Lisbon, Rua Andrade, 16-18 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room was advertised as a 4 person room. To me that means there will be 2 double beds. The room we were given had 2 single beds and a pullout couch. Not what I expected and I was sure that was not what the pictures showed when booking.
The location is good but I don’t like the area around the hothel. The staff is pretty nice very friendly and helpful, the only problem the breakfast is expensive and poor.
Great quality/price ratio.
Place is comfortable, location is near many attractions, metro station and buses are very close.
Central hotel with underground parking. Metro nearby. Room a bit old and shabby.
Great location, very near the Metro station. A lot of shops nearby.
The hotel staffs are friendly, room is clean.
He served us very well :) I would come back.

Great location, 20 min from center, around it are lots of restaurants. Staff is friendly.
Tidy hotel in a decent location in the centre of Lisbon.
Would be great to use as a based for exploring.
I was there for the half marathon so was a little out from there but bolt and Ubers were cheap enough
Regarding the hotel's facilities and services, everything was fine. The room was large, the bathroom was very nice, although there were a few design flaws, and the cleanliness was good. Breakfast was adequate, but I expected more variety in terms of hot food options. On a less positive note, regarding the management of my reservation, the following happened: I had booked a single room, but upon arrival...
It was nice, the receptionist was very friendly, and the hotel was quiet.
Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was nice but limited buffet options available. Location was very good as it is close to public transport and makes it easier to get around the city.

The location was perfect .
Breakfast was sufficient for our needs
Rooms were clean
…..
I chose this hotel because it was convenient for getting to the airport for my flight. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the subway to the airport is just a short walk downstairs. It takes less than half an hour to get there.
Location is perfect. Very close to key tourist areas and metro
Tiny rooms, narrow uncomfortable parking, lack of amenities and noisy street
The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. I booked a king room but it was smaller than expected, and the breakfast had limited variety.
It was very spacious and pleasant. The facilities were clean, and the location, right by the square, was a huge plus.

I stayed here for two nights as a solo traveller on my first-ever trip to Lisbon. The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro. It takes about thirty minutes to get there by train from the airport. Very convenient. It's right next to a beautiful park, which also has a church. You are within walking distance of all major sites, including the water, and the castle of LIsbon. There are many restaurants...
Good hotel, pleasant and practical. Great for the price.
We originally booked a twin room, but they changed it to a double room and said that we didn't tell the booking platform our request. In the end, the hotel gave us two breakfasts, and Trip refunded the price difference, so it was okay.
It's a good value hotel, about 20-30 minutes walk from the city center.
The location of the hotel is close to the metro station and the room is clean. Will stay again.
Nice and clean hotel with affordable prices and decent breakfast…

It's within walking distance of the station. There are bumpy roads and stairs, so a car is best if you're coming from the airport. They park at Rossio Square, making it easy to get in and out.
Maybe because I requested a double room, or maybe because I booked at the last minute, I got a room with a view of the alley.
There was no kettle in the room. The hair dryer was in the closet. A bottle of water...
Had a three night stay at this hotel from December 30/2025-January 2/2026.
To properly review this hotel it needs to be divided up into location, breakfast/room (amenities) & staff.
Let’s start with the location. It’s perfection if you like to be in the middle of it all. It’s off one of the main streets in the city centre. Tons of restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. Transit is there & it’s a 1...
Very grateful to the staff. I had a long flight and was able to check in a bit earlier. The staff is courteous. I felt at ease especially being a solo traveler.
Check in was a breeze. Reception located on level 1 ("street level" is level 0.) To get to street level elevator you have to negotiate several steps, so there is no handicapped access. Elevator is small. Room keys are physical keys and tou get only one. Staff are very very nice and helpful. I give staff 5 stars. The room is relatively large with ample room for at least 4 suitcases if needed. There...

Such a lovely hotel! Truly stunning interior. The living room is wonderful to spend some time in. Staff are also very helpful and attentive. 10/10!
Staff are very kind and generous. The location is also good.
The living room for free coffee and cookies are 24 hours available. It's good for travelers.
The staff at the hotel were amazing and super helpful. The location is very close to central places around. Room were perfect size and clean.
The breakfast had a variety of different things- it was clean and tidy buffet and in amazing indoor room.
As vegan I had fruit salad, nuts and soy milk(no spreads or yogurt).
Everything was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to be so. Specifically Marino de Luz was amazing and explained how to get around Lisbon, what to do, etc. The hotel itself is beautiful and it is in a great location. The breakfast was also amazing! Delightful boutique hotel. The breakfast is as good as it looks in the pictures and the rooms are very spacious with comfy bed. What makes it even better are the outstanding staff who all go out of their way to help.
Loved my stay! Everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly attentive, especially the Brazilian lady who checked us in. I apologize for not remembering her name, but she was lovely and so helpful. And best of all, the price was super, super affordable!
I highly recommend this hotel, located in one of Lisbon's affluent residential areas, near the embassies. It's very nice to approach this garden from the street, and I must say it's a quiet hotel with a delicious breakfast. Overall, I'd say if you're coming to Lisbon, especially if you're an adult couple who doesn't want to be in the middle of the chaotic city, you can definitely book this place.
Location is a little far away.
The rest is nice.
Nice aria, clean and beautiful room

The staff at the hotel are very helpful, giving good tips for spots to visit. The rooftop restaurant has a great view and the breakfast offerings are good.
Nice hotel
Nice hotel, friendly/chatty staff. Be aware it is 3pm check in, felt that it would be ready early after completing the check in and suggested we wait with a coffee in the roof top bar. Had to ask again at 310 as they either forgot or don’t allow. Room clean and ok
The hotel was great I will come back there again definitely.
Great location - just close enough to the busy area but located inside a restricted area (uber/bolt cannot enter). Breakfast at the rooftop is definitely a highlight- fresh ingredients and changing menu. We will miss our mornings there. Staff is wonderful! Bed is also comfortable although the walls a thin and we can hear top floors and outside of our room.
Monte Belvedere Hotel by Shiadu in Lisbon, Portugal was such a lovely stay for my son and I. We have been planning this trip for a few years. A friend of mine stayed here and loved the boutique hotel.
The boutique hotel is set in a historical area of Portugal so not every form of transportation is granted access arriving at the hotel. This I wasn't aware of, but made me more happy we were going to...
First of all, the breakfast is just right. There is not much variety but it is exquisite and delicious. Secondly, there is an amazing restaurant and viewing platform on the 7th floor. If you can make full use of it, there is no need to complain about the overly small rooms and bathrooms.

I found the pictures on the ********** website to be a bit misleading. The rooms and the reception area were small. The area around the hotel was noisy at night. On the positive side the included breakfast was good.
I love the professional service from the front desk lady. She is very friendly and helpful, love her smile 😃 Thank you ❤️
Front desk needs to be more welcoming and friendly. Especially the male staff that is there.
Far from everything. If you are looking for a quiet accommodations and willing to walk or Uber everywhere, then this is ok

The room and bathroom were nice and spacious, quite clean. It was a bit chilly in January. The elevator could fit one person at a time.
Attentive service from the 24/7 concierge staff, they were happy to keep our luggages before checking in and after checking out, filling our bottles with hot water for drinking. The WiFi wasn´t working well in the room during our stay, but worked fine in the lobby. Really clean establishment, conveniently located and with wonderful staff, would definitely stay here again.
on a hill, but easy to get to.
the room we had was very nice and comfortable, the bathroom was nice too.
the staff was polite.
Excellent service from the entire team, very good hotel location and very nice view.
The receptionists are wonderful and helpful. The hotel is located on a high site, so I would not recommend it for the elderly or those with heavy weight. The elevators are also small, but other things are great.

Stayed 1 night .Great location to stay at . Room was clean but they were out of shampoo . Communication was easy at first then it was hard to contact. Had asked for a late check out and was given till 12pm. When attempting to go in to grab our bags we were locked out .They made us wait and eventually gave us access to pull our luggage out . Wish the check out was as friendly and fast as the beginning
The property is well located and close to tourist places with lots of dining options around. It does not have a front desk at the property, but they are very responsive during weekdays through WhatsApp. We stayed mainly during weekend, A/C had some issues, but the maintenance crew is only available during weekdays. The weather is not too hot, so not a big issue for us.
Location, location, location! Very walkable in the center of historic Lisbon. Received good instructions from host for self check in. There is a luggage storage place adjacent to this accommodation if you check in early. We had inquired about early check in & did not receive a reply. As it turned out we were delayed & arrived at check in time after all. It was surprisingly quiet for being so centrally...

The average hotel with quite nice bed linen, but lacking a tee pot and a little noisy due to the subway running just under the building
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local restaurants and attractions that were within walking distance. The airport shuttle is not available 24 hours as is stated. The breakfast was very good and had many item choices.. The shower was quite relaxing.
Our room was infested with ants. The staff was able to move us to a different room the next day. Otherwise, the location was convenient. Plenty of local eating options. Too bad it rained most of the time we were there. It would be a good spot to stay between cruise arrival and flight home.
The staff was multilingual.
Spacious room and good breakfast.

The sound of construction in the morning was so loud that it was uncomfortable
Everything else is not bad
The service was good, very kind staff and everything went well at arrival and check out. The rooms are not too small, bathroom a bit small tho. Everything is old, at least older than what we expected because of the photos portraying the rooms/hotel online.
The price is good tho! No problems occured. Lift was a bit scary.. Neighbour is nice and walkable:)
Front desk workers are lovely
This is not a hotel, it's 1970s decor and building should have been left as it is, everything is just difficult cramped and broken.
I wouldn't stay again unfortunately.
Overall, a uncomfortable shower and sink (water pressure leaves much to be desired), you can wash with it forever, fried eggs do not taste very good, The cleaning lady forgot a damp towel - sad. The room was small but okay. However, to get to the room on the 5th floor, we had to take turns using the elevator that only fits one person or walk up the narrow stairs. On the first day, the elevator was broken so we had to carry heavy luggage up, which was uncomfortable. The reason we chose this accommodation was to have a delicious breakfast on the rooftop, but there was an issue with the rooftop...
Finding a room to sleep 4 for our family was tough. This room accommodated a family of four pretty well but it was tight. The room is standard. There are a lot of stairs and the elevator only stops on 2 floors so be prepared for all the stairs.
