I had a pleasant stay at the Hotel, the staff were very friendly and very helpful.
The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, not the biggest of rooms but seeing that I travelled on my own it was perfect.

Very enjoyable seat and would definitely book here again.

Good value for money, cheaper than other places in central Amsterdam.
A unique opportunity to stay in a historic downsides, you do have to accept the downsides that come with it - narrow (but well maintained) staircases, small rooms with aged but useable furnishings.
Friendly staff, luggage storage available, rooms have the bare essentials and are clean. The small single room with balcony isn't actually that small, one extra little table would make the room much more user friendly to put clothes on etc. Overall, would stay again if on a budget!

40 steps to reach reception no mention of this when booking
Rooms do not look like the pictures just a bed tv up right on the wall touching ceiling & a crappy bathroom
fire alarms were going off at 6-30 am in the morning for no reason

The room is perfect for a couple of nights, very well located, and cleans the first staff.

Great location, basic but clean. Room has a balcony which is handy as the stairs are typical of Amsterdam. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Very nice location. The counter lady was very nice and helpful. Balcony was nice for relaxing.i just want to say please put heating in all rooms. It was so cold and and there was no heating in my room. And quilt was a little bit smaller than usually we use to.

The hotel’s location is very good, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. However, the stay was affected by some issues. The heater was not working, which made the room uncomfortable, and the TV was damaged and unusable. With better room maintenance, the hotel could offer a much better experience.

The hotel is really okay if you’re staying just for a weekend, it was clean, the location is great, but it can be a bit loud at night, you can leave your luggage, overall i would recommend :)
