Lovely staff, super helpful. They offer same-day laundry sercice for 19 euros. You drop off before 10am and pick up after 6pm. Maxumum 4kg laundry. This was a huge time saver for me. The location is in a hip area, nice and quiet and not too touristy. I got to walk to neighborhood cafes and bakery. Very nice experience. Will definitely book this hotel again next time in The Hague.

My room was small however the bed was very comfy! The water pressure in the shower could've been a little stronger and I prefer a larger shower head and sink but it all serves its purpose well. Great little hotel round the corner from the train station. The rooms were basic and compact but really well designed and had everything you need. No tv or kettle in room but hot water and lemon water provided plus good free WiFi from streaming. The staff were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place for a budget friendly stay in Rotterdam.

Claustrophobic room, windows facing the internal resting area made it feel like sleeping in a box. Would only recommend if there were no other options nearby the station.

Just a heads-up: if you have heavy luggage, there are some small stairs to navigate. I'm deducting a point for the lack of slippers and a hairdryer. Otherwise, the location is great, close to the station, the staff were lovely, and the room was spacious and good!

Broken lift and being on the 6th floor with luggage is far from ideal. Room had a door to join the room Nextdoor when needed and it was in no way sound proof. You could hear EVERYTHING!

Location - this location is near the peace palace. They have a laundry machine and that is helpful if your on holiday for an extended time. There are several nice restaurants near. Pro tip - rent their bike and ride to the pier for dinner.

Beautiful hotel, with a good smell in the hall (the restroom smell cigarette). Very Dutch in terms of architecture. The noise from the busy street below is not very audible (but may disturb you if you are a light sleeper or very sensitive). A goods lift is available for your luggage and there is a coffee/tea area; ask at reception for the menu. And the location is perfect, I recommend it.

I arrived late in the evening and my whole bed was covered with hair. As I approached the reception desk, the lady said to me that there is no one who could change the bedsheets, and there were no other rooms available. Amazing place. Monique arranged perfectly the stay of my parents on her BBB. They stayed over for a couple of nights on a room and they had a perfect experience. Hotel itself is a very old building therefore does have stairs, and doesn't have an elevator big luggage might be hard to navitage. I stayed there on my recent bikepacking trip for two nights. They have a cellar for the bike, which is great and therefore I highly recommend it to people with bicycles. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The city centre is also in walking distance. Overall a great stay. Maybe the online downside for a hostel ist, that you are not really allowed to bring outside food and there is no kitchen

This was a nice hostel and gave more hotel vibes. It may say it’s in the center of the city but it’s closer to the Centraal train station, not the city center. The staff were friendly as well. The only thing that I didn’t care for was that the common area closed at 12:30AM, so there was nowhere but your room to hangout, and you couldn’t bring in outside food.

Do not be fooled by the pictures. I booked a room of 4, and was allocated a room that was so small, that it was hard for 2 people to co-exist there, let alone 4. Half of the bedroom was too short for me to even stand up fully and I am average height. Service was fine, but the hostel is far from the "cool" experience they're trying to sell.

Really lovely hostel! Everything there is amazing. Obviously due to the location and the fact you are staying in the Cube houses, it is slightly pricier than other hostels in Rotterdam but definitely worth it! Our room's window shows to within the Cube's canopy so there is no natural light, but other than that there are no complaints! I would stay here again.
