Facade Hotel Amsterdam in Amsterdam

The only saving grace of this hotel was its location. However, the positives ended there. Our stay was a series of disappointments that started from the moment we entered our room.
The room, despite being advertised as a double, was so cramped that it was barely possible to move around. To make matters worse, the main light fixture and a wall outlet were not functional. When we reported these issues to the receptionist, her response was dismissive. She acknowledged the problems but seemed unconcerned with addressing them promptly.
Our troubles didn't end there. We discovered that the bed sheets were dirty, the television didn't work, and the breakfast we were promised was nonexistent. The noise from outside was also a major disturbance, as the soundproofing was inadequate.
In conclusion, our stay at [Hotel Name] was a stressful and disappointing experience. The poor quality of the room, the lack of basic amenities, and the indifferent staff made it one of the worst hotel stays we've ever had. We would strongly advise potential guests to avoid this establishment.

I very disappointed about the hotal, worse serve in the counter, and in the summer they don't let we use the air conditioner, not just us, I saw many guests were complaining 。then we can't sleep whole night。I won't live the hotal anymore。
