Things looked passable, however friends and I left with bites from bedbugs on our backs, arms, hands, etc. We were also met with various other insects like ants and spiders throughout our stay.
Upon arrival, I carried my luggage up the steep stairs myself, as the lady receptionist could not assist me. However, I appreciated that the guy receptionist later arranged for a staff to help me with my luggage during checkout. This thoughtful gesture made the departure much smoother. With a few minor improvements, this place could be even better!
VERY steep stairs going up, please don't book here if you have mobility issues. No lift.
