The hotel is located next to a shopping center and a water park. Unfortunately, a major drawback is the parking lot across the street, which is often full, and the parking lot next to the hotel is only for buses. It's also very expensive and mostly empty. It's very poorly organized now, requiring you to walk across the street with your suitcases. Parking was once available to everyone next to the hotel, and there was no need to change this, as it only spoils the overall impression of the hotel. The carpets in the hallways and rooms should also be cleaned, as they're unfortunately filthy.

The hotel is beautiful! Polite and kind staff. Comfortable clean room! Very tasty breakfasts and a large and varied selection of food.
There is a spa - and this is a nice bonus, where you can relax after a walk around the city.
There is a shopping center and a transport stop nearby - it is very convenient.
I definitely recommend this hotel!And thank you for the hospitality!

The hotel would be five stars if not of the beds being so bad

The location of the hotel is amazing if you have a car and you dont mind being out of the area for the benefit of having a water park and shopping mall next door and it’s very near to the airport

We loved our stay at Hotel Swing. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the facilities excellent. This is a perfect break for young families, mainly for the proximity to the water park.

Great hotel with amazing food and drinks! Everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Good atmosphere. We enjoyed the trip with our group of children – the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Good hotel. Pretty comfy beds, friendly staff, ok. choice if it comes to a breakfast menu. Coffee not the greatest - the one from the machine is watered down, and the one order a la carte not much better. They need to work on that (4 star service rating for mediocre coffee). Luckily in a walking distance there are few coffee shops with really good, freshly brewed coffee.
Also, close by restaurants, convenient stores, supermarkets.
On the same parking lot there is a water park, so bringing the kids and also sauna complex where guests can purchase access.
