1 Star – AVOID THIS HOTEL! SCAMMERS! 🚨

Worst hotel experience ever! They cancelled our fully confirmed, prepaid booking at the last minute and lied about it. We arrived in the afternoon to check in, only to be told our reservation was "cancelled by the customer"—which was completely false! The staff even admitted they sometimes double-book rooms and chose to cancel one when overbooked. Unbelievable!

Because of their dishonesty, we were left stranded and forced to pay more for another hotel. No apology—just rude, careless staff.

💡 Final Warning:
⚠️ They will cancel your booking without warning.
⚠️ Overbooked, unreliable, and untrustworthy.
⚠️ Stay away unless you want to be left homeless in Singapore!

Easy to find and very close to Aljuned station, the room is very big compared to other expensive hotels in Singapore and there is a budget to get a room in front of the reception and in front of the hotel door. At first I was hesitant to book because I read bad comments but for me it was fine, there was no bad experience, noisy, disturbed or insects like ants or cockroaches
The room was very clean and to clean the room we requested not to clean the room even though the receptionist offered to clean it, there was hot water refills and for the hairdryer you can borrow
If you are looking for comfort and 4-star hotel service, don't book it but if you are looking for a low-budget hotel with a large room that can accommodate 4 people without being crowded and closest to the station and bus, this is highly recommended

It takes less than 10 minutes to get there from Aljunied Station. The transportation is convenient, but the hotel is very poor! Bathing in hot water depends on luck. Half of the 5 nights I took a bath in cold water, and at most it was only warm water. There is only one hairdryer in the entire hotel. You have to borrow it and return it. There are no slippers provided. You can ask for the room to be cleaned, but we did not ask for it. There are also little cockroaches climbing the walls, which is really not recommended!

The worst hotel ever, have bed bugs nest, spider webs, smell moldy. Mostly just foreign workers stay there. Pls I would recommend every booking hotel platform to just remove this hotel, to avoid further inconvenience and traumatising experience to other people.

Food is decent but don't expect anything out of the ordinary. Very average.

take only the fried food. the steam one like siew mai and har gau are terrible and sub par quality. however you should enjoy the fried food well.

Great place for porridge and dumplings. That its near the mrt is a plus!

Unfortunately, this was not as good as our previous visits.

We ordered the usual suspects - siew mai, har kow, cheong fun with char siu, fried wontons, black carrot cake, chicken feet, glutinous rice in lotus leaf and pork and century egg porridge.

The deep fried wontons were good though definitely smaller, while the skins of the har kows and cheong fun were very thick and gooey. The congee was almost as thick as dried oatmeal, though there were quite a number of meatballs in there. The glutinous rice was a tad cold.

The meal cost @$35.

This is a place you look for good non-halal Chinese food such as steam buns with fillings, Chinese dumplings which is usually consumed during the dragon boat festivals, Cantonese style congee with pork, chicken or century egg, plus many more.

Nearest subway train station is Aljunied.

The downside is that after the owner renovated the whole coffee shop into a café-like environment, they seal up all entrance openings with transparent plastic materials leaving only the main entrance BUT there is no aircon, just ceiling fans. This makes the place hot and stuffy making dine in experience uncomfortable even during evening time.
