Room condition was adequate. Clean and decent storage space for a one night stay. Despite the many reviews warning about the staircase, and despite walking slowly down them, I still slipped and fell down 3-4steps. This caused me to gain 2 big bruises. I felt pain in my arm, leg and foot. Even now 3 days later I still have tenderness in the arm. I was being careful walking slowly but I think the step was quite slippery. I would suggest to be very careful to anyone staying here and ensure to hold on to the railing. Perhaps the hotel should consider some anti-slip guard.

The room was quite small; we couldn't even fully open all our suitcases in the triple room. Although the room was well-sealed, the air quality wasn't great with multiple people. However, the location was super convenient, right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere. It's just a 5-minute walk from the train station. We walked from the airport, which took over 50 minutes, but later found out you can take the NS train for just 5 euros per person. I'd definitely recommend taking the train – it's much faster and more convenient.

The location of the hotel is good, but the room is very small, the suitcase is not big enough to open, and there is free coffee and free cocoa at the front desk. If you arrive early, you can also store your luggage for free. But the stairs are too narrow, and it is a bit difficult to carry the luggage

It was a little bit of a walk from the station, but there were various souvenir shops nearby and it was in an easy to find location.
There was no elevator so the stairs were a bit of a struggle, but the room was clean and I was able to stay comfortably.

All very well ! If you have a lot of luggage, it will be a little difficult to carry it up because of the small steps. They have a 24-hour reception and a coffee maker for free drinks.
