Great hotel in Salalah city, the rooms are large and clean, breakfast was great and personnel very helpful and kind. Huge swimming pool but not heated for the season. 2 big malls are close by, walking distance. If we comeback to Salalah we will definitely go back, there. Big room but needs renovation. The room is big, and a seperate bedroom and a living room, washing machine and a seperate kitchen. The bed is actually really good. But the plumming is not professionally made. Bath room flooded after each shower.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and very clean, and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and shops.

Very comfortable - huge room and bathroom. It's across from a Lulu hypermarket and next to a good Indian restaurant - not the most glamorous location (as often in Oman), but it's very convenient. Main downside is that there's no breakfast, but there are good coffee shots in town. Great base if you want to explore Wadi Bani Awf, Wakan etc. - and excellent value!

Loved my stay there, the room was extreme comfortable. Bernard at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I loved the place right at the beach beautiful sunrise. Clean and hygienic, with a great balcony. It's just a few minutes' walk to the mosque. If you turn right downstairs, there's a small Indian restaurant that's very authentic and affordable. The Indian guy there speaks super standard English, so communication is a breeze.

There was absolutely no hot water in the room, all the plumbing was super old, and the faucet in the sink was barely holding on. The breakfast was quite meager; only snacks were included in the price, while substantial dishes (like an omelet) cost extra. The only good thing was the possibility of a late check-out (until 1 PM).

We were greeted with very good hospitality by mr Emad and Mr Suhail. They took the time and efforts to show us the property. Rooms were spacious and neat at a good monthly rate . A great place with spacious apartments. All its fittings are in good condition as its a newer hotel apartment. Apartment includes fridge, microwave and a kettle. It lacks a washing machine and restaurant. Though they have breakfast buffet available.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I underwent quarantine fro 2 weeks here prior to my arrival in Saudi Arabia. The food provided during the stay was quite good, and the view from the window — with its hilly terrain — was both peaceful and enticing.

Very friendly staff and rooms were pretty clean and very quite.No outside noose was there to interrupt.

At any hotel we receive free water in the fridge but over here no water when you call the help desk please call 6 the restaurant!!!! Did it cost you alot of money? To keep water at the room!!!!

Not really satisfied with our stay here. We had booked a suit and the rooms were big & spacious. But the lighting is really bad. And they don't even provide water or tea bags, for the price they had charged us! When we asked for water, they charged us 700 paisa for just 1 bottle of water. Absolutely ridiculous. And the kettle they provided had a foul smell.

I've noticed a common trend in hotels here: the lobby is typically grand and looks newly renovated, but the rooms themselves are quite old-fashioned. In my triple room, the headboard was designed for twin beds, and the third bed felt like an afterthought. There was no electric kettle, and the bathroom was tiny.

Ideal location for Mutrah which you can walk to the centre and the water within about 15 minutes. Very helpful staff and friendly. It’s not 5 star accommodation but good value. I had a problem with my hire car and needed a jump start and the security guy helped me out.

We went as a group of 120 pax for 2 days stay and it was amazing stay at Sur Beach Holiday Resort. The reservation team was very friendly, patient and polite to handle the group. Also the banquet team was amazingly pleasant in serving us throughout the event. We long to go back soon.

In Nizwa new town amongst the shopping malls it was a modern hotel with good facilities and when we interacted with the staff they were very helpful and friendly. The buffet evening meal was a bit of a scrum if all the groups staying come at the same time, so arrive early for best food or later for a bit less chaotic evening meal.
