The hotel is in a great location, the reception lady was very friendly, and took the initiative to upgrade the room to a bigger one, and also gave me free breakfast

After she reminded me, I found that there seemed to be no function to directly purchase breakfast on ctrip. Overall, it was very good and worth recommending!

The service is very good and the hotel is relatively clean. However, the price is not cheap. The room is very small and the soundproofing is very poor. Maybe this is the case with accommodation in the Netherlands

Great location in the heart of Amsterdam next to the 9 streets. Good shopping area and near everything. If you want your room serviced and cleaned you will need to tell reception to do it, otherwise they won’t.

We requested twice and had to call for towels

We will forever be indebted to them for that extra effort. Aside from that, the gym is well-equipped but has a low-medium amount of foot traffic. The room is also comfortable with a heating system that works well

Edwardo gave us a very warm welcome. Gym was sufficent for my husband. Location is very convenient.Only dissatisfaction is probably the towels. They were rough!

When my passport was lost, they went above and beyond to help me find it including letting me to back to the room after check out to look for it, talking to neighboring hotels, and checking security cameras

Located 10min walk from Ams central station and at the centre of the old town, it’s convenient to get to lots of the touristy spots like the dam plaza, red light district and commuting is easy

Dinner was a disaster! It's not just the portions that are tiny, but I've never eaten salmon with so many bones! It's a dish I've eaten in different restaurants and that I cook at home, and it never has bones! For a dish they charge as gourmet, I expected a better standard

Then the two twin beds pushed together made snuggling impossible - you either lay 1m apart, or you risk falling down the crack. Everything about the room and the hotel was outdated

The same goes for the dessert! It looked like finger food! It's not worth spending a penny in the restaurant. My stay left me very sad; we are friends of Fletcher

For the price mostly everything can be overlooked, but the dog smell and those horrible beds will have me never choose this hotel again

The window cannot be opened, and it is a bit stuffy even with the air conditioner on. Large area, good sound insulation, and a swimming pool. Although small, the water temperature is suitable

Lovely Hotel The pool was great, but there no towels to hand, and the Sauna was never on unless you asked them yo switch on. The breakfast did not have many options.. very basic .

Wonderful park around the hotel. Fast internet almost anywhere. You can rent a bicycle, an electric scooter, an electric car. The breakfasts are hearty and varied

Unfortunately, I didn't stay at the site because of flight changes. But I couldn't get a refund from the hotel. Later, after coordination, Ctrip refunded me

A bit remote from Arnhem but still accessible with public transport. The place was serene and has good paths to the woods.

The room was very nice and the breakfast was rich. It was a bit bad that 4 euros were deducted when submitting the online check-out. I had already paid 4 euros per day in tax at the hotel after checking in.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy. I came here to stay after watching the game. The room is OK, parking is convenient, and the breakfast is also good. The overall experience is good

Fantastic hotel and spa… the thermal space was very relaxing… beautiful indoor/ outdoor bathing pools in a nature setting

There are a variety of pools including 37 degrees, and a 34 degree salt water float pool… both amazing experiences and quite unusual. There was also a salt scrub shower space and 1 sauna/ 1 steam room

The outdoor pools were slightly more enjoyable, but overall the spa offering does not justify the price

Great time, not too busy on Friday night. Swimming-pool and jacuzzi could be 1-2C warmer. Lovely "A La Carte" dinner. A bit expensive I agree, but we are in The Netherlands.

We reservated an antistress masage. I can say that Danielle, did the best massage I ever had. She has magic hands, i felt relax and confortable. It was like to be reborn. I truly recomended ✨️

I was unable to use the sauna at all; every time I opened the door, it was already full. The same applied to the steam bath and whirlpools. As a result, the spa felt more stressful than relaxing

The location is super convenient! It's a pet-friendly hotel, which is great. It's a shame there's no parking, though. The room itself was a decent size, but the heating was incredibly weak, and I was cold all night

They do provide water on the first floor

On the first night, the heating in our room (112) was not working and we were very cold. Since no technicians were available at night, the reception could not offer a solution, and the problem was fixed the next morning

The staff were unable to fix it, so we had to change rooms late at night and move all our belongings to a new room. The new room worked fine, but the experience was quite inconvenient

We stayed at Ibis Rotterdam City Centre for three nights. The location is great and the staff were generally friendly, but unfortunately we had repeated issues with the room heating

However, on the third night the heating broke down again and started blowing cold air, this time only in our room

We were on a budget trip to explore Utrecht and I honestly cannot imagine a better place to stay. Includes everything you need, close enough to everything, friendly and helpful staff and you even get free coffee

They do have parking, but they could do with some more maintenance in the parking garage due to clogged drains, which cause water to pool on the deck, resulting in large puddles

The experience at this hotel is a good one. I’ve already been staying here for two months and I can say that I’m satisfied. The staff is polite, and Gerlon is doing an excellent job. ✌️

Travelled with my son recently and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel had great facilities and may well return in warmer weather when pools are open.

It's primarily residential, home to many locals, with traditional Dutch houses, green spaces, and the Spaarndam Canal lining its streets. Facilities: 90 Cleanliness: 95 Surroundings: 95 Service: 100

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal just outside the city and it was no more than 15 minutes into the city via bus. The bus stop is literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel

WestCord Art has a stylish decor with very friendly staff. The room is accurate as described and very clean. Location is very convenient to go to train stations

The hotel too has bikes and ebikes for rental. There are lovely wooded areas to cycle around as well as to the city. We did not have bikes and didn't want to use the car. The local bus stop is just opposite the hotel

Despite being close to the motorway it is a quiet area. The hotel is situated about 4km outside the main historic centre and a lot of people who stay use bikes to get into town-there are cycle tracks

buses are every half hour morning and late afternoon and every hour around lunch time. Very reasonable cost, journey to the station on ther edge of the historic centre takes about 15 minutes

First time in Deventer and I couldn't choose a better hotel to stay! Our room was huge with a beautiful view, and most important super clean! Breakfast was delicious, lots of great options! Big thanks to the manager Roos, she has her eyes all over the place to manage a perfect stay!

I really appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby, which was free to refill. I drove, but I was also able to park in the underground car park. This was really appreciated in Amsterdam, where parking is scarce

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Arnhem central station, with luggage. The people at front desk are very hospitable and they provide all the necessary assistances needed. No smoke smell or dirty spots

But you need take your own tooth brush/paste, slipper. Breakfast are with diversified food and drinks. Not much choice with salad though. There is a grocery just next to the hotel and you can get many things there

Too many different styles of restaurant around the neighbourhood. There is also some attractive sites for sightseeing just by walk. Pretty nice choice for travellers to stay two or three nights

The hotel itself is a really nice place. There is everything you need (bar, inside swimming pool, bowling...). The bedrooms were a bit dirty and the beds very (too) thin.

Swimming pool is really nice, and gym has been recently refurbished with modern equipment. Tennis courts are also recently updated

Hotel is in excellent location, by the beach, and has all the services, a family on a holiday may wish for. Nice restaurant serving decent breakfast and even better lunch and dinner

Stables right around the corner have horses and ponies, so even the smallest kids can go for a ride. And the village is just a short stroll, bus ride, or bike ride away

Our apartment was nice as it is air-conditioned, but some of the hotel rooms are not. It’s not usually extremely hot on the island, but it can get pretty warm

The pool was so enjoyable, it being surrounded by trees and plants was special and calming. Like a tropical getaway but close by a lovely city. The food was outstanding- that dinner chef is really talented

I temporarily chose a hotel near MECC. The hotel was good in all aspects, but the surrounding area was a little quieter. But this is basically the case in small European cities, and it’s normal

Also I really appreciated there being recycle and trash bins along the hall way on every floor. Oh and the complimentary Prosecco for booking a table ahead of time was a really winning touch

My family and I were very satisfied during our stay. I love the aroma of shampoo and showergel from Rituals. With them I don’t need to bring my personal shampoo and shower gel anymore.

Hotel nice, room very basic and small, no tea making facilities which for this day and age is very unusual, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so we had to put a towel down

She just rudely said well your the first to ask and walked off. They’re are many other hotels in valkenbourg to choose, but this has the swimming pool and free parking

The hotel is very well-suited for school groups, with group-friendly dining arrangements, a wide variety of excellent food options (including for dietary needs), and a private social space that allowed our students to relax and rehearse without disturbing other guests
