Porto, Rua Da Meditação 71 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The room was a bit sparsely cleaned. The TV was very old and small, which I didn't even turn on (I used my tablet, which was almost bigger). The breakfast was pretty sparse. The lady in charge of breakfast was hiding in the storage room with her phone and unreplenished things. The mattresses were springy and you'd be stuck all over the place. Overall, a hotel you could get by on at most. It's a 40...
Very average. Location is ok but not great, room was clean but staff very unwelcoming, no one smiled or said hello, even when checking in and out. Breakfast was ok, no juice, but a good selection of mainly bread products. Strange way to treat guests in a hotel, by making them feel like an inconvenience. Won’t be back.
I arrived earlier than check-in and actually just wanted to leave my suitcase there. But luckily I was allowed to check in 🥰 There were free maps at reception. I felt very comfortable. My girlfriend is staying the night after me on my recommendation:)
It is a slightly older property with worn furnishings and carpeting, but it is clean. The breakfast buffet is a bit sad compared to other hotels of the same price that I have stayed in on this tour of Portugal. The staff is polite and helpful.
A weekend stay to participate in a cycling event was my reason to stay at this hotel. A very late arrival meant a little fumble around to ignite the lights in my third floor room (the keyfob needs to be inserted of course!) and then sleep! Alas being located next to an electrical plant room meant it wasn't peaceful, fortunately I'd brought earplugs but really you shouldn't have to wear them in any...
Simple, clean, basic hotel. Worth it for the location. 3 star hotel. Ideal for staying for 1 night. The room is spacious. Small simple. No hot. Eggs etc. Price adjusted to offer €68. Need for some maintenance in bathrooms, humidity, hallway carpets, etc.

Porto, Rua Professor Jaime Rios de Sousa, Nº12 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Overall OK stay with good location, but the service was quite cheap: one small bottle of shampoo, body wash for two people, 5 nights // no paper towel despite kitchenette // no change of towels, had to ask separately to arrange for towels. The windows faced the homes next door so there was no view or sunlight. The toilet and washer leaked water from the base but we were told to put a spare towel around...
It was great! Clean, modern and organized
The sofa bed was broken. They did try to fix it but it was not able to be mended whilst we were there. A dyson fan which was avaliable to use.
Perfekt ophold
Very pleasent stay. Could use a new bed. But overall a perfect place. Close to everything.
Dejlig lejlighed i gå afstand til alt. Sengen trænger til at blive skiftet. Men ellers pænt, rent og god service. Morgenmaden var fin og blev leverer hver morgen.
Had a great stay. We stayed in the first floor duplex apartment(first door upstairs on the right) had an issue on arrival, the key pad code that was sent to us to get in didn’t work. Rang the manager and he appeared within 10 minutes. By that time another couple had the same problem. Finally got into the apartment. It was huge over two floors. It was immaculate. The only faults were. Lighting issue...
Parking garage conveniently across street but some free parking is nearby (and rare) down the hill by the construction. Look for that before using garage!

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was outstanding. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.
The welcome drink was delicious. I would like to stay here again.
Friendly staff, nice bar and breakfast, clean room, hot shower, great location right across from the metro.
Very friendly check in. Room had a terrible layout. Sofa in front of wardrobe. Poor lighting. Fridge almost blocked walking space to bathroom. Not great! Average at best for the price. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special, apart from the lovely omelette!
An excellent quality hotel perfectly appointed near Trindade Metro station and a short walk downtown. Very comfortable, spacious, clean rooms with modern bathroom. The room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Helpful, 24 hour front desk. The buffet breakfast was absolutely yummy with local specialties including orange cake and Portuguese tarts ‘pastel de nada’. Chef cooked us a tasty omelet and the...
Fantastic hotel, within an amazing and privileged location in the heart of Porto. Hotel is extremely clean, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast to start your day. Upon arrival, you are treated with a welcome drink card to use during your stay, therefore, you can enjoy a nice Porto Wine. The staff is attentive and very helpful at all times. Good and recommendable. Receptionist super cool. Help a lot thou
The hotel is located right next to the Bolhão market and is very convenient, the staff are very nice and offered to help us right away with our call. The room is tidy but a bit small to fit in a whole family
A decent one-night hotel with basic amenities for those who aren't picky. Great location and easy, straightforward check-in. Right outside is one of Porto's most iconic landmarks (pictured).
Very good location, just next to bolhao station and attractions
Walls are very thin and there is no privacy.
Hotel manager is very good guy.
The location of the hotel is the best! It is walking distance from the metro and from a well-known food market. The streets surrounding the hotel are packed with stores and restaurantes and easily connect to the iconic places (check out the pictures I attached). Let`s not forget the stunning mosaic-ornated church that faces the hotel. I strongly recommend it.

I originally booked this hotel because Booking.com ranked it as a hotel that offers parking space. When I sent the information that I needed one, the hotel answers that they can't promise me a parking, because the parking slots are filled in the order that the customers arrive at the hotell(and cost 15€). So I didn't have the courage to drive in Porto downtown without knowing there is a parkin for...
Lovely hotel and location but slight hot water issues!
Good location, close to metro, restaurants. Free tea, coffee and cakes. The hotel is clean and cozy. Good value (booked via Booking).
The room was anice surprise, bigger and nicer than expected. The staff and service were great, the breakfast was also nice.
Location was great, within walkable distance from some of the nicest areas of Porto and with a bus station nearby.
The Porto Domus is in a quiet area but is fairly well located to most of Porto's tourist locations. Our room was comfortable. The bedroom area was small compensated by a large bathroom. Breakfast was limited with only one hot option, scrambled eggs which didn't look appetising. Coffee and cakes were available in reception all day, a nice touch. The hotel looks a bit tired and dull inside so it could...
We had a great stay at Porto Domus Hotel. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily, which is a big plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent within walking distance of the city center, with lots of charming shopping streets and places to eat nearby. Amazing place and lots of good restaurants around. Walkable to the city center. Loved my stay here!
It was a place I got in a hurry, but it wasn't bad. The towels and bedding were all good. There is a large restaurant building right around here where you can try a variety of foods. There is also a McDonald's in the Decathlon building and a supermarket in the basement.
We liked the hotel. The guys at the reception are friendly. There is a balcony, although there is no kettle. The room is a bit small, but not critical. The bed and bedding are fresh and good. The mattress is comfortable. There are sockets next to the bed. Very close to the center, we walked. The breakfast is normal, but there are no eggs, which is a minus, but we ate our fill of sandwiches, yogurts...
the location is good; the room is clean; the service is good; and the bathroom is also clean; but the quality of wifi is bad.

I was very satisfied with this hotel and would highly recommend them as a good place to stay, Located in a very nice area and very centrally located. Kind hospitality, clear information, and comfortable room and amenities
Very clean, absolutely loved the hotel gardens, patio, and the hotel kept to the period theme of its time. Staff were wonderful and speak various languages. Can’t say enough positives about my stay.
I was very positively surprised by my stay at Hotel Estoril in Porto. The location is perfect—just about a 15-minute walk to the center, where you’ll find plenty of bars, cafés, and restaurants.
The room was extremely clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Although the building itself is a bit old, the overall quality and cleanliness were excellent, especially considering the price...
Nice city centre hotel, convenient and easy to get to from the airport metro.
Continental breakfast was fine. The real USP is the long garden at the back of the hotel which was unexpected but really nice.
Everything was fine except that I had to walk up. It's an old building, but the air conditioning worked well and the shower was good.

Simple, dark, old, but chock full of character and charm. Some things did not work, very few lights. Weird experience. Good food (the small selection that was) Great views!
I feel like I entered an old movie in this hotel, they really stoped in time. The room is big, but the windows cannot be opened. The carpet is super old and the air inside the room is heavy. I don’t recommend if you have respiratory problems. The bed too soft. The view is the only good point in the room. Also the reception staff is friendly and let us enter the room before the checkin time.
Good old hotel, but good conditions
The hotel is within walking distance of Porto's attractions. Rooms on high floors offer unbeatable views, and it includes parking and breakfast. It truly meets the needs of travelers.
Great vintage style hotel & very clean despite its old age. However, the breakfast can be improved.
The hotel rooms are very large, clean and sanitary, the breakfast is rich and the staff are very friendly! recommend!

Great clean and quiet hotel with an amazing location to everything downtown Porto.
We stayed in room 501. Realy good , big with terrace , I was so happy when I sow room because I thought that it will be so small room (classic in Europe) . Stuff was so kindly. Only 20 minutes by walk to the center. For example to chapel of soul only 20-25 minutes. But one big minus , the terrace is not closed in the room and I found it out in my second day. Hotel management should check this problem...
Great hotel, best mattresses, better than in any luxury hotel. Only the internet is too slow to watch YouTube or Netflix.
I stayed in the other rooms and not the main hotel. It was okay.
There's a mini fridge in the rooms and a bag storage. There's no elevator access for the Seculo soft wing. Everything is bearable for the value. It's as advertised.
Because I'm not a Portuguese speaker, the 5 star experience for me was with the staff. They're very accommodating, absolutely lovely and are well informed on Porto.

Great little hotel, near to Marques Metro station and about 20 minutes walk from the Historic Centre of Porto. Room was large with good size bathroom with both Bath and separate shower. Although the hotel is antique, the standards of hygiene and service are held to the maximum
The room was spacious, properly heated and so quiet
I had the privilege to enjoy a hot romantic bath 🛁 with my partner
💯 recommended
very good for a two stars hotel It seems to be a traditional hotel that has preserved its beautiful history. You can feel it as soon as you enter it and go up in the elevator., Lina at the reception was so nice and friendly and the guy who works pm shift also muy amable, the room clean and has a beautiful view to the center of Oporto , perfect location close to tho the bus station and the metro.
Strange that in a downtown hotel, not all receptionists speak at least some English in a touristy city like Porto. Everybody was nice, but the English part made things more difficult. Slightly overpriced hotel for the quality of the rooms. The view is nice, but also a bit noisy because of the location. It is very close to metro, that's great about it.
Nice welcoming staff. The hotel is a bit old but still comfortable and clean. The breakfast is simple, but adequate for the price. The only con with the hotel is the isolation, specially from the outside, as you can sometimes ear some noise on the crowded Avenida dos Aliados. On the other side, the location is a huge plus. It was a nice experience.
When we arrived the welcoming was very disappointing. The lady on the reception didn’t even say hello because of how angry she was that we arrived earlier and wanted to leave our bags. Afterwards she become way nicer and even tried to have a conversation. But the first impression ruined our mood. The room was extremely small, and bathroom big. Breakfast was simple: eggs, ham, some cheese, croissant, butter and orange fresh juice. The bed creaked.
Location of hotel is very close to the beach. Host was kindley. The front door had broken lock. The hotel has free airport shuttle service
Excellent value for money. Perfect location just a few steps from the beach and bus 500 stop. The entrance and the lift do not impress much, but the friendly staff and cosy, clean room make up for that.
Amazing, such kind staff.
Bent over backwards for me and got in gluten free bread for breakfast.

We were about to leave after our stay in Portugal ... our return flight was canceled and postponed 2 days later. My absolute favourite hotel my mom and I keep coming back!!!
The location is super convenient, the room is spacious, and the service is very attentive. Highly recommended! It's perfectly situated for exploring the city, and there's a mini-shop nearby with delicious oranges.
It's a good hotel, clean.
A bit noisy if your window goes out to the main street and you also can hear other guests flushing their toilet. :)
Breakfast is ok, missing some vegetables for me.
Location is convenient in transferring to spots and anywhere else in Porto and there is plenty of food choices and supermarkets nearby.
The location is great, very close to the center. The room was nice and spacious. We had a nice view from the 7th floor.
It was a somewhat unsatisfactory stay. At night, a strong sewer smell came up from the bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. There were also several small maintenance issues throughout the room. Very good location. Just that uber can’t stop right in front of the hotel, we needed to transport our luggages up on slight steep hill to catch our car.
Overall is ok given the price offered. Thank you
It's a very cozy little hotel, but nicely decorated and comfortable. I especially want to praise their powerful showerheads; I think it's wonderful to have such a well-designed bathroom in a triple room in the cold weather of Porto, allowing three people to use the bathroom simultaneously. The two gentlemen at the front desk were also very welcoming and introduced us to the hotel's facilities.
The hotel is right next to the river, in Place Bellira, and the view is beautiful as soon as you step out.
It's a bit of a walk to the train station; it's a ten-minute walk to St. Benedict's station.
Be careful when taking a taxi; the address isn't in front of the hotel, you have to walk down a slope to get there.
The location is great, but the staff is not friendly, they don’t know anything, and are not ready to help with anything.
Place is located very near the river- gorgeous! But if you get the unit that is faint the river- good luck to you. It’s extremely noisy. And if you have a big luggage, all the best. Nice little hotel with confy beds and pillows, good internet and in a nice area of the city with cafés and restaurantes. The only complain is the noise of all the other rooms; i could here the next door guests having a shower 🙄
Great location, but the rooms are a bit dated, and it gets pretty cold in the winter as the AC can't go above 21 degrees Celsius.

Fantastic boutique hotel in centre of Porto, friendly staff, good breakfast, great location , lovely rooms, recommended
Room was spacious clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is quirky and in a good location. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay in Porto
The property is so well decorated and right in the city center. The staff gave us recommendations and checked in with us beforehand so we felt like it was a truly special experience. They had a nice outdoor patio area and delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay in Porto and the staff here were a big reason for our amazing trip.
The best hotel I have stayed in. Small boutique hotel with exceptional personal attention. Breakfast was top notch. All hotel is top notch, modern with retro style. Hotel's location is in the heart of the old town, next to multiple restaurants and shopping street.
Absolutely beautiful hotel right in the centre of Porto, within walking distance of all the main sights. The building is ancient with antique furniture, comfortable beds and quaint terrace/patio. Very friendly staff. Only slight criticism is the breakfast which you need to chose in advance and which we both found quite difficult to do from a long list. The food itself was delicious.
