The Plaza Hotel and Resort, Salalah1 / 30
8.8
Salalah, 18 November Street, Al Saada District, 801 🧭 Map
The Plaza hotel is a great place for a quiet vacation. I did not expect much for the price I paid but was pleasantly surprised. The room was huge and spotless, with all the necessities. I think the place is not new but it is very well maintained. Everything is simple but clean and in good condition. I liked their meals too, especially breakfasts. There was not that much diversity for dinner and lunch...
Nice location, spacious rooms, and pleasant staff.
A great hotel for the price. It's not by the sea, but there's a minibus to the beach. There are two malls nearby, and the hotel has a nice park where locals come to relax. It's a great hangout spot with plenty of shops and restaurants to suit every budget. The rooms are large, clean, and well-maintained. The food is good and varied. I opted for half board. The beach has sun loungers and towels, and...
A wonderful, quiet place with lovely seating areas and a variety of food options, including a breakfast buffet and dinner catering. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Accommodation: Small suite, room with a living room, for two people.
The hotel is perfectly fine. There is ample parking and the rooms are large. Unfortunately, waiters often clear the entire table during meals, even when there is still food on the plate being eaten.
Decent hotel, with friendly staff

We had stayed at this hotel with family. I must say, the building, interiors are indeed well decorated complying with Omani and European architecture. Food: The Breakfast was indeed worthy with variety of International and Arabic Cuisine. Rooms: Clean and well maintained with timely service Swimming Pool: Slight disappointment due to the temp related issue where it was very chilled and not as per the...
The overall stay was good. The restaurant, Mr Abbas and his team was excellent in all the aspects like serving , quality and hospitality and very friendly too. Especially Mr. Vaisakh , he was very kind and highly professional in the hospitality of guests. He personally taken care of our needs since we were travelling with the baby. Highly appreciated his efforts to keep guests happy .Facilities are...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for four nights, and I can genuinely say that every single moment was unforgettable. The experience was truly enriching, and I will always cherish the wonderful memories created during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the front office team was exceptionally welcoming, supportive, and always ready to assist...
The hotel staff are also friendly and nice.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are warm and helpful. The facilities are old, which is a real pity. The kindness of staff compensated the outdated facilities. It is a proper 5 star hotel after all.
1.Mr Kamal excellent person-hospitality he showed .We were not sure that we should stay in the hotel or select another five star in sohar but Mr Kamal exceptional service made us stay in crown plaza. He is toooo good person. 2.Kitchen and restaurant staff-If u are staying in this hotel and have some special demand meet Mr Vaisakh-he is an out of the world person .He along with Mr Govind made special...

Muscat, Sultan Qaboos Street Al Khuwair 939, 133 Muskat, Oman 🧭 Map
We stayed for 3 nights while traveling as a group with children, and it was a very practical choice. The location is centrally positioned with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and main roads. If you’re planning to explore Muscat by car, this area works very well logistically. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and heated outdoor pool was a great place for children to unwind after...
My family and I have been here due to flight delays and we have really enjoyed ourselves! The staff are very friendly and the manager has been nothing but amazing! It has been really busy here due to the flight delays, however he has made sure to check in on us and others daily! I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to Oman! If you do, go and visit Mohamed AL Harthi at the breakfast...
Our stay exceeded expectations, especially as we were traveling with children. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything easy. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They even helped us organize a small birthday surprise for one of the children, which made our stay extra special. The hotel garden and pool area became our daily meeting point. The heated pool was perfect...
This is not one of the better hotels in Muscat. It's ok, the buffet diner and breakfast was good and you can choose to sit in or outside the restaurant. There is a reasonable size pool with a beach bar just beside it. There was a bit of a mix up with our pre booked early check-in ( the tour operator forgot to do it ). The hotel staff could not have been more helpful in sorting it out for us. Many thanks...
Had a wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Hotel, especially at the Lazy Lizard bar. The atmosphere, service, and overall vibe of the hotel are excellent and make it a great place to relax and unwind. A special mention to Shehan, who truly elevated the experience—his cocktail-making skills are exceptional, and his friendly smile and warm personality make you feel instantly welcome. Al 'Aqar, No 110, Al Jabal Al Akhdar 🧭 Map
I would recommend anyone visiting the Al Hajar Mountains in Oman to spend a few nights at Anantara Al Jabal. Of course, it is a little more expensive to stay there, but it is a wonderful, relaxing experience that is really worthwhile and makes your stay in these beautiful surroundings even more restful. The atmosphere at the hotel is impressively relaxed, and this philosophy permeates the entire complex...
Mixed feelings about this place. Our room (the deluxe canyon view room) was lovely and the view amazing, but this was by far the most expensive place we stayed on our trip (USD900++ a night for the room + breakfast alone, before factoring in other expenses at the resort, which are kind of not optional given its isolation). We don't feel that the price matched the overall experience. In particular...
💎Eden of middle east is located at Al Jabal Al Akhdar. It was heavenly spiritual. Let’s talk about the place we stayed , shall we? Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar defines perfectly the masterpiece of five star service. We must say that the hardest part of the trip is to say Good bye to wonderful hotel staffs. They created the friendliest and warmest at their best. We even had a Zootopia towel challenge...
My husband and I recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in Oman. One of the places we visited was the “Green Mountain” and we stayed at the Anantara Al Jabal Akhdar Resort for a few days, which was, in one word… magical. First, the resort and its surrounding is both beautiful, peaceful, and awe-inspiring. This is a place where you can emotionally and mentally get refreshed and rejuvenated...
Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort I stayed here at the end of November, and it really is a wonderful hotel. After about a 2.5-hour drive with our 4x4, we arrived up in the mountains. The weather was fantastic — warm enough to swim during the day, and in the evening it cooled down nicely, so a sweater was perfect. The whole property is beautifully designed with a lot of attention to detail. The materials...
The hotel is on the Green Mountain. You need a four-wheel drive to go up the mountain. The room you check in is facing north and there is no sun☀. I don’t know if it is discrimination or something else. It may also be because it is not a direct partner hotel of Ctrip but an agent hotel. Be careful in choosing in the future. The hotel environment is still very beautiful, but it is too cold🥶. The temperature...

Hotel Al Madinah Holiday, Muscat1 / 26

Muscat, PC 130 Azaiba 🧭 Map
The hotel room is relatively clean and sanitary, but there is a big taboo for Chinese people: the large mirror in the closet is facing the bed! This is a Feng Shui taboo!
We stayed here on our first night in Oman, getting here was a struggle, took several taxi rides to get to the hotel, the room was ok. The only problem is that the supporting facilities nearby are not complete and there are few places to eat. It is not as convenient as in the UAE or Qatar. The weather in Muscat is very hot.
I selected the Al Madinah Holiday Hotel due to its excellent location and proximity to the Airport as well as the City Center. At first, being located in a manufacturing zone seemed curious, but it works. The area was actually quite quiet, and the hotel was extremely comfortable. Whenever I had a question or a problem, Mohammed S. in Reception was there to help. So too was Sunir H., and Moses in the...

We stopped over only for.lunch specially curated for our group. It's interiors is intricate with chairs of old wood and carvings
It was all very nice. Big place and many amenities. I liked the gym and the room. Also the breakfast buffet was amazing.
We stayed in this hotel for four nights and were very satisfied. The service, hygiene and environment were all very good, and the transportation was also very convenient.
The facilities are great, it's good value for money, it's quiet, and the best thing is that there's a Japanese restaurant in the hotel!
It was unfortunate we couldn’t get to check in earlier because we arrived earlier so we stayed at the lobby for 9-10 hours despite many emails sent to give them a heads up. Overall our stay was decent. Breakfast was good and service was good too.

One of my fav spots in Salalah. Easy to go around since the hotel is combined with a shopping mall
Good location, reception staff were less than enthusiastic to assist with queries, the staff in the restaurant were fabulous.
Ctrip is terrible; be careful if you use it, it's full of traps.
I was on a business trip and booked a one-living room and two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony, which was pretty good, but there was only one bathroom. The hotel is integrated with a shopping mall, which is the second largest shopping mall in Salalah. There is a good restaurant with Arabic and Indian food. There are more European and American tourists staying here, but the breakfast is...

Beautiful hotel in Muscat with an awesome design and a very comfortable room. The space felt cozy and welcoming even without a view, I was really happy staying there. If possible, adding body lotion in the room amenities would make the experience perfect.
The underground parking is important and one of the good service here is..
The location was great. Staff and service provided were excellent. Rooms were small in size and the cleaning of the room were ok.
The hotel is in a good spot in the city. They have a free parking. The room was a a bit old and there was only one towel in the toilet. But for the price it was convenient
Located at good location. Al kuwair is the downtown of Muscat with lots of Turkish restaurants. We stayed 2 days , our room was good but basement parking space is very conjusted. After all that area parking is little tight. Rest all fine Service was okeyish

Booked this for our 1st time visit to Oman and we stayed here for 12 days. If you are only staying 2-3 days this hotel may be ok - but for longer stays I would not recommend. Mosque within walking distance Friendly...

My overall experience at Muscat Plaza Hotel was somewhat good. Unfortunately, they lacked many things. For example, the room wasn't fully prepared, and I had to ask for toothpaste, slippers, and a toothbrush. Additionally, the gym lacked many tools. A nice, clean, easy place to spend a night! If you need the extra bed set up, definitely ask for 2 thick blankets to soften the sleep!
Your accor hotel life is unforgettable memories.. Housekeeping restaurant. Everything is better than one. Your restaurant staff is the best.. Among them, the female restaurant staff named hanny is the best. The customer service and their character are all the best.. I have never forgotten the life I have had in your hotel.. thanks hanny
would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the management of Mercure Hotel Sohar for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Special thanks to Moamen and Ibrahim for their polite, professional, and courteous manner, which made the stay a truly pleasant and memorable experience. Thank you all, and I wish you continued success

Mercure Hotel in Sohar offers a pleasant and comfortable stay with a good focus on cleanliness and overall ambience. Nice size rooms, friendly staff who helped us hire a dhou for the day to see dolphins and fishing. A short 5 minute drive to the port, and Lulu next to the resort. Otherwise not much else around.
This is definitely one of the best hotels in the Musandam area. Yes, it is a bit on the expensive side, especially considering that there is no direct access to the sea, no real panoramic view, and no gazebo or dedicated spot where you can sit and enjoy the ocean scenery. However, the hotel itself is comfortable and well maintained. The breakfasts were tasty, and the open buffet dinner was also quite...
We stayed here as a family of 5 for two nights. We were given connecting rooms which made our stay with children more comfortable. The rooms are darker than the usual hotel rooms, but this adds to the traditional feel. We rested well whilst we were here. We ate breakfast in the restaurant; this was adequate enough for us although the restaurant felt slightly cramped. I would stay here again when we...
Clean and very comfortable. The room we had was spacious and quiet. I liked that the hotel was within walking distance of a supermarket and some restaurants. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was a bit worried after seeing some other reviews suggesting it needs maintenance, but I thought everything was great. Recommended.
Atana Musandam Resort is truly an oasis in Khasab. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a hidden paradise. I stayed here in April 2026. The hotel was practically empty at the time, but despite that, they refused to move me to another room when I found cockroaches. The rooms were super clean, very comfortable, wide space and the staff was amazing, the staff were very helpful and very kind. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Al Buraimi.
It is a great place to be near the pool to have some coffee and deserts. The arabic foods are good but no Indian cuisine are available.
One of the better options to stay in buraimi. The location isn't great with limited places you can access in comfortable walking distance. However, many activities for the kids and family. Ok options for food and entertainment. We had the large suite booked, so it was comfortable and spacious. Amenities in the room were below expectations for the price paid.

Wonderful place in the middle of Muscat not far from the airport. Clean and spacious room. Nice view to the pool. Did not try the restaurant so can't judge but the menu looks OK. Ok for over night stay Breakfast spread is minimal but service good.

In house food is of good quality. Morning breakfast is continental and asian, all items are fresh. First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

Decent hotel outside Muscat. Need transportation to get into Muscat city centre and the taxis tend to charge more for tourist. The hotel itself is quite good with a very big gym and swimming pool. The room was spacious! The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and a fridge, and check-in was a breeze. The location was great, and there was plenty of parking available.
The hotel was too noisy as it's right by the road. The breakfast selection was very limited, and an extra breakfast for a child was quite expensive at 10 riyals, which is about 180 RMB. They also charged adult prices for a 13-year-old child, and it was the first time I've ever encountered a service charge for breakfast. Overall, the hotel wasn't good value for money; it was just mediocre.
Breakfast felt improved today, and the boiled eggs were delicious! Muscat hardly has any high-rise buildings, and this hotel is only seven stories tall. The swimming pool is on the top floor and there are two: a round one for kids and a square one for adults. The view is quite nice.
Thank you to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality from arrival to checkout. The room was spacious and kept very clean. We had a great stay, and my family will definitely be coming back again.
