the room and everything is perfect. the location was okay there’s a big mall downstairs and i feel like the area is safe. but if you are travelling in amsterdam its not very near the city centre

Bedding is extremely comfortable to my like. If there’s one thing that I can suggest is, it would be appreciated if the TV is able to support chromecast/Apple TV for streaming contents from your own devices

It was great hotel! The staff was very nice 😊 thx them for the welcome gift, my wife was very happy! But one problem, that is breakfast is always same 😢

It’s really nice that there is a small kitchen in the room. There’s a supermarket locating at the shopping mall nearby. You can easily prepare dishes at the room. The staff is very helpful and nice

Hotel is good, but hygiene is not up to the hotel level! Pros: - nice aminities - good location - inside a mall for shopping - surrounded by restaurants - nice staff and welcoming Cons: - water tab and some spots wasn't cleaned well - room was separated by a removable partition, so whatever my neighbour is doing I hear it, so no privacy, and no relaxation - a spot on the blanket was smelling like...

The breakfast was included in the booking which is really nice! The staff in the reception and restaurant were also hospitable. You can also prepare your meals in the kitchen.

Sauna and the pool was great. We did not like that there was no third bed in the room although we booked it for three people.

Our restaurant experience was not so great, although the food was nice. Swimming pool was definitely too small for a hotel with 13 floors, it is for not more than 2-3 people

Great location for ice rink Lovely hotel although some communal areas a little tired. Very comfortable rooms, clean and great housekeeping service. Quality of food in restaurant and room service excellent

Shame coffee bar not open as lacked choice for light lunch. Very convenient for event at Ice rink. Difficultly on departure as very poor taxi service and can’t access town easily via public transport

Big big issue is that you can’t reach this hotel by car. There is no proper drop-off zone near the entrance

A Five-Star Stay in Every Way! I just returned from a fantastic stay at the Van der Valk Hotel Enschede, and I can't recommend it highly enough

For what you get, from the beautiful facilities to the excellent service, the price is more than fair

It is located in a business district, there are office buildings around, but there are also many restaurants and a supermarket within 10mins walk. The area is very safe even late at night, not too busy, not too quiet

Taking metro or tram near the hotel, can bring you to most of the tourist attractions in just 15-20mins. I don’t prefer staying in hotels near the central station, where everywhere is busy and filled with tourists

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a couple, making it a pleasant and convenient place to stay

It is just 5 mins walk from Amsterdam Zuid station, which is just 1 stop from the airport by train. If you come from central station, take the M52 metro to go to Zuid station and it’s only 5 stops

Walking two or three hundred meters from the hotel to the South Station (Zuid), it is easy to get to the city center, the airport, and the surrounding cities

Friendly staff welcomed us even though we checked in late at night, which made the experience feel smooth and comfortable

We stayed at De L’Europe for a full week and overall had a very positive experience. The location is excellent, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere feels refined and classic

The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient

If you are planning to visit the city, I'd highly recommend to stay more closer to the city center because after late night, you'll have to get an expensive Taxi to come back. No late night tram stops nearby

Great large room Directly opposite the Maastricht station and bus station Walking distance to spa grocery store and 15mins walk to city centre Stairs to reception, no lift to reception - not good for disabled people - apparently the other entrance was locked but it has a platform for wheelchair accessibility to the reception/dining room and the lift to other levels

That would have been helpful instead of dragging my suitcase and backpack up about 10 steps to reception. Not good for disabled people with heart condition and brain injury and balance issues

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the train station, just a street away, and the bus station is also opposite, making transportation incredibly convenient

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a supermarket across the street. There's an elevator, which makes getting upstairs very easy

Had a pleasant 1 night stay. Location is perfect and breakfast was good. One point to note - parking is available but it's paid.

There was no buzzer to call for assistance and couldn't leave suitcase on the street. They need to provide instructions to guests with disabilities to proceed to the other locked door and have a buzzer on that door

Spent couple nights at this castle and really enjoyed the surrounding, the hotel and the restaurants. Castle is located around 10 km off Maastricht. It is a great place to spend a relaxing weekend

The price is affordable, and overall it's pretty good and clean. However, the hotel doesn't provide toiletries or slippers

So, you'll need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, clothes hangers, and other toiletries! There's a free shuttle bus (a large coach) that goes directly to the hotel from platforms 9-13 at the airport bus terminal

Everyone was very friendly and enjoyed their work (often seen differently) The food was ok, I was expecting a little more, my 2 previous (business) visits would have given me a more positive experience The playground downstairs for the kids is nice, big and varied ! Upper! A little more variety for younger kids would complete it

This is the place you want to stay! The room (416) was outstanding. Very clean, the lighting was exquisite and the 2 person jetted tub was heaven to soak in. I will stay here again. And the breakfast was AMAZING….

There was a glass partition between the bed and the shower, with newspaper plastered on the glass. There was also a structural pillar in the room, exposing raw concrete, which made that area look like an unfinished shell
