Very good location. Just that uber can’t stop right in front of the hotel, we needed to transport our luggages up on slight steep hill to catch our car.

It's a very cozy little hotel, but nicely decorated and comfortable. I especially want to praise their powerful showerheads; I think it's wonderful to have such a well-designed bathroom in a triple room in the cold weather of Porto, allowing three people to use the bathroom simultaneously. The two gentlemen at the front desk were also very welcoming and introduced us to the hotel's facilities.

The first room had a broken window that wouldn’t close and it’s loud outside. They moved us rooms to their credit which was essentially the same exact room which was fine. The absolute most annoying thing is the way they do the HVAC it was 25c/80f almost every single night. Miserable and the only way to get them to change it was to call down and they manually changed it and it only lasted a few hours.
The location is fine close to the river and felt safe but it was just mediocre otherwise.
Never ate the food here.
The rooms felt stale and dusty. It was very apparent when we got to our next hotel how much cleaner and just in general the air quality. We all thought we were getting sick but immediately felt better once we changed hotels.
I would not recommmend this place to anyone unless they were planning to party the entire time and not be in the room much at all.

The hotel is right next to the river, in Place Bellira, and the view is beautiful as soon as you step out.
It's a bit of a walk to the train station; it's a ten-minute walk to St. Benedict's station.
Be careful when taking a taxi; the address isn't in front of the hotel, you have to walk down a slope to get there.

The location is great, but the staff is not friendly, they don’t know anything, and are not ready to help with anything.

Place is located very near the river- gorgeous! But if you get the unit that is faint the river- good luck to you. It’s extremely noisy. And if you have a big luggage, all the best. The area cannot be accessed by cars. So you have to lug it uphill and downslope. Amenities are very limited - no body moisturisers, no tea bags. And bathroom has a smell. But interiors of hotel is a beautiful architectural piece. Smtg different from the rest.

It was great staying here. We stayed at a triple room and it was very spacious. Breakfast was great and the location could not be better.

Clean room, friendly staff and great location. Hotel is on a limited access road so only real Taxis are allowed to enter to the front of the hotel. If not you must walk your bags down a pretty inclined street to the property.

Execlent locaiton for visiting the main attractions in Porto. Small hotel which is an oasis from the busy Ribeira area. Rooms were clean and spacious for a city break. Staff very friendly and provided great suggestions for food and drink without prompting

Not too pleased with the food... we order the famous sardines and they were bad tasting... excellent location and is very busy... great view of the river and pedestrian area

average, touristy place for snacks and drinks. Expensive for Portugal. Snack/Sandwich portions are big though. Convenient location opposite to the Bolsa palace.
