Although the hotel has classic furniture, it is clean and quiet, in addition to the good treatment of the staff who work there at the reception and others, and it is close to all the basic facilities. The only drawback is the weak internet. I hope it will be fixed, but the hotel is worth a visit.

While the breakfast pancakes and the wonderful lady who prepared them were a definite high point, the hotel itself left much to be desired. Its outdated facilities were a major drawback: no in-room Wi-Fi, a blurry old television, and a poorly designed bathroom with the WC and bidet uncomfortably close. Furthermore, my room's window didn't close securely. Although the hotel's location was good and I appreciated the broader food options in Morocco , the staff, despite their apparent efforts to be friendly, unfortunately came across as aggressive or inadequate.

The rooms are old furnished but clean enough. The foodnwas basic and nothing special. The location is very good - near by a main street good for walk and a shopping center with supermarket + shop for alcohol drinks (this is for the tourists whoal are missing a cold beer in the hot afternoon).

The hotel at first glance seemed good, but you get to the room and the. Bedding said the opposite, the television was nothing, then you go to shower and you need a ladder to climb into the bathtub, the bathtub was scratchy, the curtain was disgusting, the water was not heated and the stream was dispersed, it looked everywhere except the the person who showers, we went down to dinner and that was the hospital dinner, salads are flavorful, dry chicken, knowing that Fes is known for good food and good taste... breakfast was more of the same, that was not coffee, It was water, my goodness... You are going to rest and between the noises from the next room with the sister and the water pipes and the noise from the hallway it was manageable...

Hotel well located but very old, horrible bathroom as is the food they serve. Do not recommend. We had a two separate bed for a couple… Sound insulation leaves something to be desired, we enter our neighbor's room loud. In short, not phew

Hotel well located in the city center Old-fashioned rooms, comfortable and clean, the hotel no longer corresponds to a four star A renovation of the rooms and bathrooms is very essential. For catering, the staff is professional, very competent and very friendly but the meals are economical as in all hotels in Morocco, but there is quality

The worst hotel I have ever been in!! They put us here on a tour. The terrible treatment, the bad food, the hotel rooms to run away from. Ugly, old, dirty, broken, the room temperature at 29°

Clean & quiet room, friendly staff, I slept like a baby ! And I liked its 20th century vibe. I'll definitely re-visit it when I'm in Fes again ! The internet quality could be better though

hotel from the 70s of the 20th century. Does not fit the category of stars, weak internet. The food is small but the French taste prevails, which I liked. It is close to the central part of the city.

Is a family hotel, that's for sure ;-)

Poor. Old. Just bad. The general feeling of the rooms reminds me of the 70s, and that includes ancient telephone and tv out of a museum. The pillows are the worst in the world - they are shaped like a sausage and they stretch and fold my neck while sleeping, which makes me wake up at 3:00 am and throw it on the floor. And last, but not least, the food is quite miserable. The smorgasbord is a cheap selection of badly cooked plastic-like vegetables, and no meat at all! Coke is 15 dirhams (€2), the lobby stinks, the lifts are always full so I climb the stairs every time... I give this garbage 2 stars just because it is right in Fes’ Ville Nouvelle. Try to sleep somewhere else!

It is a terrible copy of KFC. Staff is very bad at speaking english, they don't have many dishes that are on the menu, sometimes You don't get what You ordered but the food (the one that You get) tastes ok.
