When we arrived the hotel and there is some maintenance work going on, they gave me an upgrade to another one which is near by. The staffs are very helpful and even help me to book the bus tickets. Very helpful as a tourist.

A perfect little boutique hotel. I had a wonderful two days in Lisbon. The location was a bit hard to find, in an alley in the Alpha district of the old town. The staff were very friendly. The hotel rooms were small but exquisitely decorated.

Alpha district, near the cathedral, except for the Bolt hotel if you are going from the station or airport with luggage, you can walk to other places for shopping. The hotel staff is very friendly, the view on the top floor is very beautiful, they also enthusiastically introduced us to the sardine party celebration on the street, all the facilities of the hotel are very good! Next time I go to Portugal, I will still choose it. Alpha Old Town is an area with a very special atmosphere, you must stay there once!

The best view of Alfama! The rooftop alone is worth it. The room is very good, well equipped, good bed and very clean. I recommend it!

Great place to watch the sunset. Sometimes they have live music, nice enough to enjoy the day. Good cocktails and great food. Recommended

Everything was perfect! This boutique hotel has a stunning view and is conveniently located in Alfama, very close to tram and bus stops. The room was large, the service was great, there was a rooftop pool, bar and restaurant.

Wow! So happy with my stay! Got this resort for a fantastic price in .ᴄᴏᴍ I loved this resort and I am so glad I stayed at my favorite hotel for less than what I usually spend. What a place! From check in to check out everything was perfect! The hotel has a wonderful rooftop with a breathtaking view of the Tagus River and all of Alfama! The staff are fantastic, always willing to help! A place to come back to without any hesitation!

Music is nice, that's all the good thing here.

Service, crap. Why, the old man at the beginning give you bread and water but didn't tell you it's cost 4 and 3.8€! 3.8 for one 50cl water! And after asked another lady to take away the bread, we didn't take wine because it's crazy expensive and we're students, their attitude is really "friendly". Food took them one hour to do! And took them one year just to print the check!

Terrible atending. The man who attended my boyfriend and I seems to have something against brazilians. We wanted to order the food of the day and while I went to the loo, the waiter served an entrance and when my boyfriend said we wanted the food of the day he started retiring all the dishes and the menu out of his hands saying there wasn't that order. We could have ordered another plate but he was too rude we left the restaursnt upset and hungry. Don't go there.
