The cleanliness was really poor. I gave up immediately after checking in because there were insects and other critters in the room. We had to scramble to find another hotel. They wouldn't give us a refund, citing their cancellation policy. I will never stay here again.

This hotel is located in Chinatown, close to the business center, on the third street from the lively waterfront (the streets are narrow, it's an old district), and it was a very quiet spot. I opted for a room without a window, as I was only there to sleep. They took a $100 deposit, and check-in was very quick. The room was small, as stated in the hotel info, but perfectly fine for one person or two people without luggage. The room had everything: a fridge (I didn't immediately spot it under the table with a mirrored door), a TV, a safe under the bed, toothbrushes with toothpaste, slippers, a hairdryer, a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, tea and coffee, and water. The bedding was impeccably clean, the mattress was comfortable, the duvet was light, and the pillows were a bit firm but comfortable for sleeping on my side. I didn't hear any neighbors, but the drainage from the upper floors was quite loud. The air conditioning didn't disturb my sleep; it worked very quietly on the lowest setting. The shower was a bit difficult to switch between settings (the overhead pressure was weak), and the drain wasn't fast enough, so after a few minutes in the shower, you'd be standing in water. The sink also drained slowly. The Wi-Fi worked well. Overall, I liked it. I got it on a promotion and had no regrets, as accommodation in this area is expensive.

I was transiting though and thought to spend a night out. Room was a bit in the small size (although I got an upgrade) but all the required amenities are available. Not suitable if you have a big suitcase/luggage due to the size.

Very convenient location! Clean facility. Smooth check-in and check-out. Free mini bar. Would be happy to book again for any future trips.
I booked the small single room. The only thing to be aware of is that the shower is not separated from the toilet so the toilet seat could get wet from the shower. It is a minor thing and understandably I paid for what I got.

Merhaba otelin odası çok ufak 9 metre² ve asla dışarıdan hava almıyor ve rutubet kokuyor şehir merkezine yakın her yere çok yakın ama fiyatı çok pahalı ama şöyle bir kavram var otelin yöneticisi muhteşem bir insan ve çok güler yüzlü bir insan elinden geleni her şeyi yapıyor sırf bu yüzden tavsiye edebilirim ama lokasyon güzel o da çok küçük ve güneş görmüyor ve hava almıyor odaya girdiğiniz gibi rutubet ve nem kokususizi rahatsız ediyor

The staff reception was so helpful, kind and friendly. She was excellent in service. Easy check-in and check out. Room was clean but little spacious. Perfect for short stay and sightseeing. Bed was so soft and comfortable to sleep on. Loved it. Free snacks provided! Clean sheets and towels. There is coffee machine, tea, and creamers. Disposible sleepers and all our basic needs. The hotel is so beautifully designed. It's just across the Clarke Quay MRT Station and mall. Highly recommended to everyone 😊

Very small size, but was only there for few hours! Good if you need a place to rest during layover or ur okay with the size just for yourself. Honestly, by myself it was so cute and small, I enjoyed it. With another person it might be way too crowded. Would still recommend for solo traveling!

The check in process was smooth and fast. The room cleaning service was good. The draining system in the shower room was clogged and took abt 40 mins till technician to fix it near 12pm.

I reserved a Deluxe King Full Window and got the room at 3rd floor. The window sound proof is worst, we can clearly hear all arguments happen outside the window and thunder sound during rain. Those seriously interrupt our sleep.

Riverwalk Tandoor is one of my highly recommended restaurants for both locals as well as tourists because : It serves authentic indian cuisine with great service, it is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from clark quay mrt, It is situated in one of singapore's most iconic locations along the singapore river, & is affordably priced even though its situated right in the heart of the city. The restaurant has been at this location for 19 long years and in Sept 2017, it went through a major revamp in design, space layout, furniture, buffet presentation style and of course a new menu too. . The revamped restaurant is now better positioned to cater to both singaporeans and tourists alike, with a well stocked bar facing the river, an al fresco area which is great for block booking or corporate events, and of course the air conditioned interior with its island shaped buffet . Kudos to the management team for breathing new life into the restaurant ….this will be my go to place to chill

Aunty tried to sell us dishes(the obviously most expensive dish on the menu) that we already said we didn't want to have, she kept insisting even though we had in mind what we wanted to order. Food was crappy, not worth paying for. The 1 star was more towards the service, if I could, i would have given an even lower.

Dishes actually tastes ok, similar quality as JUMBO. Both very expensive. Not good value considering the portions and price, but okay for tourists to satisfy their crave for pepper crabs once in a while.

Tourist-packed waterfront restaurant that delivers quality food but with steep price.

It was our first time in Singapore and Jumbo seemed like a big name for Chilli crab so we've made a booking for a weekday night. The place did not disappoint, although I wouldn't return.

The chilli crab was delicious although a bit on the sweet side to my taste. The crab was big and there were plenty of flesh to dig out and enjoy. We also had cereal prawn and fried rice. The prawn was wonderfully buttery and crunchy. Fried rice was fairly mediocre. Portions were quite large. We were very full and happy with food.

The biggest irritation I had was they only give you 75 minutes from sitting down til emptying your table. We felt quite rushed to finish our dish especially when their service wasn't particularly fast. If you want to have dining experience for the evening then look elsewhere.

We read about how they charge extra for things seemingly trivial like peanuts and tissues so we refused when they've offered.

Great location along the quay. Very high-end in both service and quality of food. Excellent chili crab and black pepper crab. Tofu with seaweed was best I've had. It has both inside air conditioned seating as well as the more popular quay-side tables. Reservations recommended. If you're not on a budget, this is a very good option.

Fantastic chilli crab. The best sauce in my opinion. Use the little dough breads to soak up the sauce. Yummy! Yeah, a bit expensive but worth it. Busy place so best to book. Next to the canal, its nice to sit outside.

The food here was pretty good. I stopped by at night before closing so the staff were in shutdown mode and service was a bit slack. I was seated outside near the plants and a small rat kept running around, pretty off putting to say the least. I mentioned the rat while I was paying but they didnt seem to process what I was saying. They might need to contact pest controll for the area with the plants.

For me the service was quite good-maybe because we came in two big groups?
Fantastic buns and deer food. But I didn't enjoy the chili crab as much as I had expected--it was too sweet for my taste buds. But people I was with seemed to enjoy it. My Singaporean friend said they had the best chili crab so try it out here if you are in Singapore to see if such dish is for you or not :)
