I had an absolutely amazing stay at A Hotel Joo Chiat. From the moment I arrived, the owner and staff gave me the warmest welcome. They are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and always greeting you whenever you come in or go out. Their hospitality alone already makes this place special.
The cleanliness is perfect—truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every single corner of the building is spotless, and my room was kept in excellent condition throughout my stay. The toilet is also extremely clean, and I loved the refreshing smell of the shampoo and body wash. The wall-mounted dispensers are convenient and easy to use as well.
The location on Joo Chiat Road is fantastic. Just a short walk outside and you’ll find so many great places to eat, and even several specialty coffee shops along the street. It’s a lively area, but still very safe and comfortable to walk around day and night.
For the price, the quality you get is unbelievable. It’s hard to find a hotel with this level of cleanliness, friendliness, and comfort at such an affordable rate. Truly great value.
Overall, I loved everything about this hotel.

This is a genuinely nice hotel that offers fantastic value for money. Everything about the place felt fresh and well-cared for; I was particularly impressed by how extremely clean the rooms and common areas were.
The staff at reception was incredibly friendly as well! Offered a warm welcome and professional assistance. Overall, the service was great from start to finish.
If you are looking for a clean, affordable, and recently refreshed stay in the Joo Chiat area with excellent staff, I highly recommend checking this place out!

In general the food was good except for the kuehs which was bad. We had to throw away the kuehs. Also, the overall portion for the food was just right with no
buffer for extras, especially so for the sotong goreng assam, I reckon the portion was for less than 20 pax.
All are good except Sour Veggie Duck Soup ,
