The 4 star ranking is because of the service offered..... Although I was a little apprehensive while I was checking in, I had no choice at that time as it was raining very heavily in IBRA and the hotel was near the highway, so it became easy for me to go ahead the next morning.... The place was nice and clean the room was spacious and well organised and clean. The toilette was also clean and the water pressure was really good. They serve breakfast but I didn't like the options but the fruitsbtouch was nice. The check in process was little lengthy but that's OK because it is all manual.

Good hotel for a short stay. Rooms & bathrooms are good. Swimming pool avaliable free for guests. Wifi is available only in lobby. No wifi in rooms. No restaurant in hotel, only room service available. They have Food menu in all rooms. Food is excellent.. Service & staff is also good there. No need for reservation. You can get a room anytime you land there.

The hotel staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants, hookah bars and supermarkets nearby. The breakfast buffet was excellent, large and varied. My room on the fifth floor was large and very quiet, even though the hotel is located on a busy street. The rooms could do with an update, especially the bathrooms, which have seen better days....

Honestly, upon arrival I was surprised to find the room unavailable, even though I had booked and paid in advance. I waited for almost two hours until they finally provided me with a room. Frankly, it was a bad experience in terms of booking, but the rooms and facilities were excellent considering the price.

The rooms are clean. The furniture is functional but old damage signs can be seen. It has the basic amenities.

The apartment it self is nice . They offer 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and a washroom. But in the kitchen you only have 1 microwave. In my case it was not working, you got an empty fridge . And you got the stuff in which you can cooking anything but 🤚 you won't get any thing on which you can cook your food . No stoves nothing . Only a microwave. You there not much use of kitchen in the apartment...

Behly's Hotel is an amazing place, a hidden gem located in a very upscale residential neighbourhood and a two minute walk to the beach. The staff are incredible, and will make you a breakfast that is second to none. The rooms are extremely quiet and pleasant. Behly's will be my go to hotel next time I am in Muscat.

First time staying at this house, never again for me! Good experience in Oman Palm Hotel Suites I was happy because I got good dealing from the team quite and clean but some equipment in the kitchen were old there were some iron rust need to change and kitchen not very clean as well as limited TV channels only one channel for children.. This is no more a hotel. It is now a furnished apartment complex consisting of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. It's only given on monthly rent and not daily rent. You need to pay for water and electricity separately. It's walking distance to Indian school, Sri lankan school and 2 supermarkets.

Fair for the Price. You will get a room in an apartment building, room is small with a queen bed, TV and a small fridge. Rooms are very old and run down, there is a srilankan restaurant below which serves good food. Parking is free and usually available.

I am one of the very early guests of them, and gave many reference business also. Calm, cultured and reasonable. This facility at a very comfortable location. Staff and services very good. Only problem, we have to eat outside.

Located in a nice area if wadi kabir in Muscat. Very clean and modern facilities at economic prices. Breakfast is average. Staff are helpful and nice. Ample parking around the hotel but can get busy at night. You can rent cycles for free from the hotel and take a ride around.

Very good place to stay if you are looking for something inexpensive good value for money and friendly staff. Close to the Mosque, Airport, groceries and restaurants but a bit far from old Muskat. The Hotel manager was very helpful for example with storing luggage for a longer period of time or helping out with tools I needed for my bike.

I stayed at Farah Hotel on my last visit to Muscat. It was a wonderful room with excellent facilities. The staff was also very helpful. It is a budget hotel and don't expect star hotel facilities. But they have everything for a pleasant stay and lots of parking nearby. thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was my first time in Oman, but I had a friend stay here. The room was spacious and fairly clean. The service was good. What surprised me was that the cleaning staff politely asked me if I had ever worked in ************. This really shocked me. However, I would like to see your staff trained in etiquette.

Everything is ok and budget friendly but some issues i faced they don't provide towels.

We got a very spacious studio apartment which was clean, had two bathrooms. Large kitchen with fridge was also available in our rooms. The caretaker Bipin was helpful and recommended sightseeing places in Sur. Secure car parking is available infront of the property and also by the sides.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. It is a good location, walking distance to the city center, souq, market and many restaurants. The room is big, I had AC and good internet, and even a kitchen. However, the kitchen didn't have almost anything, you couldn't boil water, I didn't find a knife to cut something. But overall it was ok for the price you pay.

I would have loved to have this setup in Muscat. We had a spacious one bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room and a bedroom all to ourselves.
