Excellent hotel, great location. We liked the 10/15 minute walk to the old town. The hotel is great, staff are amazing. Rooms are a little small but certainly not uncomfortable. The decor is great, I was worried it would be a bit much but it was perfect. Check in and out quick and easy and luggage storage was useful and secure.
Light in the sauna didn’t work, tv kept turning itself off after a few minutes (not there for tv but..), no soap in the public toilet, no extraction in the bathroom. But that is as much as I can fault so it’s small.
Breakfast was very good, quality and fresh and really have to say again that the staff were really nice and helpful

Everybody is very polite, cleaning lady is very kind, second day of our stay they gave us all new towels and made the bed even if we didn't told them. Breakfast is perfect, a lot of food, everything fresh and delicious. Very good selection. Rooms are very clean and warm. Reception personnel is very polite and professional. Hotel is located very near town center so you are very close to everything.

Convenient location in an neighborhood with many offers. The old town is just 20.min walk away but also served by the frequent tram. Nice hotel, good breakfast, decent bar-restaurant downstairs as well.

Amazing hotel. If we ever come back to Krakow we will stay at this hotel again. The only bad thing was that we had to go home. 🤣 Amazing location, the tram/bus stop is in front of the hotel. It is a walkable distance from the main square. They offer help with some tours organization. Staff is polite, kind, professional. Our rating is 100000 out of 10. One of the best hotels we stayed at.

Very nice, it's just a pity that guests from other countries can't keep quiet at night and make a lot of noise... other than that, I highly recommend the hotel

Very clean, comfortable beds, super buffet breakfasts, good location plenty of local restaurants within 10 mins walk including Plac Nowy food area.
About 15 - 20 mins stroll to the main square, a little less to Oskar Schindlers Enamel Factory Museum. We had a room at the rear of the hotel and it was very quiet but apparently it can be a bit noisy on the street side.
Would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again

Had the best stay! The staffs were very nice and friendly. I was surprised of how great the hotel was for such an affordable price. Room was very clean and check in / out went very smoothly.
Love how there’s a tram stop right outside the door and the hotel is located near convenience store and nice cafes / restaurant

Very close to the city, with its own parking space, it is quite convenient overall. The breakfast variety is OK, and the room is quite modern.

The hotel is located very well. There is a shopping center nearby and lots of restaurants downstairs. The breakfast has a vast choice of variety.
