The Snooze Hotel Marine Parade

Booked double bed with windows for few hours. Very noisy and totally can’t sleep. Noise from cars on road and noise from people walking and talking in hotel. It should call noisy hotel and not snooze hotel. The toilet is very small, especially toilet bowl area, too squeeze.

As much as possible, I try not to give negative reviews. But potential customers need to know how this hotel conduct business. This does not even deserve a star at all.

Snooze Hotel at Marine Parade has the audacity to ask for review when they knew we did not stay at all as we have to cancel our flight because my child got very ill.

My daughter got admitted and confined to the hospital for several days and that affected our actual date of travel. I send the hotel a message before we fly as soon as my child got admitted to the hospital. But this hotel NEVER reply at all. Prior to this, we have paid already in full for our entire stay (17 - 22 August 2024). I learned from Agoda that they refused to refund even if I was asking only for a partial refund. So with all this stuff going on --- this hotel is ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY. They don't care at all whether you are sick or well. I told them "nobody wants to be in that situation - get sick confined in the hospital and suffer."

For humanity's sake how can you sleep at night collecting money from people who did not stay at your hotel?? Let alone reason out that it's a non-refundable, like seriously!? My child was very sick at that time and was suffering at the hospital and all you have to do is keep the money which was not yours?! I hope none of you experience what we went through.
This hotel is very greedy with money. That's all I have to say. Go and search for much better hotel in the neighborhood or any parts of Singapore close to the center.

This is a horrible experience for us. Me and my husband live in room 35 and the key not working 3 time yesterday. We can't opened the door all our stuff is inside that room and they have to call other guy to fix it and we have to wait 4-5h to able to get to the room! 10pm to able to get in and take our stuff! We both super tired and not happy at all! Next time we'll avoid this hotel for good!
