Very beautiful Riad! The palace is very beautiful and very large. It really makes you want to stay in the central rooms all day! It’s a very nice oriental atmosphere, with little noise. It also includes a swimming pool which looks very pleasant for the summer! The staff is very welcoming and warm, always attentive. The hotel rooms are very beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend this place for a...
Beautiful, richly decorated Ryad. Very pleasant for the common areas. Rooms (2 used) decorated, large but with little natural light and little soundproofing. Correct bedding. Questionable hygiene because the cleaning is too imperfect. Obsolete furniture and equipment. Strong point: Kindness of the staff (genuinely pleasant waitress) and quality of welcome. The breakfast is nice. Weak point: price of...
Very old very traditional riad in good location but could do with refurbishment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable beds. Lots of steps if not on ground floor therefore would not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Roof terrace has great views of Fez. Felt dark but cool didn’t use AC
A majestic Riad. Very clean bedding, good and plentiful breakfast, quality welcome. Family management. Meals available on site. A little out of the way but the taxi is very cheap. We were very well received. Many thanks for the quality of your welcome.
Al Firdaous Palace It’s an incredible place! I went there recently and loved every moment. The palace is magnificent, with breathtaking traditional Moroccan architecture. The staff are very welcoming and attentive, they really made my stay memorable. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, offering a luxurious ambiance. And let's not talk about the food! The meals were delicious, with a wide...

We are a family with two teens. We stayed in the Sérail suite while in Fes for 3 days. The location is perfect since it is accessible by car but still a very short walk to the main areas of the Medina. The room was very spacious, comfortable and with a beautiful balcony and access to the rooftop terrace. Samir was welcoming and organized some tours for us. We dined at the riad one night. The dinner...
Our stay was absolutely perfect:
- Excellent location: the riad is right in the heart of the medina – you can walk everywhere!
- Swimming pool open all day: perfect for summer
- Excellent meals (starter + main course + dessert = only 150 DH per person!) – I recommend having dinner there every night as the menus change daily
- Excellent and very generous breakfasts!
- A very warm welcome! The tea...
Beautiful riad interior, lovely rooms with high ceilings, but the great part really is the staff, who were super friendly and accommodating, they gave us a free upgrade as it was quiet. The breakfast was okay, and the shower does make a little mess, but the beds were toasty! Great value if you’re a couple.
It was a very cute room with an Arabian feel! The toilet and shower room was next to the room across the hallway, which was a little inconvenient, but I was able to stay there comfortably!
If we could give Riad Baraka 10 stars, we would. The Riad is lovely with an authentic Moroccan feel. The staff Mr. Said Samir, Mrs.Tuliar and all the others made us feel welcome and at home. The room was clean and comfortable, the location ideal. The optional dinners were outstanding, prepared fresh and with care. We highly recommend staying at Riad Baraka and dining in the beautiful courtyard!!
Kevin
Samir & staff were fantastic
Samir met me at my drop off location to make certain I could find my way to the Riad
The Riad was exceptional
The breakfast was great
Beautiful Riad - subtle and relaxing
Location is in “small town” feel area of Fes that is close to everything
Highly recommended!!

We really loved our stay. This riad really is a hidden gem. The entrance is unassuming, but it is truly remarkable once you step inside. From the time we arrived outside the Medina, the staff treated us like family. Ayoub took care of every detail and saw to all of our needs. The hotel itself is just lovely, with a beautiful and relaxing rooftop where we had a fabulous daily breakfast prepared by Fatima and Meryem. They also went out of their way to reheat leftovers for us that we had from some delicious lunchtime meals, as well as...
Dar 7 Louyat is a truly special place. The riad is stunning, full of history and charm, and perfectly located in the medina. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and made with love. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and deeply grateful. Highly recommended!
We stayed at Dar 7 Louyat for 6 nights. It is a wonderful riad, and we would definitely stay there again on a future trip. The staff (especially Ayoub) were very friendly and helpful. Ayoub helped us arrange for private cars when we needed them for day trips and train station transfers. Breakfast is included and was delicious: coffee, mint tea, fresh OJ, eggs, Moroccan breads/pastries and cheeses....
An Arab homestay with a unique atmosphere. The hygiene and service are very good, needless to say. The original alleys are winding and secluded, and we walked into a tall and magnificent palace-like space. It was our first time to Morocco, and we chose it based on the pictures. It is especially important to emphasize that the manager actually taught himself Chinese to reach a basic communication level...

Beautiful Riad. Quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
A charming riad with amazing rooms, comfy beds and wonderful staff. Perfect location just on the edge of the medina. Iman, Ikram and Ziane are the loveliest people who will help you with whatever you need. I also had a nice massage with Asma.
If you’re looking for easy access to the old city this is a convenient location. We were able to walk every where. There’s so much to do and see at all times. The location was very safe, clean, spacious and comfortable.
Character is endless in the beautifully restored and maintained riad. It felt like visiting a castle. The rooms are not conventional or modern but that’s what give them their charm...
Very immersive cultural experience. Enjoyed the dates they offered at breakfast and the proximity of the location to things. We even got a free room upgrade which was really nice. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to answering all our questions.
The bathroom door could not be locked and the management couldn't fix it. Breakfast was plain with limited choices. Rooms were awkwardly shaped and were not safe ,especially for seniors. The steps leading to the Rooms very narrow and dangerous. The curtains were not hung properly and electrical outlets were not placed conveniently
Charming Riad close to old Medina. Unique bed rooms and quaint sitting rooms. Lovely private pool and terrace area. A incredibly friendly staff who welcomed us to share their Riad as our own home. Very clean and well appointed. Lovely food.

If you want to experience the essence of life in medina, this is the place. Hidden deeply in the medina, one needs to nevigate bravely to find the location. The one we dealt with speaks either French or English or Spanish But she tries. So do not expect on getting information...
Our stay at La Maison Maure was excellent. The room was clean, space welcoming, the staff very warm and accommodating.
Hello,
I wanted to share my experience at Maison Maure. I absolutely loved staying there with my son. The setting is magnificent, the medina is right next door, and the atmosphere is truly welcoming. I want to thank the owner, as well as Salma, Jalila, and Fauzia, for their kindness and helpfulness. They took excellent care of us, and I highly recommend this place. ❤️❤️❤️
Great staffs, great location! Super nice staffs, they do anything make guests feel comfortable. The location is right in the middle of the medina.
Delightful and helpful staff. Large rooms that are comfortable and nicely decorated. Rooftop terrace comfortable and beautiful view. We enjoyed breakfast daily. We had dinner at the Riad one night and it was very good.

An absolutely beautiful and luxurious hotel, which effortlessly blends traditional opulent
architecture and design with modern comfort. The food at Gayza restaurant in Riad Fes is exceptional. It deserves the Michelin star it has and easily surpassed other similarly rated restaurants we tried in Fes. Breakfast was superb too. The staff was welcoming and efficient. Our stay was memorable and very comfortable
The best Riad in the old town of Fes is definitely this one! The public area is so beautiful, it's like living in a palace, definitely worth the experience!
The only downside is that the classic and deluxe rooms are too small, and the soundproofing is very poor, maybe this is a common problem for Riads?
The location is first-rate, you can walk around the old town as soon as you leave the hotel, highly...
One of the most distinctive hotels. If you have the conditions, you must go and experience it. The environment and facilities are exactly the same as the hotel's own introduction.
This should be the best hotel in the medina of Fez. It is worthy of being a Relais & Chateaux hotel. The French pay great attention to details. The entire hotel, including the rooms and restaurants, is very well designed! The supplies and food varieties are also online! The stay experience is great!
Very satisfied with the hotel and the room!
I had an incredibly beautiful experience in this Riad. I couldn't take it all in, it was so beautiful! Unfortunately the stay was only 1 night but next time it will definitely be more! Thank you for the incredibly good service and hopefully see you soon!

A great place to stay in Fes. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. It is also very close to the parking lot making it super easy to find when you arrive and when you depart. It is a very beautiful property too. We were glad to have found this great accommodation.
My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager.
We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay.

Excellent Staff and Service-great location
I had a wonderful stay at this riad in Fez! The service was truly excellent — the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The riad itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fez!
We stayed 4 nights at this Riad and it was one of the best Riad we stayed in Morocco.

Fes, 11, Derb Zerbtana, Quartier Batha (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Great museum! Quite extensive coverage of historical details + building itself.
What to watch out:
- it is not a typical ‘Arts’ museum. There are no arts per se. I’d call it history & anthropology
- insanely beautiful building! Pure joy looking at zellige’s and the wooden work
- ISIC students get a free exit!
- normal price is 60 MAD
Amazing amount of information and beautiful artifacts. I also loved the 200 year old garden with its stately specimens. But, they need to put benches opposite the video screens so one can rest one's tired feet while watching. Also, it's a good idea to take some snacks and a drink with you to have midway through, while sitting in the courtyard, to avoid brain overload!! 60 dirham entry fee.
Recommended by a guide and I went with no expectations. It is a newish museum (opened last year) and not many tourists when I visited so you get the whole place to yourself. The signs are in Arabic, English and French which makes it tourist-friendly. Traces the history of Morroco and Islamic arts/culture, the information is easy to digest and interesting. The garden is beautiful and so serene. Great...
Museum of Islamic art ❤️
The museum is wonderful from the inside. There is a large garden that covers half of the museum’s area, which creates a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Inside, you can find many valuable antiques, traditional clothes finely sewn with gold, beautiful carpets, and rare manuscripts that reflect the rich history of the place. The museum also displays various weapons and silver swords...
Absolutely a must visit while you are in Fez. Located next door to Hotel Batha, this museum provides some insights into the incredibly long history of Morocco, of Fez and it's people. You may have the place to yourself, there were literally more guards than visitors and when you see the artifacts you will know why. The gardens and the courtyards are alone worth the price of admission.
Fabulous place to call home in Fès. From top to bottom, the people, the room and the restaurant are all top notch.

This is the best place where we ate Maroccan food in Fès.The food was just amazing, fresh and very tasty! Clean room, staff very nice, the staff packed me breakfast before i left in the morning
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was nice with a good variety, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Overall, a great stay.
Upon checkin they couldn’t find our booking and told us we didn’t have one. They gave us a room and then tried to charge us for it the next day. Additionally there was constant noise of furniture moving above us the whole time.

I liked this hotel and extended my stay for another week. The room is clean and quiet, there is air conditioning, good plumbing, and a desk for a laptop. Wonderfull Riad at the edge of the old Medina. Easy to reach by taxi. Short walk to Medina. Lovely breakfast! The hammam was basic but lovely. Great private rooftop terrace

nicely appointed starting with a nice fountain for swimming, and an adjacent reading room with a cozy fireplace to relax and wind down and recount your adventures in the souks.

Great Value for money, friendly and attentive staff, and comfortable room made our stay very enjoyable. I briefly considered canceling my return flight.
We were eight of us touring Morocco and I have no hesitation in saying that this property was one of the MOST GORGEOUS riyads I have ever stayed in. Stay was great room was nice breakfast was great best breakfast in 3 stays around Morocco. the Ryad was in the Medina however a very sleepy part which took about 10 to 15 minutes to get to where the shops and restaurants were located
interesting
Very interesting. Provided a meal onarrival at 8:30 pm - very kind. enjoyed a lot.
A riad is sort of a home or bed and breakfast - not a hotel
very characterful.
felt safe.
thanks
Wonderful
We were dropped off by our driver and met by a person from the hotel who escorted us to the Riad. We were welcomed with Mint Tea and given the option to have dinner. The Riad also has the ability to book tours with the Medina of Fez with experienced guides. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a wonderful view from the top showing just how complex the Medina is. The host...

Excellent location, wonderful service from Haddou, the host.
Old city experience…
Difficult access made it harder…
Great location very close to food outlets and Blue Gate for self location. Great rooftop relaxation area and view, super professional staff Fatima and Noureddine who arranged for private pick up from train station and a porter at the gate to carry my luggage and direct me straight to the hotel. They did this on departure also.Beautiful Riad also, I would highly recommend Adarissa.
Fantastic Riad, Fatima and Haddou were friendly and helpful. The locations is perfect as it’s not too complex to reach despite being in the Medina. Highly recommended
I highly recommend the riad. The location is perfect. Parking is a 5-minute walk and right in the medina. The food is delicious. Haddou and his team are very friendly. We would go back in a heartbeat.
Best wishes, Peter and Nadine
Excellent experience! This place is beautiful, well located, and each room is unique. The staff and owner were incredibly helpful to my friend and I dealing with some bank troubles, they helped organize rides and tours, and both dinners we ate there were amazing. Strongly recommended.

I highly recommend this riad.
We were really nervous as we were in a new place and didn't know anything. Our desert tour driver contacted this riad, and Dross even came all the way to pick us up at the bus stop. We were very grateful that he helped us carry our heavy suitcases and gave us advice on various matters.
The location was great, and with air conditioning it was very comfortable.
I didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy my stay, but the included breakfast was very much appreciated.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff at the Riad
The staff were very kind. They even came to pick me up when I went to the riad, so I was able to get there without getting lost. After checking out, they accompanied me to catch a taxi and told the driver where to go, so I was able to get around without any trouble.
The building was also very beautiful, and breakfast felt luxurious. It's also conveniently located near the Blue Gate.
It was a great...
