The hotel has been extremely supportive in every possible way from the start to the end. Could not get better place to stay when you are in Mustang. Highly recommended!!!!

I’m writing my first experience with Hotel Shambala hotel is really very nice. Staff is very polite. Very respectfully especially the cleaning is very nice. The rooms are a bit dated, but the staff and the location are wonderful! The roof top bar and pool have an extraordinary view, so bring your swim suit! The onsite spa is totally affordable and I wish I could have gone every day. The restaurant has a very nice breakfast.

Their ground floor is too dark and cold and they made their top floor restaurant ugly by making it look like a party palace. Earlier it was such a beautiful serene place to sit next to the pool and watch the city, hills, sun

The hotel has a building without an elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage up. There's also a nice swimming pool. As for the restaurant, the food is quite Taiwanese-friendly with a good variety of flavors to choose from, and they even have beef noodles!

Located within walking distance to the Buddha Stupa, this hotel is in a convenient location yet in a quiet corner near the stupa. The service is great and the staff are very helpful and hospitable. The highlight is there’s a ******* Buddhism Monastery right in the hotel’s yard, and guests can do free yoga course every morning inside the monastery which is a big plus.

Located 5 mins walk away from boudha stupa, Hotel Dolmaling is perfect place to stay over night whist visiting boudha. The hospitality of staff and location cannot be beat. Would highly recommend for solo travellers or couples alike.

The hotel is located on one of Thamel's tourist streets, with many shops nearby. It's also within walking distance of the Monkey Temple. The hotel staff goes out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We went to Pokhara for a few days, left our luggage, and everything was seamless.

We have been staying here nearly every year since 2020 and it never fails to delight and warm our hearts. Family-run, very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent safe restaurant, but best of all the garden to sit in. I am reluctant to praise it too highly in case we can't get a booking next time we go there!

We have been staying in this friendly convenient family hotel for the last 24 years and never fail to enjoy everything about it. The garden restaurant with excellent safe food, the warmth of the welcome, the helpful staff, the proximity to the Garden of Dreams and Thamel, the freedom from traffic noise (and the reasonable price)...try it! They will even pick you up from the airport.

Hotel manager and staff are knowledgeable and well networked, which youll need to arrange seamless transport to and from the mountains. Ask for Hom, rearranges everything & remains contactable whilst youre hiking. The hotel itself is okay for overnighters. It's clean and provides basic amenities including breakfast.

The the hotel was amazing. The staff was really friendly. The concierge service set me up with taxis took me around the city places to eat and shop help me find a motorcycle to purchase to ride around had amazing breakfast buffet every morning for free included with the room cute little breakfast nook and a wonderful little garden. Staff is just great super nice like family.

Convenient and quiet location in the heart of Thamel near the main tourist sites and lots of restaurants and shops. Room could have been cleaner with stains on the bedspread. The TV didn't work and we asked the reception twice if they could fix it but no one came to fix it. A couple of the power points didn't work. The breakfast was good with a range of western and local cuisines that changed daily

We stayed at Hotel Napalaya on 10–11 February and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We stayed two separated nights at the Airport Hotel and enjoyed both stays. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The showers provided hot water. The Hotel restaurant, CloudZero boasts excellent food in Mediterranean, Western, and Asian styles. Really good!!! The complimentary breakfast is really good too. Maybe best of all is the staff. They go the extra mile to take care of you!

The hotel is in a nice area and have access to some shops close by. One thing you noice is that the hotel is now old and rooms needs to have an up grade. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this amazing hotel. The staff is very nice and caring. The rooms are big and comfortable, very clean and nice. The area is calm and quiet, but 15 minutes walk from the center, which is very convenient. When I come back to Kathmandu, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is very close to the Buddha Stupa, which is a great plus. Unfortunately it is located on a very busy street, across the street from the pedestrian area around the Stupa and crossing the street could be nerve wrecking. The hotel has a restaurant and spa, both featuring Thai specialties. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here with a few friends after backpacking in solukhumbu region for 5 days, it was refreshing and the staff was very friendly. Pradeep was very helpful and he showed us around the rooftop and took some of our song requests. Pradeep also made great conversation and gave good recommendations on souvenirs.
