ST Signature Bugis Beach in Singapore

- The location is convenient. It's very close to MRT, the only problem is that the visitors have to enter the building from anotger side of the main road which is a small alley. If you're a woman, you may find this entrance a little unsafe.

- The real room is different from the photos that shown in the app. The light is too dim to read and the wall is thin enough to hear what's going on in the next room. The room is too small for two people and the air ventilation in the room is quite bad. If you hang a towel in this room, it won't dry in the next morning. The carpet outside the bathroom won't dry either.

On one night, I saw a cockroach coming out of the sewer in the bathroom. The bathroom door is so hard to slide it open/ close. The bathroom itself is also small. If you turn the shower the wrong way, the toilet seat will get wet or else, the carpet outside the bathroom will get wet. There are no shelf or any towel hanger in the bathroom. Your items can get wet easily.

Pillowcases in the room smells kinda bad. It's like, they haven't washed them for some times.

- There is a hairdryer in the room is usable but the switch is stuck.

- There are cook lab at the sixth floor which is very convenient and clean, but the door is also kinda hard to slide.

- There is a lift, so if you have big luggage, that is no problem, but at the sixth floor and the fourth floor which me and my friend stayed, there are baskets of bedsheets at the hallway near the lift. It was hard to carry huge luggage through.

- The staff's polite and helpful but not often at the front desk (or maybe it was me who passed through the front desk at tge wrong time.)

- The lock and unlock system of the room via app is very convenient, but sometimes, my android phone couldn't unlock the door.

Convinced place,near mrt and restaurant. Just a bit complicated cause need to self check in. Other than that, is ok.
