The room felt a bit dated, but it was clean. We arrived at 2 PM and were able to check in right away.

The off-season price was really good value. Breakfast was served until 10:30 AM, and there was plenty to eat to fill you up.

The location wasn't the best; it was a bit far from everything, and there weren't many food options nearby. However, taxis are cheap in Lisbon.

The staff were incredibly nice and let us check in early. The hotel's location is excellent, with a McDonald's and a supermarket nearby. It's within walking distance of Liberty Avenue, perfect for shopping every day. After dinner, the walk back to the hotel was just right for a nice digestif. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lisbon.

Lovely vacation with Holiday Inn! They are very nice to us. We tried our luck to ask for late checkout, they offered us additional 2 hours of stay. Amazing experience here! Clean and comfortable! Near a lot of nice places

Overall is ok and worth to pay for the price. In Trip.com has mentioned free bottled water, but when check in hotel i clarified with receptionist, bottled water is need to pay.

The location is very good, not in the strict city center but close enough, around 20 min on foot. The reception desk is very friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel. Slightly away from Rossio Square. About 2 Kms. Clean rooms. Room amenities such as toothbrush provided on asking. Breakfast spread is good with breads, eggs and desserts and fruits. Only downside was room service was not done on one of the days even when we left the room service flag on.

We spent 2 weeks travelling in Europe and this hotel was one of the best value stays of the trip.
The staff were excellent and let us check in early. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning our room each day, even late afternoon.
The room was clean and well equipped. There was a fantastic view, it was possible to even see the water from our room.
The location is just away from the hustle and bustle of the city without being too far away. The area felt safe and seemed more like a business district.
The free breakfast was excellent with a wide range of pastries and some hot food.
We had such an excellent stay that we decided to go full into the IHG rewards program. Thank you!
