Villa Quieta is a little further away from the medina than other lodging, but DO NOT let that discourage you. It is a lovely stroll down the promenade to the medina or a 7 dirham taxi ride. Beautiful property with garden and pool. Not the closest to the Medina but a great location next to the beach. Quick taxi or easy 30 min walk. This is a beautiful property on a quiet street. The staff are very professional and laid-back. The breakfasts are great. You can order eggs as well. I wish we had more time to enjoy the various sitting areas, but we were out and about when we were there.

The riad was unpretentious and clean, but the bathroom was tiny and full of mold. We didn't feel like washing in it. We had to ask for it to be cleaned. None of the electrical outlets were properly secured. The staff were very kind and dedicated, but that wasn't enough.

Wonderful place, outside the medina. Quiet, wonderful breakfast, Nadia the owner gave so good service (you're a star), and a nice (20-25 min) walk to the medina (or a 10 MAD taxi tide). 2 mins from the beach. Perfect place if you want a quiet oasis outside the hustle and bustle of the old town.

In one word: perfect. For once you have a riad with outward facing windows and not dark and cramped. Take the suite on the rooftop if you can, not so much for the extra space but for the extra light and the feeling of being "beyond it". Service, breakfast etc etc all perfect. Perfect choice for Essaouira. And Essaouira itself is also a very nice place to stop after busy cities like Marrakesh....

I was there 8 days with a friend, lovely terrace for breakfast, quite surrounding for sleep, the beach is about 5 minutes away. You have a stable and good free WIFI. Parking place are available and save. You can eat traditional food or visit a cookery course but you have to order one day before. Massage is also available. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

An incredibly beautiful place to stay. The rooms are lovely, but the common areas—of which there are many—are truly stunning and tastefully designed. My girlfriend and I only stayed here for two nights, but it’s the perfect spot for a longer stay. It’s also ideal for staying with larger groups or for remote work.

Super nice and helpful staff, Imad was ready to help and offer all services. Highly recommend the Hamam which is super clean and also the massage as the massage room has a special view to the ocean. Rooms are nice and clean and common areas are spacious.

Very friendly and quaint little place tucked away. Can be a little noisy, the public wash Station was directly below us and everything echoed. We were served a beautiful traditional tagine meal on the roof terrace by the staff. They were also helpful with shops directions etc. Seoul’s defiantly revisit.

Very nice Riad, very well located and with outstanding staff & service. Nicely comfy rooms. The only minus is that we can hear a bit the noise of the surrounding bars & clubs, which is not a big issue (and it is probably unavoidable in a Medina like the one of Essaouira).

We had to search for a hotel, but it was fine. It's old, but clean. The only noise is from the occasional street musicians, but you can watch the performance from the window. There's no parking, of course, even though it was mentioned in the booking. Parking outside the medina costs 50 dirhams per day.

I think it's a wonderful hotel, well located, with exquisite decor, a blend of tradition and modernity. We had a spacious triple room with a beautiful bathroom. The reception staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. A ten.

The Riad is beautiful, located in the center of the Medina. You can order an omelette for breakfast. The administrators are polite, answer questions, help you navigate. The windows of our room overlooked the street and it was noisy at night. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach.

Lovely place! We stayed in a rooftop room with a cute cat and a cozy sofa where you can relax and enjoy a view of the sea. The service was great, and the breakfast was delicious – everything was just perfect. We spent around 4–5 days here and really enjoyed our time. The location is right in the Medina, so it was fun to shop and try local food every day!

We were already familiar with this riad, and because we were so happy and satisfied, we decided to book it again. And we weren't disappointed.
