One of the better options to stay in buraimi. The location isn't great with limited places you can access in comfortable walking distance. However, many activities for the kids and family. Ok options for food and entertainment. We had the large suite booked, so it was comfortable and spacious. Amenities in the room were below expectations for the price paid.

First time staying at this hotel. Visited for a drink on my last visit when in Muscat. Rooms are clean, staff very friendly and the two bars are a nice change. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The pool is very large so wasn't very crowded. Overall we worth a stay, especially for a few days whether it be work or pleasure.

The hotel is in a rather isolated area, though it's close to the airport. I was surprised that the taxi the hotel arranged for me cost 1.50, but when I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, I was charged 5.50 – quite frustrating. Although it is not the most luxurious hotel, the staff are really helpful, the food is excellent, and there's plenty of space inside (including a really nice pool) which makes the stay a pleasure. It's a few km from the centre of the town, but it's an easy drive. Fully recommended.

It was better than expected. I went just to the restaurant and the food was ok and it was possible to enjoy the view from the top. Some waiters do not speak english and sometimes was difficult the communication or I had to wait to whom speaks. The windows require a cleaning in order to appreaciate the landscape and the magnificent view, one of the good aspects of the restaurant.

Not really satisfied with our stay here. We had booked a suit and the rooms were big & spacious. But the lighting is really bad. And they don't even provide water or tea bags, for the price they had charged us! When we asked for water, they charged us 700 paisa for just 1 bottle of water. Absolutely ridiculous.
