Unbeatable location right on the corniche. Wach the sunrise from your window. Also, very good front desk staff helped us with restaurant recommendations. Rooms are functional but very clean.

The room was fine, the receptionists were fine but there was a Bangladeshi waiter at the breakfast lounge being extremely rude. The breakfast was below average.

Stayed here 6 nights in the end of my trip in Oman. The location was superb. Close to everything but in a quiet place. Very close to the sea. Highly recommend.

Living in Mutrah doesn't get better than this! The views are stunning, with the mountains towering behind the historic buildings and a glimpse of the Sultan's yachts. The Naseem team went above and beyond, being super caring and attentive to ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, the in-house cafe, Anna, serves up delicious breakfast and mouthwatering cakes – a perfect bonus!

The hotel had very friendly staff and a great location, right near the market, fort and good food in the area. My partner was feeling unwell and they were because of this they were kind enough to allow us some extra time to pack and checkout. Would recommend as one of the better looking hotels in the area

Great location right on the corniche with lots of restaurants and the big souk in easy walking distance. Comfy bed but could use a lamp on the nightstand. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the breakfast had several choices and all delicious.

Great location and beautiful view! People are warmth and the breakfast was simple yet nice. Easy walk along the coast.

Hotel just opposite to Corniche with cycling track and a good sea view. Mutrah market is also near and mosque too with some good eating joints to refresh oneself. One can walk on the stretch and have good benches to rest upon and enjoy the nature with cool breeze, though fishing is prohibited.
