It was fine for my purpose. Just followed the instructions and was able to access the room, no human interaction.

the staff went out of the way for me to arrive early , communicating in a clear and friendly manner. I had many questions on my trip there, and they always replied promptly.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's small but comfortable, cozy, and clean. It's located more on the east side with a more diverse crowd, but I felt safe during my stay and it's in a relatively walkable distance to everything.

Really nice staff and it is close to plaza du comercio, which is good, but the room was not at all like the pictures, so different of how we saw it when we booked it. The area around the property was noisy and dirty and overall seemed unsafe. Not worth the price, because it was not cheap.

Good location with iconic tran28 stop in front of the hotel. The room itself is quite spacious with all the amenties mentioned. Room is exactly the same as website. Also many supermarkets nearby. However, dont recommend to walk at the street behind.

The single room wasn't small either, but the double room even had a small kitchen counter. The soundproofing was good, and I slept very well every night. I would highly recommend it if you're traveling alone.

Two people stayed for three days, and they accommodated our request for a single bed, and the cleaning was excellent. It's a bit far from the city center, but it's a short walk away, and there's a bus stop right in front. There's a supermarket on the first floor, which was convenient for buying water. I was very, very satisfied.

I haven't really had any problems, just the lack of staff on the last day when I asked if they could keep my suitcase until my flight departed.
