Poor service and customer experience; Check-in was uncomfortable due to an accusatory tone from front desk staff regarding the number of guests in the room, which felt unwelcoming and unnecessary The breakfast promotion was poorly communicated, signage suggests an automatic early-bird discount, but a voucher must be requested at check-in, which was not clearly explained

When I picked up my stored bags, it was raining outside, yet the front desk staff still helped carry my luggage downstairs and loaded it into the car

I really liked the hotel, very clean, the sauna and pool were especially pleased, great location, next to my favorite Albert Cyup market, on my next visit to Amsterdam I will be happy to stay in Pestana

Definitely get the pass for train and buses (Not the hop on hop off) Amsterdam central is 4 stops from the airport and once you get there the sights are spectacular

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was just perfect for us. Proximity and free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 mins was what we needed. Got my moneys worth

The location is excellent with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to the airport. Just the bathroom has a little mould. And remember to bring your own slippers, as there are nothing to provide.

However, there are no convenience stores nearby, so if you need a late-night snack, you'll have to buy it in the city beforehand

The breakfast was good with lots of choices. And it’s nice that there is a swimming pool. Tram 1 stops directly at the hotel, so it’s easy to go to the city center or to Scheveningen

com, where at the very bottom it says there is a charge for sauna but NOT massages or other services? very weird and confusing; the hotels own website, which says the sauna and pool are free and the only charge is for the "spa package"'; or even the check-in link shared via email and whatsapp which doesn't metnion there is a fee involved)

Once again, literally never in our time traveling and staying in nice places with spa have we come across having to pay for the sauna and pool offered at the hotel as guests - this is the first time we have come across this, and this is the main reason for our serious downgrade in review

Other reasons include the paid parking being quite expensive, the fee for the dog as well. not to mention the fee for the spa and the pool which is inconsistently marked across sites

Very professional! The location is not in the city centre but just in front of the tram stop so it is very convenient and not disturbing at all as it is close from both the centre and the sea

kids with floaties and balls came to the spa area. It's a spa, people want to relax and read a book and not hear kids scream and play in the pool. This area should be an adults only

It looks a bit old from the outside BUT the inside is really modern. Rituals products in the shower/bathroom. Great coffee machine! We enjoyed the sauna and the swimming pool

Service requests are made through their app/website, through which I asked twice (in different places in the app) if they might have another room available that wasn’t adjoined and/or wasn’t facing the front of the hotel

Not even a message saying that they didn’t have a different room (which I wouldn’t have believed to be quite honest, it’s the low season (I live 900 meter from this hotel) so I know it’s still very much low season

Good hotel, right in the city center, with a parking garage less than 5 minutes away. For a deluxe room, which we had, I expected more space, more storage, and definitely a mini-fridge (a major drawback)

Now the bad: We’re currently (2 months later) staying here again and now we have a room that is very noisy. A lot of cold is coming from the balcony door/window, so maybe something is wrong there

Other hotels are making it as easy and as quick as possible for people to check in - here you have to sign in on a tablet and you are asked for far too much information, including address and DOB

Only thing is that the air conditioning did not work like it is supposed to and while taking a shower, the water gets very hot ever 2/3minutes. Other than that no complaints

She took such great care of us and made our stay that much better! Only recommendation would be to have towels available at the pool (there often weren’t any) and also at the beach entrance

This is the first time for us to stay here. The hotel room and the bathroom is quite large. The location is perfect, silent and safe. We really love this hotel.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was clean, it was my second stay at this property. I was just missing bath robes and slippers. Overall it was a nice stay.

Communication was also ineffective—even after we showed the staff our bath bag to explain our request, they misunderstood and still only sent over slippers and bathrobes

The multiple room changes and poor service completely ruined my stay, and this experience is totally unworthy of the Hilton brand

Great hotel, good rooms, nice design, decent Breakfast. Tram stop only a few steps from the entrance, 10-20 minutes and you are in the centre of Amsterdam. Station is about 20-25 min by tram.

This hotel boasts a great location, beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and absolutely top-notch service! The only slight drawback is that my child can only swim in the mornings, but the hotel receptionist kindly accommodated this! The spa part is quite small but you have everything you need : cold and hot sauna / hammam / swimming-pool, even a nice gym (if only I knew !) Regarding the food (I tested only breakfast), everything was delightful, from sweet to salty, with a lot of variety in all types of meals proposed

the room and everything is perfect. the location was okay there’s a big mall downstairs and i feel like the area is safe. but if you are travelling in amsterdam its not very near the city centre

Bedding is extremely comfortable to my like. If there’s one thing that I can suggest is, it would be appreciated if the TV is able to support chromecast/Apple TV for streaming contents from your own devices

It’s really nice that there is a small kitchen in the room. There’s a supermarket locating at the shopping mall nearby. You can easily prepare dishes at the room. The staff is very helpful and nice

Hotel is good, but hygiene is not up to the hotel level! The breakfast was included in the booking which is really nice! The staff in the reception and restaurant were also hospitable. You can also prepare your meals in the kitchen.

Sauna and the pool was great. We did not like that there was no third bed in the room although we booked it for three people.

Our restaurant experience was not so great, although the food was nice. Swimming pool was definitely too small for a hotel with 13 floors, it is for not more than 2-3 people

It was very well furnished had generous stowage and space for luggage, that meant it was neat and uncluttered with everything squared away. The beds were very comfortable. We never heard a thing and slept very well

There are two restaurants, a bar and a very well appointed spa. The staff were charming and helpful and all spoke good English - which is pretty much normal in the Netherlands anyway

We ate in the Brasserie and the food was first class. As it is well-placed in the town centre, other dining options were available only minutes away

Rain shower is nice and hot and powerful however, my friend had an issue with flooding the bathroom due to blocked drains he had to get maintenance who did come and fix the issue

Location was great, staff were accommodating unfortunately the blinds were not working when trying to close it but doesn’t take away from the excellent experience we had.
