A good hotel with high-quality service and a restaurant. The renovation may not be perfect, but I think Oman is at the top of the list.

As expected and everything is justified in the price they charge. Will definetly select again.

Excellent place! The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. We arrived in the morning and were able to check in earlier than expected. The reception staff even assisted us in booking a taxi at a very low price; we got to the airport for less than 2 rials. Everything was great! There are shops and affordable cafes nearby, and you can get anywhere in the city within 15 minutes by taxi.

Good hotel. It's a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. Most of Muscat's interesting sights are no more than 20 minutes away by taxi. Oman Avenues Mall is within walking distance. The hotel is in a rather isolated area, though it's close to the airport. I was surprised that the taxi the hotel arranged for me cost 1.50, but when I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, I was charged 5.50 – quite frustrating. The room was quiet and clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the dinner set menu, which included a drink, salad (or soup), main course, and dessert, was also very nice. Parking right in front of the hotel was very convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is excellent, with a large supermarket nearby for groceries and plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower water pressure was great. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.

We are happy with the hotel. At our request, they immediately changed the room (the first one was dirty). It's 7-10 minutes to the sea, but the beach is not equipped. The breakfast is good, but the coffee is weak. Many thanks to the head manager: he helped with changing the room, calling a taxi, allowed us to leave at 2 p.m. (for the flight). It was better than expected. I went just to the restaurant and the food was ok and it was possible to enjoy the view from the top. Some waiters do not speak english and sometimes was difficult the communication or I had to wait to whom speaks. The windows require a cleaning in order to appreaciate the landscape and the magnificent view, one of the good aspects of the restaurant.

Although it is not the most luxurious hotel, the staff are really helpful, the food is excellent, and there's plenty of space inside (including a really nice pool) which makes the stay a pleasure. It's a few km from the centre of the town, but it's an easy drive. Fully recommended.

Comfortable hotel, with mamy service like: a varied breakfast (sweet and savory), a swimming pool, a gym, a lounge bar, a good restaurant. The rooms are nice and quote large, with comfortable beds and a mini bar. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was good. The hotel is a bit far away from the city center and the breakfast quality could have bene a bit higher.

Our stay at the Uni Hotel coincided with Oman's National Day celebrations, and there happened to be a fireworks display at Qurum Beach. We were thrilled with this fantastic event, which was only a 5-minute walk to the venue at night. The hotel is dated, but it's clean enough, and the rooms are spacious enough for a small family.

I just stayed one night here as a base for visiting Nizwa. The hotel is next a busy highway and needs a taxi to get to the city centre. It's about a 15-minute walk from the Airport A1 station. Located between the mosque and the old town, with plenty of food options downstairs. The room's cleanliness was decent, but the spice smell was way too strong; I had to open the window to air it out.

The people of Oman are very welcoming, and the hotel service is excellent; they'll try their best to help you with any problems. The rooms are clean and quiet, and it's great value for money. Highly recommended!
