My absolute favourite hotel my mom and I keep coming back!!!
The location is super convenient, the room is spacious, and the service is very attentive. Highly recommended! It's perfectly situated for exploring the city, and there's a mini-shop nearby with delicious oranges.
It's a good hotel, clean.
A bit noisy if your window goes out to the main street and you also can hear other guests flushing their toilet. :)
Breakfast is ok, missing some vegetables for me.
Location is convenient in transferring to spots and anywhere else in Porto and there is plenty of food choices and supermarkets nearby.
The location is great, very close to the center. The room was nice and spacious. We had a nice view from the 7th floor.
It was a somewhat unsatisfactory stay. At night, a strong sewer smell came up from the bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. There were also several small maintenance issues throughout the room. For example, the wardrobe hinge was detached, the toilet paper holder wasn’t properly fixed and kept hanging down, the soap holder in the shower wasn’t secure so anything placed on it would fall, and the...

Very good location. Just that uber can’t stop right in front of the hotel, we needed to transport our luggages up on slight steep hill to catch our car.
Overall is ok given the price offered. Thank you
It's a very cozy little hotel, but nicely decorated and comfortable. I especially want to praise their powerful showerheads; I think it's wonderful to have such a well-designed bathroom in a triple room in the cold weather of Porto, allowing three people to use the bathroom simultaneously. The two gentlemen at the front desk were also very welcoming and introduced us to the hotel's facilities.
The hotel is right next to the river, in Place Bellira, and the view is beautiful as soon as you step out.
It's a bit of a walk to the train station; it's a ten-minute walk to St. Benedict's station.
Be careful when taking a taxi; the address isn't in front of the hotel, you have to walk down a slope to get there.
The location is great, but the staff is not friendly, they don’t know anything, and are not ready to help with anything.
Place is located very near the river- gorgeous! But if you get the unit that is faint the river- good luck to you. It’s extremely noisy. And if you have a big luggage, all the best. The area cannot be accessed by cars. So you have to lug it uphill and downslope. Amenities are very limited - no body moisturisers, no tea bags. And bathroom has a smell. But interiors of hotel is a beautiful architectural...
It was great staying here. We stayed at a triple room and it was very spacious. Breakfast was great and the location could not be better.

Clean, in good condition, helpful English speaking staff, in elegant neighborhood near a lovely park with a metro station and classy old-time buildings. I was thrilled with this place. Excellent.
4 mins walk to metro station, or 20 mins walk into the centre. Great people, reception were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. I didn't expect much as it's a 3 star I think, and saw the pictures on Booking.com The breakfast is just continental, so I enjoyed eating out, but at least that's an option if you need it. Very comfortable mattress (firm) and pillows. Take ear plugs of you want...
Perfect location, nice service. Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Can recommend to anyone!
Good and Nice hotel service
No complains
Excellent Spot place and service.
HOTEL POSITION VERY CONVINIENT AND CENTRAL TO PORTO CITY.
Very good Breakfast multi choice.
Very friendly staff.
Rooms could do with a little updating.
Bed Very comfortable and clean.
Parking a bit tight, but very convenient.
The property was very clean, and the staff were friendly.

Prime location with cozy design and amenities
Great location, but it's very noisy in the rooms, you can hear the noise from the street
The hotel front desk closes early, around 7 PM. I arrived late and the door was already shut. It was a hassle to contact the owner, who had already gone home, just to check in. Hauling my luggage up to the 4th floor with no elevator was a nightmare. The room was too dark and cold; even with the heater turned all the way up, it was freezing at night. The only good thing about this place is its perfect...
Very cute room with a balcony 😍I had conner apartment on the 4th floor. Amazing view🤩 but no elevator 🙈 Location is very comfortable. Train Station not so far and it is near a river and a bridge🤩 Vita.
The room was comfortable and a very good location, right beside the river and close to various different attractions. The road outside can be noisy but didn’t bother us too much 😊
Very cute little hotel. Not much service on the hotel but room was very nice. One of the receptionist guy he is very calm and helpful and nice should have a beer with him. Hahahh super chill.

We had a wonderful weeklong stay, enjoying InPatio so very much! Olga and Fernando were extremely helpful before and during our trip. Inpatio has a beautiful clean, modern style while retaining the charm of a unique building in an historic district. The delicious breakfasts, full of fresh and local delights, were a terrific way to start the day and enjoy the local cuisine. This Guest House is in an...
We stayed for 5 nights at inPatio in November, 2025. It was a 5-star experience, and we have told a number of our friends about it since then. We highly recommend inPatio! The guest house is in a great location, and we were able to walk to all attractions and sites. It is a few minutes to the river, and central to other main streets. In spite of its central location, it is quiet and peaceful at the...
We absolutely loved our stay. Olga and fernando made delicious and thoughtful breakfasts, and were very accommodating to preparing some early when we had to leave for various activities. The room was spacious and comfortable and we were 100 percent satisfied.
We had an absolutely lovely time at InPatio Guest House. Charming, hospitable, great location, clean, quiet and fabulous hosts! Olga and Fernando have done an amazing job renovating the building and take great pride in their country as evidenced by their tales of all breakfast items ; ) We would highly recommend this boutique hotel for couples who enjoy a hands-off approach (ie no formal concierge...
Fabulous stay at this boutique hotel. Perfect location, great amenities, great value, great service, great breakfast!
Olga and Fernando are wonderful, friendly hosts. This small establishment is a gem - v quiet rooms at nighttime (courtyard location) with clean, simple and very comfortable rooms. Construction next door is reasonable, does not start before 7:30 AM and stops by 6 PM. Location is outstanding for exploring old Porto and the variety of local sites and eateries. Breakfasts were spot on - mix of delicious...

Great place to stay as easy walking distance to everything, and the staff were absolutely so helpful with advice of where to go and how to get there
Maria was wonderful, high recommend especially room 7, City View - King Bed - Sitting Room
Perfect location and beautiful place.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at Cale Guest House was exceptional. Check-in was warm and welcoming, complete with a thoughtful offer of coffee and breakfast. Communication before arrival was prompt and helpful, setting the tone for a smooth stay. We were given a personal tour of the amenities, including a stunning terrace that quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind. Every...
The view from our room was fantastic. The staff were so polite and easy to work with. Breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay here again.
Staff were super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Kris for our check in and orientation to Porto!
The hotel was in a central location that made walking fairly easy. It is a clean, older building in a historic zone.

Staff were amazing. We had a garden room which was lovely, the building itself was stunning and I would highly recommend it.
AC was great as was the breakfast
Lovely small hotel. Ideal base for our Porto visit. We stayed in the junior suite which had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. Transfers were booked for us and we paid the hotel directly. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Excellent
The hotel was amazing, staff is really friendly and the room was fantastic, very aesthetic, spacious and bright. We stayed at the Deluxe Suite and it was faultless.
I would def. stay there again
We had a lovely pleasant stay here for a girls trip! Location was great and in walking distance to the centre. Our room had a lovely terrace and was great for chilling out after a busy day. Super comfy bed and hear no noise at all, so we slept great for the 4 x night we spent there! Can’t wait to come back again :)
A lovely stay, cosy and conveniently located just a short walk from the metro and shopping. The highlight was the helpfulness of the staff.
Friendly staff, really nice and clean room, good breakfast and in general very nice and cosy hotel! Would Come back :)
I had an excellent stay. It is very close to the Crystal palace (10 minute walk) and Soares dos Reis Art Museum. It was very clean and I liked the high ceilings in my room. Very good price also
Great hotel, near restaurants and shop, calmly, 20 minutes walking to the historic city
A small friendly guesthouse with great staff.
Breakfast was nice and fresh, but no hot dishes.
A 15 min walk to central Porto. 5 min walk to Metro-station Carolina Michaelis, 25 min ride from the Airport.
Staff were very accommodating- allowed us to have breakfast very early before we had to catch a train. And a welcome drink of Port wine was a nice gesture.
There is a small supermarket right in the same street and a delicious Taberna, great for dinner.
Rooms are small but really clean and private. Great stay.
Great location, super clean and comfortable room, and a great welcome.
It's very well located, next to the train station, the room had a large bed and a mirror. It looked clean.
The location of this place is excellent — it’s super convenient to walk to all the main attractions. The only downside is that it’s probably more suitable for backpackers. If you’re carrying big luggage, those endless spiral stairs might make you question your life choices 😅. Luckily, the staff were there when I checked in and out, and they kindly helped me with my bags. Really appreciated that!
Very nice place right in the city center !
It's well located. There are many tourist attractions nearby. The standard room is very small. Just enough room to move around and leave suitcases on the floor. There's no furniture other than the bed and nightstands.
You can hear every sound from the neighboring rooms.
If you arrive for the first time after 4 pm, there's no one at reception... But don't despair: they leave your key on the counter...
Simple but clean and comfy, it was right on the Camino so very convient. Check in was easy and the lady on the desk was kind

Everything was perfect. Good price.
The breakfast is not very good, not a particularly cheap hotel, but the location is very good
The location was great, and I was able to walk everywhere, so it was convenient to be able to return to the hotel once during the day.
I stayed in the attic room, and the shared bathroom was carefully cleaned, so I didn't feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, so it's great value for money and I highly recommend it.
You can also borrow a hair dryer at the front desk, and the staff...
Simple facilities, great location
The location is good, right next to Livraria Lello, and the interior is quite clean and hygienic, with enough space for one person. However, there is no hairdryer in the room, and there is a bar street downstairs, which can be quite noisy at night (earplugs are not very useful).
Good location with quite a number of restaurants around.
Basic with bed and shower.
Quite noisy at night from the music downstairs until 3am.

Pretty ok
Very friendly staff
Bit of a climb to
Top floor
The building is old but clean and well maintained.
Needs some renovation works
A very good place to spend a few days. The staff is extremely nice and avaiable; the access to the guest house is very simple and the facilities are OK. There are only two problems: the heating and the sockets (just one per room which will be in use if you want the heating on).
Porto, Rua Duque da Terceira, 93 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The building is old and the rooms were quite small. It is worth noting that despite the dated decor, the rooms were clean. There is expectedly no elevator. The shower cabin was tiny, the bathroom door didn't lock and was transparent. The breakfast was quite modest - a couple of types of cold meats, bread and fruit. The staff didn't speak English very well but were trying to be helpful. The location...
Absolutely perfect stay here, Luis and Christina are fantastic. I taught Christina a Welsh hug (Cwtch). she was amazing with breakfast, rooms spotless, port on arrival and for our anniversary. I cannot praise highly enough.
I just stayed at Dukes Corner Guest House for a week with my mother. They had a cute room, clean sheets + towels and a wonderful breakfast. The couple who own the property were lovely, as well as their staff member. I could not reccomend it enough. Thank you for the great stay!
We just spent a month at Dukes Corner Guesthouse and really, really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, in a quiet street with numerous restaurants, bars, stores, laundromat, grocery stores, pharmacies, and cafes within a few minutes walk. Center city and Bluedragon Tours. were about 10 minutes walk.
Dukes Corner service was outstanding thanks to Christina who presided over the continental breakfast...
We stayed two nights here while traveling through northern Portugal. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and although they spoke little English, they made a genuine effort to communicate and were always helpful.
The guesthouse is typical of many older European properties—adequate and well-kept, though showing some awkward adaptations of using a building nearly a century old. Our room, though...
Lovely b+b with great helpful staff - they answered all questions and made the break special to celebrate my birthday - walked miles but lication of b+b great as a base - lovely bar at end of the street that sells vinyl.
Thank you
