We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Oman. The staff were incredibly supportive, respectful, and always ready to help. Their kindness truly made our experience special and unforgettable.

A special thank you to the receptionist and the bellman who welcomed us on arrival and helped with our luggage. He was very supportive and kind, making us feel comfortable from the very first moment.

It needs soundproofing to block out disco noise and to remove the smell of smoke from the rooms.

The disco music is loud and the cleanliness isn't very good; the smell of smoke is strong in the rooms. There should be non-smoking rooms. Suitable for individuals, not families.

This is one of the worst hotels in the Sultanate, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The hotel's focus is solely on its nightclub, neglecting customer service. They cancel bookings made through apps and reassign them to customers interested in the nightclub. I booked a room, and on the same day, when I arrived at the hotel, they told me I had no reservation, even though I had already paid.

The receptionist, Jassim Al-Amri, unfortunately, has no regard for customers and doesn't care about serving them. His overall service is extremely poor.

In my opinion, if you can't find a hotel other than this one, I advise you to sleep on the street and not visit this hotel. It's worse than a hotel.

I had to ask twice for the room to be cleaned, and it still wasn't done. The room had a strange smell, and the sheets were stained. It's worse than a budget motel in China. I strongly advise against staying here.
