One small issue was a broken toilet seat which was reported on Sunday but not fixed before we left on Wednesday

Very clean and convenient, the front desk staff were also very friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful. This area is very convenient, very close to the museum and the boat tour; I highly recommend staying here

Hotel was clean and tidy and in a good position in the city. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Overall, very pleased with the stay at the hotel

It's truly excellent value for money. This room type has two rooms, and this extra small room even has another bed, which was a pleasant surprise

This hotel is my favourite whenever i go to amsterdam, near the canals, near to the shops and they have a happy hour of free drinks and snacks!

Great balcony (cigarette butts and trash should be removed from the awning), very small shower, comfortable beds. The rooms are only accessible via a steep staircase. Something to be aware of beforehand

A conflict occurred among the actual booked room and the room we got at check-in. There was some miscommunication between hotel and trip.com but I got compensated for the same by Trip.com.

Actually a nice hotel with somewhat chaotic management. We had booked a double room for two nights, but since none were available when we arrived, we were given a triple room

Great boutique hotel. Nice location close to many restaurants, shops, parks and museums. The rest of the city is just a tram ride away. Rooms were fresh and clean. Staff was always helpful and pleasant.

Nice place to stay reception open all night they keep the key so you don't lose it buzz on door restroom downstairs. The two rooms we were in had a door separating them. Showers in the rooms & toilets

Our flight was cancelled and we had a lovely last minute stay here! Simon was super helpful and made our check-in very smooth, and the hotel is clean, in a super cute area, and overall very lovely

It was so quiet! You wouldn’t know there was anyone else in the building, though it was full. And the noise from the street was non existent. Great staff, so helpful with arrangements for early checkin and late checkout

The Bank is a boutique hotel, the rooms are small, but the beds are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The Haarlemmerstraat is a great neighborhood

So happy I booked The Bank Hotel. Location of the hotel is amazing. Lots of shops and cafes on the street and canals of course. Staff at hotel fantastic, room was great too

My go to hotel when i want to stay near Amsterdam Centraal. Close enough, but far enough from the station on Harleemstraat that you feel truly in the mix of the local life

The hotel is a short tram ride from Amsterdam Central Station, followed by about a 5-minute walk. It's also conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum

Given the prices in this area, I don't think you'll find another hotel at this cost, so I'd definitely consider staying here again for a 2-night trip

The building itself is old, and there was a strong musty smell from the bathroom, which I suppose is to be expected given the age of the structure. However, the interior of the hotel is clean

We had a great time there, staff was very nice and polite, room was Value for money. Overall we had a very good stay there for the week we went for Holidays.

We had a very great stay at Hotel 717. We picked this boutique hotel because they have a room with bunk beds for children INSIDE a closet, and our daughter was thrilled about the idea

She was so impressed with it, and enjoyed sleeping in it so much. We also enjoyed our stay so much as the hotel is centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants

Our room is facing the courtyard, so it's nice and quiet, but the hotel itself is right by one of the many canals that run through the city, and the view is spectacular

The hotel is an old building without an elevator, but the staff were willing to help with luggage. The interior is a bit dated, with many items broken

Great location and beautiful lounge area with a balcony! Great breakfast with a large variety and all sorts of cheeses and coffee! There’s no elevator, and the stairs are very steep, so I don’t recommend it if you have a problem with stairs

I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning. Because it is a small hotel, you can get a more personal treatment. They offered me to have breakfast and gave me tips for my first time visit to Amsterdam

I stayed the lobby/ breakfast area, which was very cozy on a very cold day until I was ready to start the day. They were able to give me the room as soon as it was ready

Very clean! Quiet! Close to cafe’s, grocery store, flower market…5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Van Gogh museum and Rijsmuseum. Take tram at Rembrandt square to central train station. Very easy 2 minute walk to pickup

Location is brilliant - literally just off Rembrandt Plein. Bed was comfy - pillows bit on the soft side for me tho. Main downside was the bass coming from the club a few doors down

Friendly staff and very clean property. Extremely convenient to get to places and very walkable. We stayed in the Royal room which had beautiful views due to the large windows

It is close to the Amsterdam Central train station, about 10 mins walk. There's a desk and clothes hanging area in the room. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. But still with a few stairs in different areas

Lovely clean room,comfy bed, plenty of hot water and a great shower. I had a great view of the canal and the pleasure boats from my window. You could also see the Train station which is only a 5-10 minute walk

Great place for exploring Amsterdam. Very close to the station and perfect street in Amsterdam where there are tons of cafe, shops. Dama square was only 6 mins and all shopping was around it

Hotel CC managed to accommodate my request of a room at midnight. And within 20 minutes of booking it online (after a cancelled flight) I was there and in bed

Located in a quiet area in the north, just one metro stop from the city center. The room was of adequate size, very clean, and well furnished. There are supermarkets, a brewery, and restaurants around the hotel

Good size clean room with double sided bath and shower big windows for a view , food and shops just round the corner and only 15 minutes to ferry staff really helpful and polite

The room was somewhat small, and featured a mix of convenient luxurious amenities like a heated mirror but lacked in more basic things such as a mini fridge or somewhere to dry wet towels/clothes

The lack of lift isn’t very heavy luggage friendly, but staff did offer to help if necessary. If you can get a room for a budget friendly price, it’s a great stay

Even the shower gel provided and soap could have just been wall dispensers to gain back some of that convenience found in other similar hotels

There is no elevator, and getting to our room required climbing several steep staircases with luggage. The building feels old and uneven, with noticeably sloped floors, and the room itself was sparse and dated

The Dream Hotel is in a great central location in the old district, within easy walking distance of cafés, and restaurants. But the experience is very basic

Negatives? Well, of course the staircase is pretty steep but clients are forewarned of that by a photo appearing in the hotel listing. All in all, a nice place to return to after a day wandering around the city

Hotel Nadia provides all you need for a couple of days in Amsterdam. The location is very central and you can walk to a lot of the sights and attractions. The breakfast sets you up for a day about town

Good basic short stay hotel which is very close to the centre. Well kept beer and coffee is best in Amsterdam, trust me. Staff are superb and nothing is too much trouble. Do t serve food person, but snacks available

Sloping floors, steep staircases and nice furnishings. We stayed in room 203 with a front view on the 2nd floor and had a great time. Big room, big bed and a great shower

The perfect location for central Amsterdam. Everywhere was within 15-20 minute walk. This row of 17th century houses was one of the focal points on the canal boat tour that we went on (Captain Jacks - highly recommend!)

The family room was perfect for our stay. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is a couple of doors from the Irish bar and very close to a vibrant area for nightlife so it can be a little noisy at night

My colleague was awoken at 4am by some partygoers in a nearby room but not the hotel’s fault although would have been nice to have some on site assistance to get them to stop playing music)

As long as you’re nimble (beware the staircases), this place is great! Very clean and quiet. Additionally it’s close to most museums and attractions. Never had to walk more than 20 minutes to a destination.

But the rooms & washrooms do need some renovation. Some of the walls had water seals on them

I had a great stay at Camp Inn Hotel in Amsterdam. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options

Clean room with Clean bed sheets as I had read some reviews and heard about blood stained bed sheets which had me very worried on arrival, and they were the first thing I checked :P Location: This hotel is within the city center but not actually close to all the tourist landmarks

The only downside is that check-in is on the second floor, and there's no elevator, which is really inconvenient if you're traveling with large luggage

And it’s so hard to move up and down my luggage as the stairs is so steep and narrow. Not suitable for elderly or people carrying too many or heavy luggage

However, stepping out of the hotel puts you right in the middle of shopping and dining options, which is incredibly convenient for tourists

Great location clean and basic everything you need but the stairs to the rooms were not for the faint hearted, walls were as thin as paper could hear the guys next door every move and be ready for the cleaners door knocking reminding you that its checkout day even with an hour and a half to go

Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk from Amsterdam Central. The bed was smaller than I expected, but overall it’s a good option for a short stay in Amsterdam
