Tips
- If you plan to buy bottled water, consider purchasing it at a nearby store for about 1 euro instead of paying the hotel price of 2.50 euros.
- Be prepared for small room sizes and check the shower functionality on arrival.
- If you are a solo traveler, especially at night, stay cautious in the surrounding streets as some guests found the area dark and quiet.
- Lastly, despite mixed service reviews, the 24-hour front desk can assist with transport and local recommendations.

Reviews
However, everything else was the opposite of good. First, the worst experience was the BREAKFAST POLICE. The breakfast buffet was not very good but what was worse was the person who overlooked everything. She continuously told guest off and even screamed at some (like myself). Strangely she was rather nice to all the male guest. The next disappointing aspect was the disregard of the reception staff, who could not be bothered by doing anything. Upon check-in we asked a few questions about Lisbon (having never been there before) but we did not get one straight forward answer. Moreover whenever we left the room, we had to pass reception to leave the hotel and only got angry glares when we said hello or goodbye. Moreover, on the first day we realized that the television was not working properly. On the hotel instruction, it said 150 channels were available plus YouTube but we could only find 15 and they were all grainy. Also, YouTube did not work at all and the error message 'No internet connection' was shown. My husband went to reception asking for help, but all he got was a grumpy it works. When he insisted that it did not work, he was told someone would check it but GUESS WHAT no one ever came...
Considering how much we paid for 4 nights, the poor service was not at all appropriated.
room was good, view was amazing
Staff was not
The desk staff were helpful with booking transportation as well as suggesting restaurants.

Cafe and Restaurants near hotel
The restaurant would be classed as basic by some people, but the food and experience are well worth it.
The menu is not comprehensive, however the food we received was of a very good standard. The prices are quite low considering the quality of the food. Wine and food for 2 people was less than €30.
