Best average cost hotel i have stayed in Singapore. Water, fridge outside of room but not a problem in accessing. Very good vibe and i had great sleep. Good pillows and bed. I like the bathroom and toilet arrangement

This hotel boasts an excellent location and fairly affordable room rates. The staff members are warm, polite and friendly throughout the stay.

With self washing machine, gym and even small kitchen, every floor got shared fridge can be used.

However, the overall hygiene condition is quite unsatisfying. There are obvious yellow unknown stains on the bed linens, which greatly affects the staying experience. It is acceptable for budget short stays, yet the cleaning work needs great improvement.

Excellent stay in the City Square area! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with direct access to the train station and City Square Mall just steps away. Everything you need — shopping, dining, and transport — is right at your doorstep. The stay was comfortable, smooth, and perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended

This is the second time I stayed here. The location is really great since it’s near the MRT, also there’s a mall in front of the hotel so if you want to have your breakfast/lunch or just buy something that you need, you can just go there right away. The place is great, it’s simple yet very comfortable to stay in.

This hotel's main selling points are convenience and cleanliness. It's just a two-minute walk from the subway exit, which is perfect after a long day of shopping – you can just head straight back and crash. The hotel environment is very clean, and there are even staff members who speak Chinese. Plus, there are two bak kut teh restaurants nearby, one Malaysian style and one Singaporean style, which is really convenient.

Very cramped eating space and food is only average. The refill for food is very slow and the food you order using the clips also takes forever to be given to you. The service is also very bad, when waiter wants to clear used plates they just take it without asking you or whatsoever. Never coming here ever again.

The food variety was so-so only and the taste was not too bad. But the refilling of the spread was disappointing slow.

Great for beer lovers as there's free flow of Sapporo beer but note only for an hour only. Dinner: 6.30pm-7.30pm.

Amount paid was about $50 after all the taxes. Would I recommend? Only if you like beer and can stomach lots of food. Else, I believe there are more cuisines to try for $50/pax.

Expected more variety at $53/person. We came at about 7pm, and a lot of the food were already running out and not refilled. Food tag says "Cereal Prawn" but the dish was soy sauce prawns instead. The raw crabs were fresh but the raw prawns were not. I think the high price is due to free flow Saporro beer and they have hagendaaz ice cream for desserts.

Very disappointed. Table not clean and there is a smell from cloth used to wipe table. Little variety in ala carte food and picture in menu does not reflect how the food actually looks. Bento sets, especially the Katsus are not hot. Waitress is rude and they served the wrong drinks.

Food was bad and cost came to about $53 per person. Salmon wasn't fresh and even though there was shabu the wagyu wasn't all that good. Actually tasted more like pork.
