Great service, room and location. However other guests made the stay unpleasant. There was a supposed curfew after 10pm to stay quiet however other guests blasted music and were heard shouting every night of our stay until 2-3am.

Nice and clean, good service. Free wi-fi. There's kitchen with sink, microwave, dishes, electric kettle, coffee, tea, milk and sugar.
Bathroom and fridge in every room.
Unfortunatelly, it's not a quiet place because the main street is nearby.

Staff was very kind and helpful, they'll do your laundry for you which is amazing. My biggest complaint is that the WiFi is pretty terrible and I could only connect to it in the lobby. Additionally having to enter through the back road is inconvenient, being able to enter from the street would be preferred.

What a great little find. So cheap and we found it perfect for us. We are a couple in our 50’s and 60’s. We don’t need fancy, we’re only sleeping at the venue. We always look for this type of option so we can save money on meals out Communication between us and the property was really good. Messages were read and replied too quickly Easy self check in and out. Code were sent to us, no issues Room was spotless. Towels were provided. Our single beds were really comfy. A bit creaky but didn’t stop us sleeping well. There is a tv but nothing that we found to watch, but we didn’t come away to watch tv. Kitchen was spotless and right opposite our room. There was cooking facilities which some families used, we could smell the bacon cooking one morning. Free tea and coffee is also available in the kitchen All the staff we met were really pleasant We did hear other families laughing and children playing but it was just general noise of a holiday venue DO NOT BE PUT OFF BY THE CURB APPEAL. Yes when we got out of our uber my wife looked a little concerned. But it felt safe to wonder round and we were right by a 4* hotel. We will be back and would happily book the Moon Hostel again

That entrance is scary, and so is the street the hotel is in. It's close and walkable distance to most important places, including Wawel. Room is ok. clean, but mattresses are very thing and my windows was broken and wouldn't lock.
I'd recommend this hotel, but not if you're a solo woman traveling.

Very noisy … there is a train passing by very close every 10 minutes.

Overall it's pretty good. The location is a bit hard to find, but the service is very good. The room is clean. There is a separate shower area. The bathroom and bed are cleaned well.
