I booked this hotel for my boyfriend. I asked the hotel to make some special arrangements and they made sure it was done. Got to know from my boyfriend the room was clean with a massage chair provided. Great view as well.

The room was basic, but they provided free bottled water – one sparkling and one still. The location was excellent, and the cleanliness was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but on our last day, they changed the breakfast location without informing guests. Many people waited a long time for the doors to open, and one guest even left because they were in a hurry and couldn't wait any longer.

The young lady receptionist should probably not in the hospitality business. There's nothing hospitable or warm in her welcome. She's like a grinch, worse than the gloomy weather. The hotel is in a great location and was easy to find, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was comfortable, though not very spacious, and it was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great, had several options. We were also grateful for the 12 p.m. check-out, as it suited our later departure for the next leg of our trip.

Hotel parking was part occupation of non-visitors cars. Hotel personal doesn’t care about it..Poor  breakfast.

Expected a bit more. The first time, we got seated, but then told that they can’t serve food after we were told that they would. So we left to another place for dinner. We came back another day. Food all-right, octopus was nice though. Lot’s of hype for a fine place with nice decor.

The hotel service is not bad. There are two subway stations, one takes about 15 minutes and the other takes about 8 minutes. Also, the hill to the hotel is steep, so if you have a lot of luggage, take a taxi to the hotel.

Great hotel in fairly convenient location , easy to get to airport by subway with one transfer. Room was fairly comfortable and extremely clean. My only suggestion is for better pillows extremely small and not comfortable. Other than that I highly recommend and would stay again.

The hotel is located in the very city center, as a result: be ready for tourists crowds 24/7 and overpriced cafes around. The service was nice, but nothing exceptional. Had a terrible experience. The hotel was overbooked, so they sent me to a different 2-star hotel. The front desk staff there didn't speak English, and there was no hairdryer in the room. When I turned on the 'hot' air for the AC, it only blew cold air! Definitely not worth the price, it was way too expensive! Not even worth 30 euros! Don't ever book through Trip.com!

If you're using your hotel to sleep in only whilst you spend the day out and about this is perfect. Located next to the green line which is the perfect line to get you down town in minutes.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room smelled musky the first night and then of sewage the following night. The pipes rattle when you use the washroom, and you can hear your neighbours.

I booked this hotel for the first night of our honeymoon, with the intention of getting a good night's sleep. It's about 20 minutes from the airport and right next to Rossio Square, so it was easy to find and convenient for sightseeing the next day. Water pressure: Good. Staff: Very friendly. Area: There's a supermarket right next door, so it was easy to buy everything. (Water isn't free.)

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Otherwise, it leaves a lot to be desired. The room and bathroom were tiny, and there wasn't even a chair to sit on in the lobby. The front desk staff and housekeepers were attentive, though. The bathroom floor and walls aren't tiled, just painted. The elevator and water heating had issues. Not to mention, we didn't pay cheap for our stay.

It's good because it's located in a tourist area. You can use bottled water, nata, coffee, wine, and cold drinks for free in the lobby on the first floor. The room is in good condition but small and there are no other amenities.
