Excellent location. Central city. Atmosphere was chilled and relaxing. Room was quiet and clean and fresh. Very restful.

Stayed here before and I have no complaints. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean room which was more than adequate. Hot powerful shower, comfortable bed. Perfect for a short stay. Will return

A great place and price with only around about a mile down one street from the main square. Had a twin room.with it's own bathroom and a breakfast of sandwich, natural yoghurt,apple, cookie and bottle of water each day in a town paper bag. Staff were friendly, helpful and you have mini golf and cosmic games bar close by Also a luggage room was available for free on our last day and there a kitchen available on multiple floors and a mysuem connected which I didnt manage to visit :-/ Highly reccomend

The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets.
It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways.
Never again !

Pluses: near the center and park. You can find many cafes, bars and shops around. There are parking lots on the street, but you have to pay for it. Clean rooms and friendly service. The promo price was good. Minuses: its very hot in the rooms during warm days. When you open the window, it's quite noisy.

The customer service was very poor Although, I must say that the hustle is well kept. Another thing is that there is NO shuttle bus from the Airport, as stated on their website. The hostel is far from the Airport. So, it is very important to let the customers know that you don't have Airport Shuttle That is a deciet.

There is a variety of rooms. Dorm rooms with (just) four beds (not bunks) and attached bathroom are better than in other hostels in the same price bracket. The renovated place is light and kept clean. Check-in is straightforward and pretty well organized. All facilities such as the hot shower and WiFi worked well. Beds were comfortable. Good there are lockers. Enjoyed the modern well equipped kitchen where I could cook and sit at one of the many tables. The location is within walking distance to the old town. Since the last time I stayed here, more guests behaved rather anti-social. Moreover, there were groups with youngsters (sometimes loud). At the court yard very early in the morning someone would start his motorbike (noise!). Every day the same. There is not always someone at the reception. I used the luggage storage for which you need a key. Because the receptionist was absent, I missed my bus. So plan enough time to pick up left luggage.

1. The girls at the reception were very pleasant - a plus 2. No parking, public parking costs PLN 50 per day. 3. Problem with breakfast 15 minutes earlier 4. There is no place to smoke cigarettes inside the hotel............................

The pillows and bed was nice that was not the problem the problem was the disrespectful workers who thought it was ok to laugh and make jokes all because I can't speak the language . They were extremely unhelpful and did nothing to make my trip easier on me . I asked them a simple question about getting a uber because they offered it on the site . But when I called they acted as if they were dumbfounded to everything . They also tried charging me twice I had to literally show them the transaction so I didn't get robbed . I won't ever be coming back here and honestly they need to mature and grow up . In my country we care about people who visit and try to help where we can . Saddest thing is this use to be my favorite countries sad how people have really changed from the war and inflation . What a mistake I made never again . I will make sure its well known if people ask I will tell .
