Staff at the front desk were nice as well. My only complaint was after 2 days I asked for maid service for our bathroom and clean towels

Called to complain and the girl from the desk came up and brought us clean cups, tea and coffee and took away or dirty towels. She said there was no one there from housekeeping

When I came back to my room there was a bag of 2 towels and a washcloth hanging on the door knob

The plus point here is there’s a huge lake and a green landscape where you can just take a stroll or rent a bike at the hotel

I called the front desk on check out date at 11am and asked for a towel, I had no dry towels, after the pool and with one hour to leave, the front desk lady told me "they will come to all rooms", when I said I need a towel so I can leave I was told "I don't have time for it now, if you need you can come to the front desk and take towels"

Best hotel in Netherlands. View is fantastic, luxury rooms. Tempered pool. A fantastic terrace with access to the lake. Great breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. Reception guys are very kind. Absolutelly recomendable.

Other facilities, gym and swimming pool are also in perfect order

Het was jammer dat de spa en zwembad gesloten was door een probleem (het gehele weekend) Due to an issue the spa and swimming pool was closed all weekend. The room we booked was really nice

What an amazing stay! ! I used one of my complimentary nights from my Hilton Diamond status because I came into Amsterdam a day early and omg I love this hotel! As soon as my cab stopped in front, a man immediately came down the stairs to help me with my bag and escort me to the check in area

They have a door to the garden which I’m assuming is beautiful in summer but I was here in February so it was freezing! When I checked out it was with Lisa again and she was great as usual and the guys helped me with my bags again when my uber came

We had paid extra to have a balcony in our standard room. Unfortunately that balcony gave a view straight out to a busy Construction site. Reception insisted this was what we booked and that this was as advertised

Lots of very good places to eat close by. Recommend Copper for dinner (across from hotel), and Tulum for breakfast (20 minute walk on the beach but worth the effort). Nice shopping street around the corner

On the day of the flower show hotel guests were not allowed in the front of the hotel as there were dignitaries and sponsors (I presume) using the hotel lobby, car park with marquee and a bar that had been set up

Though we found a way around this I wasn’t told I’d then need a room card to open the bike access to the car park! Despite having gone into reception they didn’t tell me to check in first and get the room key

A few things to note: We were travelling with bikes on the roof and were told “no problem we’ll be able to use the underground car park” you can definitely not get in the car park with bikes on the roof

The breakfast was good with lots of choices. And it’s nice that there is a swimming pool. Tram 1 stops directly at the hotel, so it’s easy to go to the city center or to Scheveningen

com, where at the very bottom it says there is a charge for sauna but NOT massages or other services? very weird and confusing; the hotels own website, which says the sauna and pool are free and the only charge is for the "spa package"'; or even the check-in link shared via email and whatsapp which doesn't metnion there is a fee involved)

Once again, literally never in our time traveling and staying in nice places with spa have we come across having to pay for the sauna and pool offered at the hotel as guests - this is the first time we have come across this, and this is the main reason for our serious downgrade in review

Other reasons include the paid parking being quite expensive, the fee for the dog as well. not to mention the fee for the spa and the pool which is inconsistently marked across sites

Very professional! The location is not in the city centre but just in front of the tram stop so it is very convenient and not disturbing at all as it is close from both the centre and the sea

The interior is a pleasure for the eye with lots of places to have a comfortable seat and for instance enjoy a game of four-in-a-row. The rooftop has a trendy ambiance and a spectacular view!

This hotel is surprisingly different outside and inside. During the day the building has a greyish look but at night time this all changes into a beautiful lighted marker on the end of the Danzigerkade in Houthavens

It is my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. It is good and practical to explore Leiden and get to Schiphol airport. Rooms are big enough for two persons. This time we stayed on the 11th floor

Great location in the heart of Amsterdam next to the 9 streets. Good shopping area and near everything. If you want your room serviced and cleaned you will need to tell reception to do it, otherwise they won’t.

We requested twice and had to call for towels

Dinner was a disaster! It's not just the portions that are tiny, but I've never eaten salmon with so many bones! It's a dish I've eaten in different restaurants and that I cook at home, and it never has bones! For a dish they charge as gourmet, I expected a better standard

Stayed 1 night in the Center Parks Strandhotel because of the Zandvoort Circuit Run. The location is great, since it’s practically next to the beach and the famous Zandvoort Racing Circuit (5 minute walk)

The only issue we experienced was a bad/strange smell in the bathroom either from the drain in the shower or the extraction vents but we not sure what it was. so difficult to complain about it

The rooms are a bit dated and not very spacious, but overall pretty decent for a short stay. Unfortunately the TV offers no streaming apps or cast functionality
