Excellent hotel Had pleasant stay at regal airport hotel. This is the only hotel i stay when i visit kathmandu. They provide free shuttle, free breakfast, free xerox and excellent hospitality, super clean room with necessary amenities. They have elevator incase you have heavy luggage.

Room is not that much clean as i expected

Its okay. Rooms available at 800nc also. Service is poor. Some of the hotel door locks are broken. The hotel is almost at the centre of Thamel.

Hattiban Resort is located in a very peaceful area, perfect for a short escape from the city. I visited there for an office program, and the overall experience was good. The location is beautiful, and the food was nice. If you’re planning a night stay, you can also do a short hike to Champadevi Hill, which takes about 1–1.5 hours uphill from the resort. It makes the stay even more refreshing.

Lovely view from the place and plenty of lush greenery. The new observation deck is under construction as well

Best destination in Kathmandu for couples/friends to spend time there. enough place for visit around the nature inside and outside the resort the view and nature is so amazing. Good food, good ambiance, good service. Little bit of high price that's all.

Great view of Kathmandu valley, with a rustic decor and architecture. It is a relaxing stopover after a hike around the Pharping hills, with delightful impressive food.

Wonderful hospitality and behavior. We have reached at odd times still they somehow managed everything. We were able to take a hot water bath and that was impressive.

I came for EBC Trek, after which I stayed for week at this Dream city Hotel. I have given five stars but they deserve beyond that. The rooms are absolutely clean, hot water all the time, nice in-house cozy restaurant for breakfast and other meals of the day. Close to the the Thamel Market but yet set in a quite and serene surrounding.. Their in-house manager Deepak and the staff are very supportive...

Reasonable price for room and service is really good. Staff try their really best to help you as much they. I arrived in this hotel with my Canadian group for our EBC trip. Before EBC we all stayed here and after also. We stayed in many different rooms all good with price and breakfast included but one room has bathroom problem which not big issue. For staff totally full points 💯

It is a very good choice for transit in Nepal. It is a 5-minute walk to the airport. The hotel's breakfast can be delivered directly to the room. The hot water is very comfortable. There is road construction at the door recently, but it does not affect it. The service attitude is good. I think the price of 200 yuan for two breakfasts is very appropriate, and the sanitary conditions are also okay.

It was good stay at ganpati airport hotel. Rooms were neat n clean but small rooms. But it was advantage that it was just 5 min drive from airport. I stayed for one night. Lift is not there so there was issue but they have bell boy who help to take your luggage to your rooms. Food is ok inside hotel. But outside so many restaurants options at airport road.

Stay is very close to airport. 15 mins walking distance to domestic and 10 mind walking distance to international airport. Rooms are clean and well equipped with basic amenities. Staff is good indian currency accepted.

Highly recommend this hotel if you’re a first time visitor looking for somewhere nearby Durbar Square but still quiet and less crowded. I was very fortunate to go on a tour hosted by the owner’s son, and we went to nearby spots, temples, shrines and even his familial ground. It was a fantastic way to immerse into Patan culture and understand its rich history, culture, architecture and coexistence...

Really enjoyed my stay in Heranya Yala. The room was neat, the service was quick, and the staff were very welcoming. Perfect place for a relaxing stay.

The room was clean and neat. The first hotel where we don't have to pay for water to drink. They provide us with a jar in every room. A hot shower didn't match what they provided. The bathroom becomes a pool after you take a shower cause of blockage in the basin hole. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is wonderful, combines the classical style with confort. Very clean and the location is great. Very calm and pretty. The best part was to share with the owner a walk through Patan, were we discover amazing places, learn about the local culture and the life of the people. It was the best experience in Nepal. Very genuine, kind and friendly hosts. The staff have been overly helpful, aiding in laundry services and bike rental during my stay. All services at local rates! The chef here is very friendly and organised a BBQ on my final night with my new friends. Can’t wait to return one day - lovely people!

Got a recommendation from Pokhara so we visited the place. It needs renovation. It's ambiance is ok ok. You can choose this if you are planning for a short stay of a day or two... Location wise it is located at Thamel - the heart of Kathmandu. It is at a 5 min walking distance from Ratna Park. Service is great. You get hot water n free Wi-Fi.

It's a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. The staff is really nice and helpful. But it's very noisy at night. There's a night club not too far and as I write this it's 4:00 am and the music is still going on. The beds are as comfortable as a 2x4 but I'm told it's the norm in Nepal. Had a lovely stay at Cascade Hotel from 15th–20th June 2025. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located in Lazimpat. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay smooth and pleasant. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

I stayed with my parents at the Hotel Padma for four nights, $140 per night with breakfast. In the morning, I asked for tea and was told there was only one per breakfast, which I found extremely rude. The room wasn't cleaned. I carried the full trash bag to the front desk myself. Today I visited this hotel to find a room n was very happy to meet Mr lama who own the hotel. Rooms are very good n well ventilated, bathrooms are also good. I had dinner at hotel n can say that quality of food was really good. Staff is well behaved. Lalit lama personally gave me some time n informed me about Kathmandu tourist places.

Stayed here for two days before the trekking. They put us on the 6th floor which feels like hiking a mountain itself (no lift). Room small just with a fan, shared bathroom (outside). Comfortable and very reasonably priced for the amenities. A double bedroom is similar priced to two bunk beds in a hostel. Neatly maintained as well. Worth the stay.

Very beautiful view from some of the rooms, rooms are spacious and so are toilets with 24 hrs of running hot and cold water. Big TVs in rooms and nearly all channels are available. Beds are comfortable with big pillows. To sum it up, value for money deal.

Stayed there only one night. The room was clean, bed comfortable and shower relaxing with plenty of hot water. We ordered momo and wai wai sadeko to eat with some beers. The service was VERY fast and the food tasty. I was held back by some previous reviews from a few years ago and came in not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised and would be happy to stay here again.
