The staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful, they were really great ! The buffet breakfast offers all the main elements of a continental breakfast, only the tables area is a little too small and sometimes at Peak hours it's a little crammed, but the staff was very quick cleaning tables so that was no problem at all

The hotel also arranged a free taxi for us to the airport the next from the previous property, which helped offset the inconvenience of the transfer

We were rebooked to the this hotel late at night after issues at our original hotel (Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - Schiphol by IHG)

But I would say that the hotel, judging by the look of the rooms, just 4**** deserves, but not 5*****

2 days we didint get heater and i get allergic so much coz so cold inside the room. and the electricity have problem and my rice cooker burned suddenly just 5 minutes turn on and lamps turn off by itself

I can not brethe properly near cigarette smoke, unfortunately😭. Same with the elevators, I guess that's coming from the smokers body scent

The cleaning staff rarely come to tidy up here, and a lot of things need fixing.

Hotel’s location is very close (7-8 mins on food) to Sloterdijk Station which you can have access to train, metro, tram, public and international bus. They changed the towels and cleaned the room on the second day

This hotel is surprisingly different outside and inside. During the day the building has a greyish look but at night time this all changes into a beautiful lighted marker on the end of the Danzigerkade in Houthavens

The curtains were marked and the toilet seat was loose so it slipped to the side. One of the bedside lamps also didn’t work. It was generally noisy with people walking along the corridors and doors banging in the hotel

Beware- we enjoyed a nice buffet breakfast daily and were quite surprised to be presented with a bill for 123 Euros upon leaving! There was no communication about the fee for buffet

The hotel is located near a few cafe wholesalers selling fruits. One of the receptionists a guy was very nice gave us clear instructions. It was more to the muslim neighbourhood. Buses to the train stations are nearby

We arrived at this hotel by bus from the airport. One straight bus from the airport. U can get directions from the information counter. Like 15 minutes before reaching the hotel
