My boyfriend and I had a great time, very kind staff, we had free coffee, milk, hot chocolate and free water, the room was clean, we stored our luggage at the hotel on the day of checkout to be able to visit the city more freely

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area

Good location with 10-15 minutes tram to Central station. Beautiful view from the room. It's good to have free coffee and hot chocolate at the bar.

Everything is perfect!!!U will never regret booking the room here. The staffs are super nice, the room and view are wonderful

Very nice stay, the staff was amazing and the view from my bedroom was incredible.

I am surprised by some of the reviews. I found a good selection of products at breakfast including fresh fruit salad, cheese and ham, bacon, scrambled or boiled eggs and a good selection of bread and pastries

Stayed as part of a Caledonian Travel coach tour. Room was fine if rather small with limited storage space. Kettle and coffee sachets etc provided. I had a nice view of the market in the square

Rooms were really well cleaned each day. Excellent heated swimming pool although very limited changing facilities and only public showers - wish I had brought a robe. You need to bring down your own towels

Wine was 5 euros a glass although it seemed easier to get drinks from the bar before to bring in. The only downside was no water provided only hot drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful

Stayed at hotel as part of a coach party. The evening meal was delicious. I had the fish which was cooked to perfection and my husband had the chicken which was tender and not dried out

A lovely hotel set in fabulous Valkenburg. Staff are incredibly polite, friendly & accommodating and can't do enough for you. The hotel decor is plush, modern & has a welcoming vibe

This hotel has charm and feels “warm and welcoming”. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean, large enough and good quality mattress. Breakfast too had good quality and variety.

Very clean room with a very big and comfortable bed. We would like to highlight the quality of the bread (which is quite rare in hotels) and the tea and warm breakfast options

Lastly, it is lovely that the hotel still has some of the features of the old hotel, like the café and the wide corridors. We really liked that they kept these

Very nice people, food was nice, room good, swimming pool nice. Coctails when we arrived, the kids loved it. The minor remark was that the dinner with pork was very small (and the one with beef twice as much)

First placed in busy loud room on side of busy road! I came there on business and after long day at work, I was so tired, so I asked if I could get another room that was not on busy roadside

Great hotel, just could be cleaner. Facilities are good, but the quality is lower than what I am used to from 4 star hotels. Too bad there is no refrigerator in the room

We were completely happy with the room - clean, cosy. Hotel is situated in the forest, fantastic but on the walking distance from the village center.

Good and calm location surrounded by nature but close enough to walk to some restaurants if needed.

Love the cracking open fire in the bar too, nice to unwind with a glass in front of the fire after a busy day exploring. The hotel is very easy to get to central station via the free ferry that leaves every 10 mins

I purposely booked this hotel because it was out skirt of the city centre. There was parking available next to the hotel. There wasn’t a hotel bar available but next to hotel there was a Japanese restaurant

The service was exceptional, facilities very modern, and the river view spectacular. Our only issue was the location. We were at the Hilton in central Amsterdam and were informed it wasn't the hotel we'd booked

The location is unbeatable; a free ferry to Central Station is right outside the door – what more could you possibly need? Plus, an AH supermarket is just across the street on the ground floor

Would definitely stay here again for Amsterdam exploring. Cons: could do with more tea and coffee (and milk) for the drinks tray. Some soft background music in the hotel and hotel bar would add to the ambience

Hotel is located right by the ferry port which is free to use to take to the city centre making the location ideal. Room is really nice and so is the bathroom

Highly recommended, excellent customer care, I checked in late, morning of 18th August 2am, got a really neat room, the two gentlemen I found at the reception took good care of me, advised me well for my early morning flight, gave me a wake up reminder call so I do not miss my flight , they packed me breakfast to carry to the airport, and arranged an S Class Mercedes Benz to drop me off to the hotel...

Close to subway and train station as they are in the same place (5 minute walk). You get to the city center in 30 minutes if you go by subway which is very nice

Combining holiday inn and holiday inn express in one building is confusing at best. Not to be compared to the Holiday Inn Express l frequented, repeatedly, in Bangkok

Staff at reception can be abit more friendly. Staff in dining area you guys were fantastic , well done and thank you. a vending machine might be an idea for that midnight snack and drink

Very nice place, I had a blast at breakfast as it was rich in diversity. A very clean room with a kettle for a nice tea when needed and a very comfy bed

Rooms are smaller than expected but were ok. Little on the smaller side. Otherwise we'll accessible with public transport.

This hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or room service. Having said that, there are multiple nice restaurants and bars within 2 min walk. The rooms were nice, clean and very thoughtfully provisioned

We had a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and two balconies. The room/kitchen came with everything you would need from plates, glasses to pots and pans. They even include coffee for then first day

Great for our kids too, and close to a real supermarket, so we could get groceries and save a little cash by using the in-room full kitchen. Plus lots to do at the beach, but it was not crowded

The balcony had an ocean view, had a table, chairs and loungers. The service was very good and friendly

Restaurants, bars, grocery stores are close by within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on the property was amazing also, nice drinks and delicious foods

Several hotels I've stayed in in Europe have similar facilities and amenities; besides water cups, kettles, and toiletries, there's nothing else. The breakfast selection is plentiful

Great stay. Bob, the agent at the desk, was excellent. Very personable. Conveniently located next to the station if arriving by train.

The closest hotels to Amersford city center are the NH and the Mercure, but the Mercure appears rather cluttered

Reception was friendly, bed was fine, sanitary facilities not so good: black mold on the sealant edges near the shower, no thermostatic tap and varying temperature of the shower water, from cold to too hot, not pleasant.

It is only a couple minutes to the train station which is only about 20 minutes to Amsterdam Centraal. There is also a grocery store right across the street that is nice

Beautiful hotel with an interesting history. We stayed in a deluxe family room which gave us a little more space than usual in a hotel room. An outside seating area was also a bonus

Food wise there are two onsite choices. The main restaurant or the brasserie. We ate at the restaurant which was good but top end prices

It's located minutes on foot to the transit hub of trams, trains, and buses along with a grocery store and restaurants! Citadines is located in the same building as Mecure and another competiting serviced apartments brand

Good Great location even if your spending time in Amsterdam Central. 2 minutes to a train station so you can go anywhere! Nice rooms, comfy beds. Only drawback was the laundry; had to download an app and pay by card

Stayed here for a several nights and it was a phenomenal experience. Booked indirect as it was flagged as Amsterdam Boutique Apartments. Booking direct requires a week stay minimum

The room was in excellent condition, in a beautiful location next to a monastery. We were offered a glass of cava upon arrival. The room had a coffee maker and a supply of capsules and tea, which were refilled daily

Cheap and tasteless bread rolls, limited choice, flaccid coffee - a range of disappointing quality choices extending to the cheap sparkling wine offered as a luxury finishing

They are very conscious of water conservation. We didn't eat there or attend any events at the monastery, only stay overnight

The location is great to walk everywhere also in front of the hotel have a metro station which is quite convenient for new travellers or those who dont wanna walk that long haha overall I liked it also staff is friendly and helpful

Area around the hotel pun easy to find halal-friendly food, ada burger halal nearby named “Oh My Bun!!”, so delicious, you have to try 🍔🤍 Room quite spacious, clean and comfortable for family stay

Good breakfast lots of choices. Room and beds(two singles) are basic but comfortable. The bath tub shower combination ended up giving issues with water running onto the floor. Would prefer a plain shower stall and no tub

I came here with high expectations, but the personnel doesn’t seem to be kids friendly. The hotel is in good condition, but old. There is no swimming pool in the winter and the privé sauna was fully booked

My partner and I were able to get a late check out and leave our bags at reception all day after we checked out for free. We got some great massages which were a reasonable price and very relaxing

The tram also takes you to the train station. They have a sky bar that's nice but again a little expensive. They also have a pool and gym that are very good and clean

Pretty building! Known as the ‘Lego hotel’ situated in Zaandam. Very near to the Zaandam station and checking in was a breeze too

Primark is also located opposite the hotel with lots of eateries nearby even halal options. And it is also two station away if you’re visiting Zaanse Schans. I would stay here again if I come back to Amsterdam

The Grondleggers junior suite has a 2p sauna wich was clean and easy to use, we also really enjoyed the bubble bath and separate shower

I had an unexpected and somewhat distressing experience arriving at another hotel in the dead of night, only to find no reception, no response to calls, and no taxis in sight

My room was fine bed very comfortable only problem was the shower room.
