The staff was very friendly and courteous. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The room smelled musky the first night and then of sewage the following night. The pipes rattle when you use the washroom, and you can hear your neighbours.

The front desk staff were so kind and friendly to us! Easy to get along with… also were happy to give suggestions. The breakfast service every morning was basic but we’re happy we got it to fuel our mornings! The room was a little small, it was basically all bed no flex space lol and the bed had two divots (one in each side) so it was uncomfortable on our backs when we would move around while we slept.

Charming hotel in a centrally located -- but relatively quiet -- part of Lisbon. The staff members -- especially Leandro and Ines -- were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's restaurant was excellent. And while our room was small (as one would expect in European cities), the bathroom was bigger than we anticipated.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Being able to store our luggage before and after check out was so helpful.
The rooms are very quiet and clean despite the hotel being centrally located in the city centre.

Rooms were clean and location was excellent BUT the washroom was very small and the doors were glass. This meant very little sound/odor isolation for people using it and those outside.
I would avoid if you are overweight or obese.

Overall, we liked it because it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It's a good location within walking distance of many things. However, the service, specifically from the restaurant manager, was terrible.

Small, cozy and low key with very good and efficient wait staff. Some of the staff speak good English and are very happy to assist you with the menu.

The restaurant would be classed as basic by some people, but the food and experience are well worth it.

The menu is not comprehensive, however the food we received was of a very good standard. The prices are quite low considering the quality of the food. Wine and food for 2 people was less than €30.

45 minute wait. Another hour wait for two salads. My salad consisted of mixed greens, deli turkey slices and mass produced vinaigrette. The other "entree" was a slice of bread with pre-frozen shrimp that were supposedly marinated topped with cherry tomatoes and red onions. There was one gentleman working who made the whole experience worth while, he offered us another seat because we were sat next to smokers and checked on us a few times. Waited another 15 minutes for the bill that never came and waited at the counter for an additional 5 minutes to pay. I really hope that this was just a bad day because in my 2 months being in Europe, this was by far the WORST food I have eaten.
