Great location and good internet connection. But my room was dump with no light or ventilation. The plug hole in the shower drains very slowly and it floods the whole bathroom.

Terrible experince good location at tge heart of tge beautiful medina but tge Bedbugs and flooding bathrooms made it terrible

Good value for money, in terms of the deal I managed relative to other hotels and roads in the same location and at the same time. This is in the heart of the Medina and though it is in a busy part I got a good night's rest. I was struck by the very friendly welcome and the good breakfast, on the terrace. This is a functional and generally basic place to stay if you are on a budget or, like me, you arrive late in the evening and just need a room for the night. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This riad was awful! Don’t book a stay here. It’s very cheap but for a reason. The rooms were very humid and had no air conditioning, therefore there was mold. The rooms smelled weird and hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was a lot of big stains on the bed linings and towels and you could see blood stains from bed bugs. I got a room that was towards the street and it was very noisy and the windows couldn’t close properly. The staff was ok, but there wasn’t really any service, they didn’t even show us to our rooms. We should have stayed there for three nights, but ended up leaving after just one night as we could stand staying there any longer.

I was initially impressed by the size of the room, its central location and internet, but checked out after one night. You could hear absolutely everything from the street below, no chance of sleeping, the sheets were stained, the pillow cases smelled bad, the toilet seat was hanging off and the cupboard was held together with an elastic band. There wasn't even soap provided in the bathroom. Staff were nice enough, but let themselves in to clean without even knocking. Definitely much better places to stay in Essaouira.

Awful food. After coming back twice to say they could not make the Pastilla nor Rice dish, our water arrived. The bottle had been previously used, filled to the brim, and we speculate it was not filtered. 15 dh.
After 25 minutes our food arrived. The Spaghetti Fromage was simply spaghetti with grated cheese on top. No sauce, onion, anything. Dry, tasteless, and late.

Good live music, super friendly staff. Spaghetti bolognaise was good and filling, couscous was tasty. Decent sized portions. Great atmosphere and cool art on the walls and tables.

Stay away! Rude staff and overpriced food. My grilled fish was not fresh, bland and rubbery. It took a good one hour to come and was a whopping 230 dhs! I took two bites and left it. No views are worth tasteless, overpriced food. They seated us at a table with a stained table cloth and crumbs all over. Going to this place ruined our otherwise perfect day in essouria.

The food was very good although a little pricey. The side bread was very good. We ate a calamari tajine which was with a very tasty.

Excellent view over the old bastion. Food is oke but a bit expensive. Some personnel were very friendly. Good place to eat/drink and enjoy the sunset. On the roof top or inside.
