I took my dad to Lisbon for my 30th birthday and Hotel Do Chiado was the perfect base for us! We were able to book a room with separate beds and a balcony. The pictures do not do this hotel justice! The balcony was large and accommodating, the room and hotel over all was clean and organized. The staff was exceptional- from dinner recommendations, to storing our luggage before check in, to the staff at breakfast and the rooftop bar, Hotel Do Chiado delivered! The location was great, just a 10 minute walk from a large train station making for easy access to a lot of sights and day trips. Thanks so much to the staff for making our stay wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was 100% one of the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered! They constantly took care of us, went above and beyond, even, walked me around the block to make sure I knew where the parking area was. Outstanding service.

Great stay at Hotel do Chiado. Everything was spotlessly clean and attractively decorated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The view over Lisbon from the rooftop was unbeatable. We would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely hotel in a great position - the Metro is nearby and there are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a Premium Room on the 7th floor with a private terrace with beautiful views over Lisbon. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - and very quiet at night. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and served by very helpful staff, particularly Miguel. All the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and polite.

Stayed for three days in a row, and the cleaning took no more than ten minutes each day. On the last day, I asked to check out at 13:00, but they made excuses and refused, saying that the next guest needed to check in at 15:00.

I had covid and had a passing in the family and the hotel would still not grant me a refund despite sending proof of both. Pretty disappointed in the way this was handled.

Excellent service giving us a very welcome feeling. The location of the hotel is at the centre of the tourism area and metro is just right below the building, which is very convenient to any place that you want to visit. The breakfast is nice and the breakfast room would let you have a good morning. Also, the view of the roof top bar is fabulous, I highly recommend to at least have a drink there.

This is a very recommended hotel. It doesn’t have a big appearance, but the location is very good. The breakfast is also very good. I asked the waiter whether the buffet is uneconomical when there are not many people. He said that there are many people in the summer, and sometimes they provide some in the winter when there are few people. The hotel gave me a room with a view of the street, Castelo and the sea. There is also a bar on the 7th floor with a very good view, but it was a pity that I discovered it at the end. I will choose it next time.

Very nice place, very well decorated. The food was great just the deserts where a bit to sweet for my taste. Other than that the food was just perfect and the staff very attentive most of the time. The mood was just perfect, not noisy at all.

This restaurant was a great finding! It's open Sunday until 1am (which is somewhat rare here) and the food was incredible!! The pork cheek out of this world and the duck amazing. Service was fast and very friendly, albeit it was empty due to the time.
