel from the 70s of the 20th century. Does not fit the category of stars, weak internet. The food is small but the French taste prevails, which I liked. It is close to the central part of the city.

It’s amazing place to stay in Fes the staff very friendly and the room the breakfast amazing
I booked there one night the cost 30£
We had an amazing two-night stay at Riad-Boutique Borj Dhab.
The location is excellent and, unlike many other places in the Medina, it was very easy to find. Our transport from the desert dropped us off just a 2-minute walk from the entrance, which was a huge plus.
The Riad itself is stunning—truly a hidden gem. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the...
Beautiful Riad in the Medina, very good location (easy to find), a small but charming room and good, more than adequate breakfast.
Nour, the mistress of the house, we immediately took to heart with her cheerful and loving nature. She gave us great tips for which we were very grateful! Will gladly come back!
We would like to thank Salah & Noor for their hospitality. They had been wonderful hosts throughout our stay. The breakfast was yummy. We were surprised when Noor informed us that our booking had been upgraded. The room was clean and spacious. We would recommend this Riad for the location. It's right next to the market area.
Noor was kind enough to book our train tickets to Chefchaouen. She booked...
This riad is one of the most beautiful I've encountered on my travels in Morocco – like a fairytale, an oasis of peace, impressive architecture, and beautifully furnished, spacious rooms with comfortable air-conditioned beds. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the driver was excellent. All in all, a wonderful experience with excellent value for money – highly recommended!
We (a family of three) stayed in this Riad for two nights in early April. The location is very convenient and close to the main road (only a couple of minutes easy walk). The courtyard is surprisingly spacious and feels luxurious, like a museum. The room for three is also very spacious and nicely decorated, almost like a room in a palace. We also enjoyed reading books and enjoying the view from...
There were positives and negatives. Positives- room was very nice decorated, fruit and little gifts were in the room Very close to a mall and McDonalds. Negatives- pool closed, far from medina. I can't understand how this commands such a high price.
I booked this hotel very last minute during a week when Fez was almost fully booked — and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, both by phone and through online platforms. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who spoke with me over the phone — so kind, professional, and truly attentive. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests...
Really comfortable and close to the center. Thank you for all

Beautiful Riad in a great location in the Medina. Breakfast was good. Shared with other guest at one long table which made it engaging. Ditto for dinner if you choose. Service is good. Rooms are good, if a little dark but that’s probably normal. Bed was OK, but not the best. Quite a hard mattress and blankets can slide off the bed. Excellent shower which was great.
Facilities: The shower room was exceptionally large, making showering very enjoyable. Overall, the place had a charmingly old-fashioned feel, and it wasn't exactly cheap or unfair. The only downside was the incredibly poor internet connection; it was practically nonexistent. The point deduction was mainly due to this.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: Finding your way through the many alleyways...
My friend and I had an early flight and we had to wake up at 3:30 AM. The staff member woke up early to give us packaged breakfast that included bread that had just been toast. Another staff member walked us to an ATM when we were uncertain of how to get there. Highly recommend!!
My friends and I stayed at this property. We had a nice check in from a friendly staff member. The room was big with lots of room and the central road area was beautiful. The tiling, garden and pool were beautiful! We ordered lunch and had it inside the riad and had some massages nearby. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help make our stay relaxing. I would recommend this to all my...
We stayed a week in this wonderful Riad with 9 people spit between 2 families. The Riad is excellently located and i would say in the best part of town for visiting the medina yet providing easy access for taxis and the new town. The owner is extremely welcoming and we followed most of her suggestions which turned out to be excellent choices. Our room had a private terrace and was huge, our 3 children...
Very nice.
The Riad is comfortable. The host is considerate and helpful.

Hotel is Beautiful, Totally authentic, staff is super and the food was amazing
The team at the riad were very friendly & welcoming. Breakfast is overly generous with a wide selection of pastries, fruit & pastries. The location is perfect if you want to escape the frenetic energy of the souk.
This beautiful Riad is set in a perfect location of Fes. Just sitting on the edge of the Medina The staff and management were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Ilyas was such a sweet guy. He really made the stay a great one. The food was exceptional and plentiful Pancakes, crepes, eggs pastries etc were in abundance for breakfast. We spent most evenings...
Nice place that takes you back in time.
Needs all around updating.
An amazing 250 years old Riad
As I have said in previous reviews, when it comes to accommodation it is not only about well painted/decorated walls etc. Our stay was amazing, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the riad is an experience everyone should have when visiting Morocco. It is a 250 years old Riad with spacious rooms, very clean, tha restaurant is really nice with a traditional menu...
Great food and exceptional service. The atmosphere was traditional with a modern spin. Out of all the restaurants I visited in Fez this definitely it definitely takes the cake. I had the a really nice. The bar has a nice variety of drinks from which to choose from as well

Stayed here with group of friends for 4 nights. We were very well and kindly served by the staff of this riad. Their hospitality is splendid. Khadija is amazing and Kenza responds quickly on arranging things for you like guides, drivers, etc. Anything you need to celebrate a good holiday. All of this besides the beautiful decorations and typical architecture of the riad. Location is also good. Nearby...
Kenza’s place is absolutely amazing. A beautiful open courtyard home with a superb location right within the entrance of the Medina. Kenza is very responsive and was so helpful via messaging throughout our stay. Her staff on site are some of the warmest individuals we have ever met. The level of detail in the home is breathtaking, we felt that we were discovering a new part of the home everyday. A...
We stayed here while visiting friends. It was amazing! The Riad was magical for our kids and the friend that was staying with us. There was plenty of room and the staff was so kind and polite. We had even reached out to ask about the history of the Riad and the team pulled together a history for us. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and the location within the Medina was fantastic. It made...
My wife and five kids stayed here for two weeks. It was excellent. The home is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's located close to the souk and a great place to stay when exploring Fes. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, but you should be careful with the city tax. Authentic place to stay.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport: quite convenient when arriving late, as we did. It cost €25 (250 dirhams), including a €5 surcharge for the night service. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. However, the bathroom was very small, with a shower without a tray; the water ran directly onto the floor and took quite a while to drain: not very practical if you're in...
Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, proximity to markets and restaurants.
We came in and the host upgraded us for free to the top room. Amazing host and amazing property. Highly recommended! Really enjoyed my stay here
Very good stay. Great people, clean rooms. Great breakfast. Comfy bed
We had to change rooms, the staff were very helpful and kind to us. The breakfast was lovely and the 2 rooms we had were both comfortable and no issues with anything.
Fantastic 5-star experience. Large, well-appointed, very comfortable rooms. Great beds and pillows. Beautiful public spaces, fantastic breakfast, nice bar and food options with exceptional views. Staff all provided exceptional service, except for the gentleman that sits outside of the restaurant and bar entrance, who was indifferent at past over both nights of our stay. Location is not an easy walk...
My husband and I had the most amazing time at the hammam spa in Palais Faraj Hotel in Fes. We honestly cannot remember the last time we felt so relaxed and pampered. The exfoliation and massage were both incredible, and the warm, beautifully designed atmosphere made the whole experience feel very special and authentic. We are especially grateful to our driver, Mehdi Ezniti, for recommending this hammam...
Wow! Incredibly accommodating riad in the medina in Fes. First, the staff here are beyond amazing and helpful. They are accommodating with requests, friendly, and make you feel at home. The location of this riad can be a bit tricky to find the first time (especially at 1am) but once you find it, you’re set. We used online maps to navigate to and from our riad around the Medina and had no problem at...
A heartfelt thank you to Mediha at the reception of Palais Faraj. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and truly professional from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. and Mediha and heitam were incredibly professional friendly, and attentive They made sure every detail was perfect and always helped with a smile Their warm hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable And about the hotel lovely and stunning ↕️
We very much enjoyed our stay here in this lovely hotel and grounds, situated on the south edge of the Medina. Special mentions to Mehania(?) on reception, and the porterage team, all very friendly and efficient. Also to all the staff in the restaurant on the top floor for service. The breakfast is spectacular. And my partner was delighted to spot 2 wild tortoises on the terrace!
