The experience was excellent; the price was great for three people. The ambiance and service were top-notch. The receptionist, Mango, was very nice and didn't even charge the city tax. Breakfast was delivered to the room. The breakfast was very affordable (each person received a boiled egg, a croissant, a scallion pancake, and a glass of orange juice, plus coffee or mint tea (if you choose coffee, they'll bring a pot of coffee and a pot of milk), a basket of bread to eat until you were stuffed, and peanut butter and cheese, etc.). The room was spacious, and the bathtub in the bathroom was quite unique. The downsides: the room was a bit damp, typical of Essaouira's climate, and had a slight odor; there was no hairdryer. It was quite cold at night; I felt very cold using only the blanket on the bed, but I was worried about getting too hot with the blankets in the closet.

Not a bad hotel in a riad. Traditional design, the hall is beyond praise.
There are 4 floors, a spiral staircase, we lived at the very top, good exercise... There is a terrace upstairs, pretty shabby, it would be nice to paint it again.
The room is small, hurray, 3 beds for the three of us, luxurious mattresses, beautiful bedside tables, windows onto the walk-through staircase and into the courtyard for ventilation. No air conditioning, no fan. No hair dryer, kettle or refrigerator.
The breakfast is not bad, you won't go hungry. Eggs, buns, flatbreads, jam, almond paste, butter, freshly squeezed juice, coffee, tea.

Magnificent place, very beautiful riyade with typical interior near the ocean in the medina

We were already familiar with this riad, and because we were so happy and satisfied, we decided to book it again. And we weren't disappointed. The staff is very attentive, the location is more than perfect, right in the heart of the medina and not far from the sea. The breakfast is very good and varied. We felt very comfortable. We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay there again.

This is the worst hotel ever. It was inside the medina, so I had to park outside and go to the accommodation.
I had to use a rickshaw because I had a lot of luggage. This cost extra money

And the guest will be staying, so why are you painting it? The paint on the bed is not dry, so I put it on my hand
The smell of paint vibrates and they say there is Wi-Fi, but I can't catch it, and I can't even use the electricity because I turned it off at night.

Stay away! Rude staff and overpriced food. My grilled fish was not fresh, bland and rubbery. It took a good one hour to come and was a whopping 230 dhs! I took two bites and left it. No views are worth tasteless, overpriced food. They seated us at a table with a stained table cloth and crumbs all over. Going to this place ruined our otherwise perfect day in essouria.

The food was very good although a little pricey. The side bread was very good. We ate a calamari tajine which was with a very tasty.

Excellent view over the old bastion. Food is oke but a bit expensive. Some personnel were very friendly. Good place to eat/drink and enjoy the sunset. On the roof top or inside.

Awful food. After coming back twice to say they could not make the Pastilla nor Rice dish, our water arrived. The bottle had been previously used, filled to the brim, and we speculate it was not filtered. 15 dh.
After 25 minutes our food arrived. The Spaghetti Fromage was simply spaghetti with grated cheese on top. No sauce, onion, anything. Dry, tasteless, and late.

Good live music, super friendly staff. Spaghetti bolognaise was good and filling, couscous was tasty. Decent sized portions. Great atmosphere and cool art on the walls and tables.
