A big thank you to the hotel staff for their support during our stay. We were unexpectedly stuck here for some time because of the situation in the Middle East, and the team was very helpful and supportive throughout this period. The reception works quickly and efficiently, and all the employees are friendly, polite, and always ready to help if you need anything.

Great hotel in Salalah city, the rooms are large and clean, breakfast was great and personnel very helpful and kind. Huge swimming pool but not heated for the season. 2 big malls are close by, walking distance. If we comeback to Salalah we will definitely go back, there. The value for quality of service is excellent.
Decent hotel for a quick weekend if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel. The rooms are old style and big, they are spacious but the hotel is a bit old. Location is good and plenty of parking.
One of the best hotels in Salalah, with a great location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and while the hotel does have a few flaws, the hospitality and friendliness of the staff truly stand out. There’s room for improvement, but overall, it offers good value for money.
Great place. The location is great. I was in one bedroom and it's havine nice view as the photos. I like it soo much really. Great place. The location is great. I was in one bedroom and it's havine nice view as the photos. I like it soo much really.

I highly recommend the Ramada Hotel to everyone. I stayed with them with my family. I can give the Ramada Hotel 5 stars. And I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat. Mohammed. Sunshine Tours to Oman.
This was my quarantine stay, and it was amazing. The hotel staff and food were very good.
It's a good enough hotel for the price. It could use a little improvement in their food selection and taste.
It's also located in a nice area. Close to the beach, and to many restaurants and stores.
Nice hotel in the VIP area. I enjoyed my brief stay there. U get tasty Indian food there.
Sleeping at The Ramada Muscat for the third time already, I could feel the improvement. A calm business hotel located in Al Shatti2, welcomes you in its wide rooms designed for working travelers coming back to sleep after a long days’ work. With good service, a clean room and a handful of restaurants in proximity, my experience was always satisfying. Enjoyed my room: enjoyed the spacious room, television...
Nice room and good breakfast. Very helpful people. When I first arrived , I was so exhausted due to the lack of sleep and the reception desk was trying to confirm my room which was taking a couple of minutes. The bell boy who saw me like this immediately brought me cold apple juice. I cannot explain my emotional flow over this caring and understanding gesture. The rest of the days I saw the same gentle...

Good hotel, nice room. Unfortunately no breakfast, otherwise all is fine, Staff is great
Delightful place to stay, huge rooms, spotlessly clean, very helpful team that even opened the restaurant an hour early for us.
I will give full reviews for this hotel .neat ans clean hotel . Very hygienic rooms . Comfortable beds . Friendly staff . From room number 105
We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and very clean, and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and shops.
The room facilities are relatively new and there is a large supermarket opposite!
Very comfortable - huge room and bathroom. It's across from a Lulu hypermarket and next to a good Indian restaurant - not the most glamorous location (as often in Oman), but it's very convenient. Main downside is that there's no breakfast, but there are good coffee shots in town.
Great base if you want to explore Wadi Bani Awf, Wakan etc. - and excellent value!

We were pleasantly surprised when the staff arranged one of the best sea-view rooms for us. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was punctual and thorough, and the room service was excellent throughout our stay.

Loved my stay there, the room was extreme comfortable. Bernard at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I loved the place right at the beach beautiful sunrise. Absolutely loved the silence and silence peace.
My only suggestions is to maintain this amazing property a little more and should have better breakfast options with live cooking.
Quite nice. Excellent value for money. Right on the beach. Rooms outstanding.
Garden needs attention, lets the place looks run down although it's clearly been revamped recently. They obviously couldn't get rid of mouldy smell in corridors; needs attention.
Breakfast quite acceptable; a bit too Indian for my taste.
In the end quite a nice experience.
We had a lovely stay at Sohar Beach Hotel! 🌊✨
The property is huge, peaceful, and beautifully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Though the hotel is a bit old, the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a wonderful beach-facing view that truly adds to the charm.

What an incredible experience! This hotel is simply breathtaking. The moment you step inside, you're greeted with stunning design and a luxurious atmosphere that feels both elegant and welcoming.

A budget hotel with a perfect location. It is what you will expect for this level of hotel, so don't over build your expectations. Lots of room for improvement and enhancement.

One of the favourite hotels for tourists from all over the world. Qualified and dedicated to providing nice accommodation for visitors. Calm place and good access to Oman mall, Avenue mall, quorum beach and embassies of different countries.
Very centrally located hotel with all the regular amenities of a chain but with friendly staff and service and attractive prices make for a comfortable stay. Bus station to the airport and other attractions is nearby and some sights are walking distance. Many restaurants in the area make the stay even easier.
Old hotel with old furnicher but very calm and nice. The staff is very kind. The Restourant is small but very charm. Food is nice. The atmosphere is romantic and there sound wonderfull calm music everywhere. The pool is good size and most of the time don't have a people. The rooms are clean .You can have very calm stay there with your family. Near this area have 2 amazing calm beaches just 15 minets...
Like a normal 3 star hotel bot very tidy as it is bit old but has almost all the facilities which you need. Toilitiers are also available at your request. Stayed there for business trip. Walkable distance to cafes and grocery shop.
It's a very economical hotel and located in the heart of the business area. Shopping for Gold , electronics , garments , dry fruits etc is in the same area.

An average 3-star hotel. There were issues with the hot water, but otherwise, it's good value for money.
This is an unpretentious hotel, quite old-fashioned but still holds up well. I stayed on the city-facing side (not the road-facing side), so it wasn't noisy at night. The double glazing helped a lot. In terms of value for money, it's fair and not a rip-off. I only stayed for one short night, so I can't comment on longer stays. I can recommend this hotel, but it really depends on your expectations and...
Clean and hygienic, with a great balcony. It's just a few minutes' walk to the mosque. If you turn right downstairs, there's a small Indian restaurant that's very authentic and affordable. The Indian guy there speaks super standard English, so communication is a breeze.
This hotel is suitable for a short stay.
Pros:
- Check-in from 12 PM
- Bus stop to the airport nearby
- Close to the city center and attractions
- Free coffee and dates in the lobby in the morning
Cons:
- The room is a bit tired and worn out
- No hairdryer
There was absolutely no hot water in the room, all the plumbing was super old, and the faucet in the sink was barely holding on. The breakfast was quite meager; only snacks were included in the price, while substantial dishes (like an omelet) cost extra. The only good thing was the possibility of a late check-out (until 1 PM).
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, and the amenities were great. I would definitely come back again!

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. I planned to stay just one night, but I loved it so much that I stayed another day. A huge thank you to Mohammed for the free room upgrade. Clean room with kind and professional staff. I stayed there for 3 days and it was such an light and nice experience. The place was quite and relaxing at the center of Al-Sadda commercial area. I recommend it to every one who is thinking about staying in hotels within Salalah city
We were greeted with very good hospitality by mr Emad and Mr Suhail. They took the time and efforts to show us the property. Rooms were spacious and neat at a good monthly rate . Health facilities excellent. Mr Mohammed was extremely friendly and gave an excellent orientation and run down of prices. The Fri buffet was tasty. All in all a good experience.
Very good facilities specially kids play area & indoor pool. I was first told no rooms when i walked in but then i was able to book online & the room was available. The price was not cheap & only cleanliness to be improved.
A great place with spacious apartments. All its fittings are in good condition as its a newer hotel apartment. Apartment includes fridge, microwave and a kettle. It lacks a washing machine and restaurant. Though they have breakfast buffet available.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I underwent quarantine fro 2 weeks here prior to my arrival in Saudi Arabia. The food provided during the stay was quite good, and the view from the window — with its hilly terrain — was both peaceful and enticing.
Very friendly staff and rooms were pretty clean and very quite. No outside noose was there to interrupt.
Hotel is just fine, not upscale, price is bit up for the quality. Could be more clean.
Breakfast area is good and adequate.
3 star given considering better options for the rate in the area.
Pleasent place to be for a short business trip.

The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Hot water supply was excellent. Breakfasts were delicious, served buffet-style. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a short drive away, and it's a great beach. Hotel guests get a free turtle excursion in the morning and evening, with priority access as the first group. Note that during low season, there are fewer turtles
This hotel is located nearby the turtle beach and has options to watch sea turtles at night/early morning while they lay eggs or young baby turtles appear from the nest and tend to the sea.
Friendly staff and clean rooms.
The place were great for experience but the facilities is below Standard compared to the price. Especially the odor from the tent should be taken care.
The overall facilities were quite poor, but I was there just for the turtles, so I'll give it a 3, but it's well worth it.
The bed was about 1.8, the room was quite dirty and had a strong odor, the table hadn't been wiped, and the inside of the tent was covered in dust.

Nice resort hotel with pool and beach to discover the island and to relax. ARIF is a very friendly hotel employee in the restaurant. Very kind and extremely helpful.
The hype around the exoticness of the hotel is disappointing. Reception staff (evening was almost rude). The only saving grace was the excellent food prepared by the cook and impeccable service provided by the restaurant manager.

Not really satisfied with our stay here. We had booked a suit and the rooms were big & spacious. But the lighting is really bad.
And they don't even provide water or tea bags, for the price they had charged us!
When we asked for water, they charged us 700 paisa for just 1 bottle of water.
Absolutely ridiculous. And the kettle they provided had a foul smell.
Large, spacious, clean room, with a comfortable bed and good location. But the staff are incredible. My husband got very sick during our stay and they got us everything we needed - water, extra blankets, slippers, very late check-out, information on pharmacies and clinics nearby. excellent location but housekeeping could be better
The hotel was decent and very budget-friendly, making it a good option if you want to save money. The location is great—within walking distance of the souk and the corniche. The front desk staff were welcoming and always helpful.
I've noticed a common trend in hotels here: the lobby is typically grand and looks newly renovated, but the rooms themselves are quite old-fashioned. In my triple room, the headboard was designed for twin beds, and the third bed felt like an afterthought. There was no electric kettle, and the bathroom was tiny.
Great hotel for the price! Huge room. Cold AC & hot shower. The staff was incredibly kind & helpful. Saw reviews about loud music, but I wasn’t able to hear it from my room. I was able to walk to the old Souq & some other places (not the shortest walk, check out the distance on google maps) restaurant was great downstairs with cold beer. Highly recommended for other budget travelers!
Ideal location for Mutrah which you can walk to the centre and the water within about 15 minutes. Very helpful staff and friendly. It’s not 5 star accommodation but good value. I had a problem with my hire car and needed a jump start and the security guy helped me out.
The hotel was generally acceptable, but the room and bedding were dirty, run-down, and had a bad smell. The breakfast was also a disappointment; it wasn't a buffet, and the menu was fixed. Overall, I'm not satisfied with this establishment and wouldn't particularly recommend it, despite the staff being serious and helpful.
