Great location and unfortunately that's the only positive bit.

Zero turn over service during my 5 day stay, according to their concierge this only happens between 5pm-8pm on request.

Only two bottles of water provided on the day of check-in.

The bed had a mattress protector which was a plus, but the pillows were very stained. The room carpet was very worn, dirty and stained. Almost everything with fabric in the room could do with some steam cleaning.

Good proximity to eateries and shopping areas. Around 12 minutes to walk to the MRT PLQ Mall station.

I will never go there again. The smell of cigarettes from the Bed is very strong and so noisy. So I pay for 9 days but I didn't stay there and can't cancel or refund.

The rate was rather high at the time of booking. It was so dusty everywhere and poorly maintained. There isn’t a single cup in the room! The hot water in the bathroom was only slightly warm. The worst nightmare was that there were loud talking along the corridor and doors slamming all the time! It had affected my work and sleep.

Delicious and authentic peranakan food, in a cozy setting. You can order many small plates, and munch for a while. Try the beef randan, ayam buah kelauk (amazing flavors), sayor lodeh and otak otak. There are a number of dessert options as well, we had the crushed ice with syrup, it was yummy.

We ordered catering for 20 pax and increased to 25 pax on the morning of event. Total no of guest 27.

In general the food was good except for the kuehs which was bad. We had to throw away the kuehs. Also, the overall portion for the food was just right with no
buffer for extras, especially so for the sotong goreng assam, I reckon the portion was for less than 20 pax.

Food was not bad but I won’t say they are excellent. The taste isn’t exquisite and you can definitely get better Ines elsewhere. But the Assam fish was the best of the lot.
